Horrible to work for due to incompetent management. Really bad.

My son played in a youth flag football game at the Bronco Training facility where Landmark was the staff.My mother has mobility issues, and has handicap parking permission. The parking for the event didnt have handicap access near the entrance for this event. I asked one of the Landmark attendants if I could have my mom drive close to the entrance so that she wouldnt have far to walk. He said, Absolutely, Ill keep my eye out for her!When my mom arrived, all of the attendants were helpful, and guided her straight to a great parking spot. My mom raved about how helpful and friendly the staff was.Thank you for getting my mom to my sons game!

I was singled out to put my empty drawstring bag back in my vehicle, yet every other girl that I asked in the venue with backpacks were allowed to keep theirs. Will be filing a formal complaint in the morning.

Do not use this company for your event. These over zealous clowns just denied a certified EMT access to an event (in a public place) because he had a trauma kit on him with FAA compliant surgical scissors in it... This is the intelligence level of their staff. A public event, a certified professional, and they deny access because the dude is carrying the equipment necessary to save a life.... Nice job guys. Way to limit that liability. Never mind a posted sign saying no weapons, because that would actually require someone to follow the law. Concealed carry permit holders are allowed to bring in a firearm, but some guy thats got scissors specifically designed so that they cannot be used as a weapon and these GED grads deny access. Just go some place else for you event security. God knows how many pocket knives and concealed weapons were allowed in, but thank God they stopped someone capable of saving a life from walking thru the door. Any company that hires imbeciles like this should be questioned. Absolutely no knowledge of state laws and absolutely no common sense. If you want to be even more liable in a law suit be sure to use these idiots. Security... Lol. What a joke.
