Nicole was so great! I contacted another agency first and they almost seemed bothered by my emails and request. So glad we found Nicole and New Horizons! She was extremely prompt and made sure we were 100% prepared for our trip. I could tell she was excited for us about our trip, which made us more excited! We had the best time in Akumal and we will definitely use these guys again in the future!

I needed to go to Germany for spine surgery and had very specific requests for the flight and hotel accommodations. Karen was extremely understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. I was able to complete all arrangements with ease. She even called after I came home to ensure I was doing ok and had safe travels. I highly recommend New Horizons Travel for international travel.

They are extremely helpful in answering all questions you may have, even odd questions say,, I always travel with a knife. At what size will they confiscate it? (clearly not flying). They also plan to keep in touch with you by email until you leave, even after payment. They have plenty of staff to help you.

My husband and I worked very closely with Debby DeLeon, at New Horizons Travel, starting in December of 2015. She helped us thoroughly plan our travel to our destination wedding in February of 2017. She not only worked closely with us to successfully schedule airfare, hotels, transportation, resort stays and more, but she also helped nearly 50 other guests of ours do the same. We booked our wedding trip for a week in Mexico and travel to our honeymoon on a cruise just after that. I loved working with Debby because she always had our best interest in mind. She gave suggestions and advice where needed, but ultimately let us make all of the decisions. I would surely recommend Debby for ANY of your travel needs. She consistent, clear, professional and overall a great person to interact with. We will definitely be returning to her for future uses.

My wife and I contacted New Horizons travel to arrange our vacation to Thailand after being referred by a friend. We were contacted promptly by one of the agents and after a phone call discussing our plans it was decided that it would be best to meet in person to further discuss our travel plans. We arrived at our appointment and had (what we thought) was a very productive meeting with our agent Rebecca. She took notes and gave us tips on our plans since she had traveled to Thailand recently. At the end of the meeting she said she would need a week or so to put together a quote for us. After a week and a few days had passed my wife emailed her asking for an update and never received a response. After two and half weeks had passed I tried to contact her via email as well and never received a response. After this I called the office directly and asked to be transferred to her. When she answered the phone it became clear that she had either intentionally or out of laziness had not done any work towards putting a quote together and even said she didnt have her notes from our previous meeting. She then said she could try to put something together for us by that night. I told her that if she could get us something within a day or two that would fine. After this phone call on 5/21/19 we have yet to receive an email, phone call or any communication whatsoever from her and it is now 6/12/19. Not only has this been a frustrating process but also the time wasted dealing with this agency has put us significantly behind in our travel planning. I would not recommend this travel agency to anyone.

Honeymoon Story: We were supposed to fly from DIA to DFW and then on to Montego Bay but because of some de-icing delays, missed our connecting flight.
