We signed on with Technical Framework in 2017 and the same two gentlemen that I met with while shopping tech support services initially, are the same two that I still work with now in 2021. Even though they have many clients to tend to, Chris and Ali makes us feel like a priority and provide exceptional service regardless of the request/need, every time. Technical Framework did a great job of recovering our data after a cloud-based file system failure in which the provider lost 50% of our documents. They had a backup ready to go and restored in less than a day to get us back up and running. What a life saver.

Had a total system update yesterday and it wreaked havoc on my computer. Called our internal IT desk for help and she called Tech Framework.Anthony called me back, took over my machine, and we were on the phone for about an hour. Ali Harris from Technical Framework took my call after two weeks (!) of frustration and humiliation at the hands of another IT company here in Fort Collins. From the beginning of my discussion with Ali about moving my small network to Office 365 Business Premium (in the Cloud), I felt I had finally reached a knowledgeable IT professional --- he assured me that he would check schedules, and call me that day. Thats exactly what he did --- it was a Friday, so I expected to be down another few days. On Saturday morning, Ali called to gather information about my system, and established communication with me to get all important credentials.Incredibly, within just a few hours, I was up with a new hosted e-mail, and all of my devices were talking to each other. Ali then texted and said, Well, that completes the Office 365 setup. If you are satisfied with your service, please provide your review with Google. I referred to the fact that Ali/Technical Framework had forgotten to mention charges --- now, this was AMAZING after to previous company had already charged me money for services that were unsuccessful, and held me hostage, while they neglected me --- Ali replied that the process was simple overall, so there was NO CHARGE!We all know that each IT challenge is different, so even Technical Framework cannot provide services at no charge, but I am still stunned by the sincerity and thoughtfulness of how I was treated.Technical Framework earned this hearty endorsement from me. I would ask you to consider calling them FIRST, before you waste precious time and money on some other company that (usually) wants to upsell you, draw the work out, and then treat you with less regard than you deserve as a paying customer.I could on, but Ive made my points.
