Zoe is a great sales person, your driver was equally courteous and helpful with the delivery. Also, one lift was ordered and 2 were delivered. The driver took one back and the invoice was corrected.

I have been doing business with UR for the past 20+ years. I have had a business charge account with them for as long. Today when I attempted to rent a piece of equipment, I was treated as if I was an inconvenience to staff working behind the counter. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever, to take care of my needs. When I ask a question regarding the needed item, I had to listen to the question be repeated to an employee which had his back to me and wouldnt turn around and even acknowledge my presence. It was by far the worst display of respect Ive ever encountered while attempting to conduct business on a professional level.I left there and drove up the street to one of their competitors. There I was immediately taken care of and treated with the respect any customer would deserve.I will know who and who not to consider first the next time I have rental needs.MWG

Equipment is garbage and overpriced. I pay half at other rental companies in the area and I dont have to deal with arrogant and incompetent emoyees. United Rentals needs to step in and shut this location down.
