Brians process service was easy, fast, reliable, and he was extremely kind and helpful. His rates are more than reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.

I do not recommend using Fort Collins Process Service. I took my copy of an Affidavit of Service to the Larimer County Courthouse that I received from Brian after paying him $68 for his service. The clerk at the counter told me she would need the original when I handed her my emailed copy. I told her the process server I used only sent me the emailed copy. She said she would accept it, but strongly recommended I get the original AOS and keep it on hand in case the judge requested it. I emailed Brian telling him what the clerk said and asked him to please send me the original. This is the response I got from him, That absolutely not true. I never, ever give the original to my clients. Shes not telling the truth. I emailed him back and told him he could call down to the Larimer County courthouse and speak with the clerk to whom I was certain would remember me. When I received no reply to my email from Brian I called to Larimer county courthouse and spoke with with, yet another clerk. She also, stated that indeed, the courts would need original copies of the AOS, and quite possibly not having the original could jeopardize my case. I emailed Brian back giving him this info and the name of the second Larimer county clerk I spoke to, and again I received no response from him. I then called a left a message with Brian and still have not heard from him. At this point I have no idea, if I will get the original AOS, or what the consequences are of not having the original AOS. What kind of customer service is this? For a $ .50 cent stamp this man cannot even be bothered with an explanation or much less putting the original copy of the AOS in an envelope and sending it to me?

This company was professional, efficient and fast in serving the individual in question! Would definitely use it again, and recommend it to others.

I originally left a 4 star review, im forced to leave another after being harassed by Brain. I hired this company to serve some papers. I was told they can find anyone the address I had was not valid for the party I was trying to get served. I was told the second dress I provided didnt exist. I was fine with all of this. I was told I would get a refusal of service after Brian called the party I was trying to serve. I was told That this would hold up in court (it doesnt). Also, the paper I finally got over a week later is INVALID. Im not upset about paying for absolutely nothing. I was asked to leave a review, I gave a 4 star. Now im being harassed over giving a 4 star review!! unbelievable! screen shots to prove how unprofessional this company is. I hired another man, he had my papers served in a day and a copy for me in a day. He also served to the address that didnt exist. im leaving this just for the fact that Its insane to harass people for absolutely nothing.
