Im not one to write negative reviews, but I need to share our experience here. While having a routine filling done, the dentist and hygienist were joking around about other careers. Dentist said he would never do dentistry again, which at the time I thought was funny. They gave me a bite blocker to keep my jaw open while they worked on the molar. I shared that it felt strange at the time (like a jolt of electricity) and was told that it was normal.Three days later, I was unable to extend my jaw. I called the office back and they advised me to come back in if it was still bothering me after a week. Keep in mind that during this time I basically couldnt open my mouth. I called back again and insisted that they see me. I went in and they said it was routine pain. Ive had extensive dental work over the years and surgery and nothing about this pain felt normal. I continued to ice and heat the area and consulted Dr Google. I read that sometimes the dentist might mistakenly puncture a nerve while numbing the area and that it basically made it so I was unable to move my mouth. I contacted them again and was told to keep icing and that everything would be fine. At this time, I had been unable to open my mouth more than 1/2 without excruciating pain. I followed up with a dental surgeon in town (this was 10 days after the initial dental work). He did a specialized x-ray, prescribed steroids, and within 5 days I was finally able to begin to open my mouth again. He confirmed that Front Range likely had punctured the nerve and was at fault.I get it - mistakes happen. But I wont be returning to Front Range after this. What a horrible experience and a complete lack of follow up care from them.

This was the first dentist I went to when I relocated to Colorado and it has been a great choice. Everyone is friendly and happy to help. The hygienist who I saw helped me put together a plan to improve my gum health and it has helped immensely. I would definitely recommend.

They are very professional and do a great job of making you feel comfortable while they do quality work.

Dr. Radtke is great! She really listens to the patients concerns and sincerely cares about her patients. Debbie makes her patients feel comfortable and they know they are in good hands during their teeth cleaning. The staff is professional and friendly. It is always a pleasant, positive experience at Front Range Dental Center.

I had a great experience at Front Range Dental. All of the employees were kind and helpful. My dental hygienist and dentist were very informative. I appreciate how they took the time to talk to me and explain what they saw going on with my teeth. I will definitely be returning.

Friendly staff and well run, patient-friendly systematic processes make dental visits easy. I see Dr Radtke, who is by far and away the most professional dentist I’ve used in my life. I’m a value shopper with no dental insurance and I haven’t once thought about looking for a better clinic. This is my home. You get what you pay for, so don’t skimp on your chompers.

Never thought I would say I would love a dentist. But I have been a customer for quite a few years now. And everyone at front range dental are so nice and informative. I cant imagine getting dental work from anyone else.

Im not a fan of the dentist, but the team at FRDC makes a visit to the dentist less scary. Amy the hygienist is fantastic! Shes personable, gentle and knowledgeable, explaining things as she goes. Dr. Eckhardt is knowledgeable as well and thorough in his check ups. The front office ladies are all smiles and very welcoming.

I believe Front Range did well on my cleaning. I felt it was thorough. Also, my hygienist was very friendly and professional. However, I have noticed through the past couple years I have used Front Range they do not seem to follow up on anything they take special note of in the visits. For instance, they found something on my tongue the previous visit and even charged me extra for looking at it. They then said they would check the next time to make sure everything was okay and they didn’t. They have their set of basic questions they ask me every time, but the things that truly seem to matter they don’t follow up on. This last time, also, they said I was not an at risk patient so there was no need to take x-rays even though I was due for it. I have never had a dentist office say that before. It almost seemed like an excuse so that they didn’t have to take the time to do it. I say this because shortly afterward the dentist rushed in to look at my teeth as quickly as possible and rush out.

Surprised and happy to get an appointment after the pandemic. Had lost a couple of fillings. Staff is super nice and thorough! Glad to have found them .. a nice way to start getting back to a sense of normalcy.

The staff at Front Range Dental are exceptional. My neighbor had recommended them and I’m glad I listened. They are organized and super friendly. They had me forward my records to fill out my paperwork before my first visit, so it was seamless in the office. They asked what name I prefer to go by so I felt at home from the beginning. They also have up to date technology so I received excellent customer care. I was informed and shown with their camera that I chipped a tooth and need a cap. The dentist informed me that I can have it replaced with the permanent one all in one day so that I do not have to come back for a second visit and be numbed twice. Before I left the receptionist had my estimate ready to go so I could plan right away. Everyone was friendly and informative. They are a first class office! I highly recommend!

Dr. Hunter was amazing. Very thorough, with close attention to detail, and willing to do whatever was needed to make me happy with my smile. She is a true expert and I am so grateful for her work! Highly recommended.

Excellent experience every time. The dentists and hygienists do a great job and are very nice. The billing is always really clear and upfront. I love that they show me a dental treatment plan with the estimated amount I will have to pay BEFORE they do anything beyond cleaning.

I have been searching for just the right dentist for over a year and now I know I have found it. I had my first appointment yesterday with the staff at Front Range Dental and all I can say was that it was ROCK STAR treatment! From the moment I entered the office (Rachel and Ruth) to the hygienist Debbie, to Dr Radtke it was a consistent “top-shelf” experience. I felt like family.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in at least 5 years, and the dental assistant was beyond gracious and kind! I had some pain issues in the beginning as most people do when they haven’t been for long periods and she worked with me every step and offered a lot of choices for pain management. My second visit went so smooth, and she shared honestly that I still needed to work on better flossing (who doesn’t 🤷🏼‍♀️) but also was super encouraging that my teeth are so much better! HIGHLY recommend this team, everyone was so friendly and helpful from the very first call, even the office manager! I’ve had horrible dentists in the past but I’ll be in this office for as long as I live in the area!

As always, very thorough and professional. I have been back and forth multiple times since October to sort some things out, which turned out to be stress related. It was reassuring to have several doctors look at my mouth and confirm that my oral health was not compromised. Thank you to Dr. Radtke and Dr. Hunter for their knowledge and dedication.

I have been going to Front Range Dental for years and am happy with their care and confident in their work. I have recommended them to at least 4 friends that go there now. They have the latest equipment and I have felt safe with their COVID protocols.

I had a very nice experience! The evaluation and cleaning was very thorough. The only issue is that I didnt get any dx or suggestion for a molar pain I get when eating sweets. Physically everything looks great, according to the doctor, but my pain is real and no dentist had been able to help me with this 😏. Overall, a great experience. The office is organizer and clean. The staff is very friendly!

Love the customer service at Front Range Dental! Have been going there since they opened. The whole family goes. Dr. Radke is wonderful!

Had a damaged tooth fixed the next day with a crown. They are very careful with covid. Took about 2.5 hours total time. One hour prepping the tooth, one hour that I was away while they made the crown, and a half hour to install the crown. The entire experience was stress free and pain free and done quickly enough and Im back to my normal routine in no time.

The staff is always friendly, the service is great, and everyone goes above and beyond for patients. Not only have I had great experiences here, my mom lost a crown while visiting from out of town and they were able to replace it in a matter of days. My mom said she has never had a better dental experience.

Everybody was fantastic! This was the first dentist I’ve been to in 4.5 years because I am very picky about my dental experiences. The team up front (Rebecca and Ruth) were very welcoming and I instantly felt like I had been a patient for forever! Laurisa, my hygienist is freaking hilarious and again, she made me feel like I had been a long-term patient. She also spent a lot of time on education and explaining stuff which is always appreciated. I saw Dr. Eckhardt and even though it was quick, he seems super nice! He was interested in my questions and concerns, made some recommendations, and I was on my way.This was such a great experience, I don’t know why I waited so long to find a dentist. I went in as a new patient for a dental checkup and all of the staff were incredibly patient, informative and very positive. They went above and beyond the standard of care and even gave me a folder with all of my information and x rays to take home.
