I would highly recommend giving this place a call if you are having troubles with your Mac. When I accidentally spilled some tea on my laptop, it began acting up making it basically unusable. Someone from ComputerEaze called me and helped me troubleshoot it over the phone. After following his recommendations, I was able to use my laptop again! I was very impressed to be helped over the phone and absolutely appreciated not having to take my laptop in. I will be keeping this place in my back pocket should I encounter more issues with my laptop.

Great company! Rob did everything remotely. He fixed my Mac in less than an hour and a half, found hidden bad stuff, and I never had to leave the house. He was a delight to work with, explaining what he was doing, willing to answer all my questions, and gave me lots of other tips. It was actually a very enjoyable experience. My only regret is that I waited so long to do this! They will definitely be my first choice next time.

I had a Mac desk top and a laptop that needed cleaned up and reorganizing. I called Rob and had him come over to the house for the task. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He gave my wife some expert tips for the Mac and the lap top is back to lightning fast. I am an advocate of you get what you pay for. Have been a dedicated customer since Rob started. I won’t use anyone else. He can analyze and resolve any issue I bring to him. He’s up to date on all operating systems and Apps on all Apple products. We often work remotely on issues some of which the Apple techs can’t resolve. And he works so quickly that his fees are minimal compared to what he can resolve.

My husband has been using Rob for his personal and business tech support for the last two years. Marvs not too tech savvy and Robs been a great asset. Easy and quick to reach and almost all issues resolved remotely. Very reasonable. Would highly recommend ComputerEaze.

Awesome! I had an ancient (year 2000) laptop I had lost the power cord to and needed the hard drive wiped and whole thing disposed of. In/out in 5 mins. So easy! Plus these guys are very nice.

Matt and Rob were great to work with and my computer is in better shape than when I gave it to them to repair it. They replaced the hard drive, reinstalled all data from my time capsule, checked for and installed updates and generally made sure the computer is running at its optimal level. The cost was reasonable and the work was done quickly.

My USB port had started acting up, which meant I could not use it to load large video files. I took my computer in to the guys at ComputerEaze and in less than 24 hours they ran diagnostics, determined that it was my logic board (cant be fixed) and showed me some workarounds when I came in to pick up my computer. My wife left the computer out and our son spilt coffee over it. I called them up and in the same day they were able to pull out the flash drive and told me it was unrecoverable. They then said they could try to dry the computer out over the weekend and see if the computer would work. They tried it and it was able to come back to life. Rob and Matt are the best! I took my 9-year-old Macbook to them after I dumped cereal on the keyboard and magically my computer is still alive thanks to them. They dried my Macbook out thoroughly, checked it for damage, and while they had it they gave it a tune-up and upgraded my operating system. Their prices are very reasonable and they were very good at describing my options, how much it would cost, and what they would recommend. I definitely feel like my computer is in good hands with these guys.

2nd review: My MacBook Pro 2017 wouldnt boot. Worked with Apple support. They couldnt figure it out. They told me to take it to one of the shops (I wont name them) on College who is an authorized Apple repair facility and setup and appointment for me. When I got there, they told me because its out of warranty it would be 12-15 days before theyd even LOOK at it! I said I have someplace MUCH better to take it. I took it to Rob @ ComputerEaze whom Ive used several times now. Brought it in unscheduled at 11:30. It was FIXED by 2PM - SAME DAY! Fair price, great service and communication. I wouldnt send my Macs or PCs to anyone else!Original review:My 2012 Mac Mini was running VERY slow. They checked it for malware and viruses (didnt find any) and then recommended a solid state drive. It screams now! Great customer service and they were very fast.

They quickly determined the problem with my Apple laptop and identified the solution. Work was completed within hours of the part arriving. Great to talk chat with, reasonable prices, no diagnostic fee!

I had an older (2010) Apple MacBookPro computer that had suddenly died. Rob gave me multiple scenarios regarding the possible outcomes with this computer and was willing to diagnose it without remuneration. Once diagnosed (not worth repairing) he was willing to wait until I purchased a new computer, transferred all my hard disk data to the new computer to be paid. He and Matt were highly professional throughout the process and I felt always gave me good advice at a more than reasonable price. Rob even walked me through setting up my Apple Airport Time Capsule remotely once I got my new computer safely setup at home. I got some sage advice that likely saved me from making some set-up mistakes that could have resulted in a worthless new computer. I highly recommend ComputerEaze. They were amazing!!

Had a 2011 Macbook Pro die on me - hard drive became obsolete. Also wiped out my external hard drive trying to convert to work on Mac iOS. They helped with both, kept me in the loop every step of the way, even picked up the new hardware for me. Great work and enjoyed the interaction.

I spilled tea all over my macbook air and figured it was done for good. I took it in to computereaze and within 24 hours they had opened my computer, dried it out, and repaired the airport card which miraculously was the only thing that was damaged. I ordered an ssd drive to put in my Imac, and then realized that it was beyond my skills. I found these guys on the web and they were so easy to work with from the beginning. When I told them all I needed was the drive installed, and that I would handle formatting and data restore, they were more than glad to do it. The only problems I had involved my order from Crucial taking much longer than I anticipated (including them sending the wrong drive the first time). But Robert and Computereaze were more than flexible with each rescheduling. When I finally dropped off the drive one morning, it was ready to go by that afternoon. I now have a much improved 2011 Imac and will use Computereaze for any of my computer issues in the future. And I will gladly tell my Fort Collins/Loveland friends about them as well.
