I have worked with a few different Express locations including ones in a different state and I must say that this office surprised me with their professionalism. I was expecting to work with a temp agency that was just going to try to throw me into an open job and call it day cause that is what I was used to. This office is quite different in the fact that they are here to listen to what you are looking for. They want to know what your needs are for a job, whether it be for a career or something short term, and then they try to place you where you will be a good fit. I had quite the picky list for what I was looking for cause I really needed to change my career but just had no idea what I wanted to do. Christiana and the rest of the team went to work trying to find something right for me. I started to feel bad after I kept turning down jobs that didnt sound right for me but Christiana kept encouraging me to wait for something that sounded right if thats what I needed to do. We would discuss the reasons for why i may not want a job and she would take that into consideration for what the team found in the future. I ended up getting placed at exactly the type of job i was looking for and I am so appreciative to the people that helped me get in there. I also want to add that each time I called the office to get updates I didnt always get Christiana, who was my main rep, but each person in that office knew info about me and what the team was trying to do for me. That was impressive to me. That showed me that this office truly is a team that works together and communicates with each other about their clients. That is a very rare find for an employment agency in this day and age. True rock stars work here.

I had so many employment services reaching out to me leading up to graduation. After working with a few, they really felt like a waste of time. Many places would give me leads on positions and then disappear out of no where.Due to this experience, when Taylor contacted me from Express I was skeptical. Though the position she was hoping to have me interview for was exactly what I had been looking for, so I did move forward. To my surprise, Taylor & Christina were very professional in getting the ball rolling and I have loved my time in this temporary position.I even start permanently with the company in two days (before the contract was up)! I love working with Express Employment! I have worked with other companys like express, with just awful experiences. Lots of lies, and skewed job descriptions. I worked with Express about 10 years ago, and now again. I just transitioned from express to hired under the company I was temping for. Express is helpful, available, and always there for you if you need help with anything related to jobs. I do forget to add my time, Express has never been rude about it or threating. They very friendly text, call or email me to enter it in. Defiantly promotes having a strong, healthy work environment. They check in to make sure you are having a good experience with your job. They dont just place you and leave you! 100% recommend and I have sent many friends their way, and they are all happy as well.

The office group in fort Collins are the best !! They took care to find myself and daughter jobs that fit us. Constantly checking on how we are doing during are employment . Best bunch of people to work for they will go the extra mile to help you find the job. Thank you!!!!

I would not recommended going to this employment agency if at all possible. I reached out to them a couple months ago while I was still living in Fort Collins to see if they had any jobs available. They had a job at the time that I was ready to interview for and was qualified for. When I arrived, the staff were rude and not welcoming- even though they advertise that walk in interviews are welcome, they are clearly not welcome as they turned me away. A couple months after that, one of their staff members sent me an email about the exact same job I wanted to interview for a couple months ago now that I am not even living in the area anymore. Very unprofessional company with bad communication.

I went in for an interview and was placed for a position very quickly. They were very kind and professional and wasted no time helping me. They were very open to my questions and gave great overviews of the positions they offered. I would recommend using them if you need to find some work. All the employees there I had an interaction with was positive and I greatly appreciate what they have done for me.

Amazing experience. I simply walked in and was helped. Such great service. I was assisted in filling out an application, received more information on desired job interest, and even had a interview on the spot. Never worked with an agency previously, but I image that if others do not service their employees like Express they simply must not have a focus to supply career advancing opportunities like Express.Not only did I receive my desired job, but the staff at Express inform me every step of the way. Every question was answered, every request was reviewed.

They are terrible at communication about their positions. Wont properly notify you about availability. Wait until the last minute to hire for positions then rush you to come in. The older lady was very rude and not understanding. You would think an unprofessional business would have some understanding. Very Unethical Employment Agency

Ive had nothing but positive experiences with Express. Not only was it the best experience Ive had with a temp agency (and no contest the best in Fort Collins), it was one of the more professional and pleasant job search experiences Ive had, period. Why I would definitely work with them again: (1) They have long-standing, exclusive contracts with reputable local employers, like the City or large local health care facilities, and I was confident they would never send me anywhere that had a bad track record with their temps; (2) They were extremely prompt--they got me through the intake process less than 24 hours after I first called, I had my first posting 24 hours after that, and they offered assignments frequently that were up my alley while I was finding the right position; and (3) They treated me like an individual: they took time to learn what I was looking for and to find it for me, and when one fit wasnt good they handled it extremely professionally and kindly. I have a permanent position now that I really like, and which I got through Express temp-to-hire. Its rare that any employer gets five stars but Jeanne, Bridget and Ali earned it.

Mostly friendly staff but trying to get a job through them was a huge waste of time. I got a two week run-around on two positions then never heard from them again. Then I saw one of the positions I had repeatedly followed up on posted by Express on Zip Recruiter several weeks later. Don’t bother with this company, huge waste of time and energy. You’re better off using an online service such as Zip Recruiter, Indeed etc.

I have been employed by this agency for close to three months and have not worked a single hour for any company they work with. I have to keep contacting them for updates which end up fruitless. They placate me over the phone and forget that I am supposed to be working for them. They do not communicate with you and even when using other tools such as ZipRecruiter which they utilize all I have received is radio silence. I strongly advise seeking temp help through other agencies.

Pathetic - Very friendly staff but after I signed up and was told I would be working in no time, they never called or emailed. Avoid this place. You are better off on Craigslist. Ive tried to contact my rep at Express Employment via email for TWO years with no response even when I apply for jobs listed on their web site. Just walk to Target or Walmart if you want work because if you sign up at Express Employment Professionals, you will never get a job. If this review disappears, you know they finally contacted me :-)

Sat me down for an interview.Took all my information.Told me thew would work with me to help find me a job and match me with positions that meet my skill level (AR/AP.)After being enrolled, i didnt get a single email, phone call, or letter from them. I was looking for employment for 5 months before I found the right position for me.I can honestly say in those 5 months, the only time I wasted was in the office at express employment professionals.After calling to check in around month 4 to see if they had any openings that I might not have seen. The woman I interviewed with had no idea I was still looking for a job... not that she could have had any idea... she never followed up once.When I told them this, and expressed how impersonal and unhelpful they are, they were very rude to me, interrupted me, blamed it on my skill level, and made it clear they didnt have any desire to heed my advice- so maybe you could?Be your own advocate. Dont go to express employment professionals, its a total waste.

In and out in thirty mins, all the ladies were super nice and put me to work immediately! After two weeks and multiple interviews it was such a relief to find people on my side. Thank you!
