To set the tone, I have high expectations when I commit money to a vehicle project. Wade and his crew at Nelsens are awesome. Absolute professionals. I took in a uniquely modified diesel vehicle to them with a performance goal and they accepted the challenge without hesitation. They researched the solutions and provided me with options and costs. Once determined, they even did the custom fabrication needed to complete the project. To top it off they ran it on the Dyno for before and after data on the upgrade. Im very happy with the outcome in regards to performance and the high quality of the work. I would recommend Nelsens Auto Tech Center without hesitation.

They set me up with the best mechanic for the job, took the extra time to get to know my car, but only charge me the bare minimum for their labor. They even topped off the oil until I can bring the car back for a proper oil change. The mechanic let me pick his brain a bit, too. Not to mention that they have probably the cleanest garage I have ever seen! Talk about fastidious! They really made me feel like part of the neighborhood. Im keeping these guys!

Pretty disappointed with how Nelsens seems to be handling COVID-19. I was there several days ago, and there was no hand sanitizer and none of the workers were wearing masks. The woman at the front desk was helpful, but again, I would have felt better if shed been wearing a mask. In the future Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

They were so helpful to us!! We were stranded in Fort Collins after the serpentine belt fell off!! We went to BG Automotive they charged us $1300 to extract bolt! Nelsen helped us really fast and charged only $230 it was a blessing!! I highly recommend them!!

Full disclosure, I only went here for an awd diesel emissions test, but these guys were super helpful. They took the time to talk with me about the quirks of my vehicle (a diesel Jeep), and what kind of maintenance it might need, knowing full well I live over an hour away and wouldn’t have it done at their shop. They were honest, helpful, and obviously not just chasing a dollar. If I lived closer I’d absolutely use them as my mechanic.

Ive been going to Nelsens Auto Tech for 4 years and they are superior mechanics and good business people. Im taking care of a twenty year old car on a limited budget and I have been very satisfied with the care and advice I receive on what needs to be repaired immediately and what can wait. My car died right in front of Nelsens earlier this week. Rachel was extremely helpful! Even though they were very busy they were able to get my car in and replace the alternator within 24 hours.

Brought my Audi S7 in for APR stage 2 tune Wade was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend him. Very nice having an APR dealer that is this close and great customer service.

Just had an oil flush done and was pleasantly surprised when my other fluids were topped off and a full vehicle inspection report was provided. Nothing was forced onto me, and I had all the facts to make the appropriate decisions as to when to fix the other issues on my vehicle. Great service at a fair price! Nelsens Auto Tech is the Best!! I own a 79 Chevy Malibu. I have taken it to some other shops in town, one was okay but charged me way to much and another was a speed shop/ muscle car shop and they were the most Incompetent shop workers ever and treated me like because I didnt grow up in the 70s I know nothing about my car. So I had almost given up hope on shops here in town. Finally made the decision to come to Nelsens and they did such a fantastic job on everything I had done to my car. Our family has used Nelsens and referred people to Nelsens for a lot of years. We have always appreciated their thoroughness and reliability. Wade and the technicians truly know vehicles and are great at diagnosing the problem. I didnt know how much I appreciated them till our church van had a problem and the other shops including a dealership took our money but failed to diagnose the problem. Nelsens pursued the problem and tried working with the other shops. It took the whole Nelsen teams persistence to correct the dealerships mistake. Our van works great now. We are so thankful for their knowledge and reliability.

When my 78 yr. old father, 52 yr. old brother, & 27 yr. old daughter have ALL needed suggestions on where to have their autos repaired, I advised them to check out Nelsens (as a friend had suggested to me when I was new to the area). My family members have all been satisfied with Nelsens, SO, when screeching noises erupted from my right front brake, I KNEW who I had to call. Unfortunately, for me, they were booked solid for the next 5 days. I asked if they could recommend a shop and right away they gave me a name and number of a muffler/ brake shop they thought might be able to see me the same day & assured me it had a good reputation. Less than 5 hrs later, it was all a done deal! THANK YOU, Nelsens!! I will call you, again, when/if my car needs another service and I will continue to recommend you to family & friends!

Our Expedition started smoking and we werent sure what was going on so pulled into Nelsons to see if they could help. Their parking lot was completely full, and they were swamped (2 weeks out), but made it a priority to take a quick look at what was going on with our vehicle. They quickly were able to determine the issue, and because it was minor, bumped us to the front of the list, had us out of there in under an hour, and didnt charge us for the fluids. They were genuinely kind and cared about getting us back on the road safely. I cant recommend them enough. They are our new auto tech people and we wont go anywhere else!!!

These guys were great! I was I old town and my battery was dead on my motorcycle. I saw there business and pushed my bike in. One of the employees took time off of his lunch break to help me get it started. Saved my day! Check them out, Im sure they will do you right.

They were willing to search for, find and fix a battery drain that Markley Motors had no clue about. Quality shop and people. Wish they werent so far away. I live on the South side of town which isnt very convenient.

My car began spontaneously dying last winter, so I took into Nelsens because the location was convenient for me to bike to. Long story short, my car was in and out of this shop five times over a two month span, and every time I got my car back there was something new wrong with. Naturally, I was concerned that the mechanic had messed something up while they were trying to fix my car, and in fact this was the case on one of the occasions. On the other occasions, the shop denied any error on their part, and I had to have several lengthy conversations with the shop owner. I will not be taking my car here again, nor would I recommend it to others, but I will say that service was speedy and always congenial.

Professional and honest. I was referred to Nelsens through a trusted friend and co-worker. I am restoring a 1968 Chrysler Newport of which was my Grandpas. The sentimental value this vehicle holds is immeasurable. I never once mentioned this to be the case to Amy and Wade, funny thing was, I didnt have to. Everyone there treated my project with care and as if it were theirs. I had been chasing an electrical gremlin for months. Trying to figure this out and that out until I just had enough. I am handy with a wrench and wire cutters, but this issue just had me beat.I showed up through a referral in an impromptu appointment. Same day I showed up was the same day THEY MADE TIME to get my bundle of electrical issues car in. Within hours they had determined the issues and called me to seek approval for costs as they progressed in the repair. That alone, was very thoughtful and professional.This means no secrets no corny dishonest tactics here.The day came to pick up my vehicle.( 1 day later ) I was taken out to my car to be shown the exact work they had done with a clear explanation of what their techs did (did I mention how closely noted all of the issues I was having were written down carefully to help diagnose). I almost didnt recognize it after the hood was opened. They cleaned up every loose wire, looming all that were exposed and trimming all wires to their proper lengths. All was neat and had a factory look to it.Businesses like this are hard to find (Ive tried). Its the sort of place you hear about that treats you right, gives you a fair price before and during the repair and guarantees their work.Great people who care!Thank you for helping me!

Nelsons is awesome. When we ran stuck working with a local dealer, Nelsons went the extra mile to diagnose our vehicles problem and found the solution. They are a class act. they are now our go to place for all our vehicles needs.

Took my car in for over heating and a check engine light. They fixed the over heating that they thought was causing the light. After spending over $900 the light came on before even leaving the parking lot. They wanted to do more work but I later found out the only reason it was on was a fuse and a couple loose bolts. They fixed half the problem with my car but were unable to fix a fuse.

Local one stop car shop. This is where I take my Diesel to get emissions testing. They are friendly and pretty fast if you have an appointment.

Wost experience ever. After booking an appointment, I brought the car in on a tuesday, the didn’t even look at until end of wednesday. Did some of the work kn Thursday, but decided not to finish the job and said “we have accepted some other work and are too busy to finish your car this week”. This after I begged them on tuesday to finish by friday, which they assured me they could. All I wanted was a hitch and brake controller installed, a 4 hour maximum job.

After spending time telling what a grate friend to parents of CSU students and horse people they are the proceeded to try to stick me with a $3,000 repair estimate including a $140 diagnostic billThey just drove the truck around could figure what was wrong so they tried to convince me to replace EVERY part on the front end including those that I replace less than six months ago.We took it to another shop and paid $58 dollars.Theyre real nice folks ... just dont let them near your walt.Note that the glowing reviews where all published at the same time and 4/5 are anonymous. ;>)... just sayin
