We had a huge cracked glass window directly above the entrance door of a retail outlet that need an immediate fix. I called Paul Davis. Within a couple of hours their crew had boarded up the window on both sides so that customers could safely use the door. I would definitely use them again.

Took them 6 almost 7months to finish the repairs, multiple calls and never returned our calls or emails, then gave me two different prices when they claimed the repairs were done. Wound up paying so.eone else tp finish what they didnt fix. Worst company ever

Ill keep it short and simple as our experience was nothing close to that.... PaulDavis and company made every effort to help us throughout the entire process. They helped to turn a very stressful situation into a manageable and more tolerable experience. I mean, who wants to have their kitchen floors ripped out after water damage?! No one right?!? So if you find yourself in this position, you now know who to call!

From beginning to end, everyone I worked with was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Josh took care of the mold mitigation and more than once went above and beyond with a no problem, its what Im here for attitude. Thank you Josh! Gabe and his crew did a good job and kept in communication with me throughout their work. Damen took extra time to talk to me about the process and timeline. All the contractors they use do good work and care about you as a customer too. I had the opportunity to talk to the owner David and I can see that he cares about the work they do, his customers, and his staff. Genuine guy and it trickles down to the Paul Davis staff. Kristina was helpful and kind and I always enjoyed talking to her. The job ended up taking about 3 weeks longer than it was supposed to but in the end I was happy with the work and the people I interacted with and thats what matters

We Had our upstairs bathroom drain pipe break, flooding the area between the walls. We didn’t realize it until we saw the downstairs ceiling wet, bubbling and dripping. There was also a black coloration.We called our insurance company and they suggested PaulDavis. Logan and Carlos from PaulDavis came and did everything. They coordinated with insurance, mold testing, and communicated well with us. They had to isolate an area which turned out to be infested with black mold. They kept us out of this area, did the dry out and clean up, chemically killed the mold as verified by follow-up testing. They sealed the now dry studs, and took care of the problem completely. The specialist for restoration has contacted us and will now replace the drywall and fix the flooring. It was all SO EASY for us! Thank you PaulDavis!!

They were quick and professional. They did a thorough job helping me get my basement cleaned out after some flooding.

They were very fast responding to our flooding issue following COVID protocols. They did take a long time picking up the equipment but they did just as we asked for the sake of our puppies.

The entire staff at Paul Davis have been nothing but spectacular. Their water remediation team responded immediately to our emergency. They were very professional, polite, and efficient. The remediation bill and the subsequent estimate for repairs were processed in a timely manner and professionally submitted to the insurance company. They kept their promises on arrival times and always called prior to arrival. The office and management staff were very professional and patient as we waited for the insurance claim to be processed.

Would rate 0 stars if possible! Absolutely awful time. Let me preface by saying that I was homeless for 8 years in my teens and early twenties and this experience with Paul Davis has been the absolute worst experience of my life! My house has been ripped apart and my family has been unable to live in our own home for 4 weeks now for a job that was quoted to be 3 days! Poor communication and judgment calls in the beginning from the project manager( he has gotten better) and poor quality work from the subcontractor, seems like everything these guys touch breaks and then they say they aren’t responsible. The project managers supervisor Damen, was completely unprofessional and started arguing with me on the phone about how many times I met the project manager in person (once!). The way he spoke to me has ensured that we will not use this company for another restoration we need due to our water heater failing! His actions were the deciding factor in that as we already had Lucas out here to estimate that job. The project manager began the job without having the replacement materials on hand and what do you know?! The material gets back ordered! So my wife and I went and bought the tile ourselves. A month later the subcontractor says he is done, although he clearly is not. There are still a few spots in the shower that he did not grout at all. He didn’t replace the shower hardware correctly so now the company has to send out a plumber. He left sealer for me to do the sealing, even though that is what I am to pay Paul Davis for, so I expect a discount for having to do some of this stuff myself. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company they obviously don’t care about their clients enough to do what is right and on time. It’s a good thing we had the foresight to have our insurance company pay us the money for us to pay Paul Davis, because they won’t get a dime until this job is completed to satisfaction!Business owner, I will be making reports to the BBB and any other agency I can about this poor experience.Update, December 14th. They sent someone to finish the grout, but they forgot about patching the holes in the drywall that were left by the last guy, also the plumber was supposed to come today, but they forgot. I wonder how they would feel if I just “forget” to pay Paul Davis?!Update December 16th. Now they are trying to invoice us for work that was done by myself and for materials that were never used on our project....this is INSANITY! This company can’t even get the basic of their profession done right! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!Response to the owners response....this review was left while we were still dealing with your horrible team and customer service. We let you know this was not resolved to satisfaction, as well as communicating that through the BBB. The final credit issued was an insult, and needed a 0 added on to the end of it in order to clear this up to satisfaction. Your company and awful service are the unprofessionalism here, not my review that, again, was left before we finished our dealing with each other. You had plenty of opportunity to make this right and have refused to do so every step of the way!

Paul Davis is great! The contractors they used to paint my house (jose) horrible. They said 2 days took them 4. Got paint on my floor and my step stool. I had to complain about them, so Paul Davis (Damen) could get my stuff finished.

Not all Paul Davis are the same. Theyre independently owned. After a back experience with the Denver branch in 2010, we were hesitant to call again. But this time we were assigned to the Fort Collins branch. We had a toilet break sometime in the wee hours of the morning on a Saturday. It flooded the bathroom, the office underneath and affected parts of the garage and basement. Josh Sorenson with PD was able to come out on Saturday with no extra fees or charges for the weekend. They were very courteous with us, answered all our detailed questions, treated our home and belongings with great care, explained their technology and set up fans, heaters and dehumidifiers to dry everything out within 3 days. It went perfectly and the only thing left to do is replace some carpet padding and tape and texture part of a ceiling. If wed waited till Monday for the other companies, the damage would have been much worse. Thanks Josh!

Such awesome people and great company!

Paul Davis Restoration of Fort Collins did a great job mitigating our recent water leak. They we are able to come to my house 45 minutes after I first got in contact with them. They took care of everything and even helped meet with the insurance company to go over the progress of drying out the leak. I would definitely recommend them to help you with your mitigation needs.

I reached out to PD early in the morning and they got back to me immediately. The owner himself was responsive and accessible. Josh came to look at my project within an hour of requesting a bid. Cant wait to work with them!

Josh and Paul Davis did a great job and got rid of our mold from a water leak. They had a lot to deal with and came back until the end.
