Found our washing machine leaking on a Friday and called Bobs. Was able to schedule an appointment for the following Tuesday with a morning arrival. Marc arrived a little after 11 am, was super courteous, and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He had the part on hand to get us fixed and was done in under an hour.Fingers crossed we dont need appliance repair any time in the near future, but if we do, I will be calling Bobs!

We called Bobs Appliance to see if they could come out and work on our fridge. We were in a pinch because the fridge had just croaked. We were worked in that day and he even was early, which was great. Uland showed up and immediately diagnosed our fridge and instead of telling us to fix it and spend $1800 doing so, he said they recommend to purchase a new one. He gave recommendations on which types of fridges to avoid. It was a great experience and well be keeping their card on hand to use them for future needs.

My washer was making some terrible noises and I had Bob’s come out to take a look at it and they were so professional and honest. I really appreciate how friendly and knowledgeable the repair technicians were and everything was explained to me. I highly recommend calling Bob’s anytime you need an appliance repaired or evaluated.

We have an extended warranty on our fridge from Lowes. Lowes made an appointment with Bobs Appliance to fix it. Bobs Appliance called me asked me, the person who know nothing about fridges, (which is why I bought the extended warranty) what was wrong with my fridge. They canceled the appointment and refused to look at my fridge. Wow! That was the WORST professionalism and costumer service. Why would a repair professional ask someone who knows nothing to diagnosis it....That is why your service it needed!!

My home warranty company contracted Bobs Appliance to access/repair my dishwasher that was working very poorly to clean dishes and my built in microwave that had completely stopped working. I found Bobs Appliance team to be extremely effective in their communication. I understood what needed tO be replaced for the repairs and was given an expected time frame for the parts to arrive for the repairs to be completed. And everything went as the team at Bobs Appliance said it would. Very pleased with their service.

Our front load washer quit draining and Woody arrived on time and was very professional, prepared, and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. Front loaders were new to us and after his visit I needed some additional information which Rick provided instantly by phone. A great experience all around. Thanks.

We use Bobs Appliance for appliance repairs for our apartment community. We appreciate that they are a local business. They are always responsive and easy to schedule appointments with. During service calls they are very respectful of our tenants. The techs are very good about diagnosing issues and communicating what needs to be done in an efficient manner. Turn around time between diagnostic call/appointment and repair is very timely. Overall very reliable and knowledgeable appliance repair company.

The gentlemen entered my house and was rude from the beginning. He was deceitful regarding pricing of the repair. The total time he working was under an hour, and the cost for the part that was getting installed was around $30. Less than an hour goes by, and he is finished. He charges me over $300. I inquire as to why it is so expensive and he breaks it down. Still doesn’t seem right. That afternoon I get a call from the appliance company. I’m thinking they are calling about a billing mistake and will give me a refund, but it turns out there is an additional amount owed.Overall, very sad experience and do not recommend to anybody.

They did exactly what they said they would do--no surprises--and the personal service from Rick and his trainee was way beyond my expectations having read other reviews on here. I had an issue with a cook-top that was under warranty. I was apprehensive at first because GE paired me up with these guys and their reviews leave something to be desired. That said, Rick came out for like five minutes (right on time) to take a look, get some part numbers and place an order. The parts came in, we set up another appointment, Rick came out again with a new guy.I sat there doing laundry watching Netflix while he talked the new guy through the job. They had the cook top disassembled and back together in under an hour. Didnt waste any time, didnt make small talk, the new guy asked good questions and Rick coached him along. When they wrapped up, they headed out to the next job like professionals. Stove is like new.If I were to ding them on anything, its the lady who takes your call and sets up appointments. Shes a little rough around the edges and sort of yelled at me because my cell phone coverage sucked after she called me. But hey, its kinda charming and Id rather talk to someone local like her fifty times than deal with some call center in the Philippines or some tool at the Comcast/Apple/Verizon store. Give em a shot.

106.50 to replace a 10.00 light bulb in my Microwave. I took the microwave into the shop. They required a 50.00 down payment. They later called and said the bill would be 56.50 so all I would have to pay would be 6.50. One week later I called to get an update on when it would be ready to pick up and was told it would be ready that afternoon. I was later called and told that I was given a wrong amount due and that it would be 106.50 instead of 6.50 as I had been told a wrong amount. Upon picking up the unit the lady at the counter asked me if I was OK with the 56.50. I said not really as I would not have made a decision to get a new light build had I known it would requirement to invest a hundred plus dollars in a microwave that was well over twenty years old. bottom-line...dont make the mistake I made in not getting the cost in writing.

The owner’s brother referred us and we couldn’t be happier with the service! They came out within 48 hours of our request (non-emergency) to an empty house (we were on vacation) and fixed it quickly and inexpensive my. Thanks, Bob’s! We will call again.

Bobs canceled our appointment when they found out that Sears had previously repaired our refrigerator (and did not adequately fix it). While having a conversation with management, in which I expressed my frustration with their unwillingness to work on our refrigerator, the manager said they were trying to help by telling me to go back to Sears who will not come out for 2.5 more weeks. I expressed that I would simply like to treat this as a new service call payment wise to get my fridge back up and running. She said thats not possible because they have lost their shirt too many times doing work after Sears. I said that isnt a way to do business, and I would be sure to give them a review. She became angry and hung up.

They came by to do service on my dishwasher which was doing weird sounds when it ran. It turned out to be a glass chip in there. The service was extremely expensive, like most services in northern colorado. After a little over a month it started having other sounds when it ran. Called them up to see if they could come by to give it another check as part of warranty, but since I was over their 30 day warranty they wanted to again charge full price. Horrible way to run a company, that is how you lose customers.

Rick came out to look at our dishwasher today. We were having a wild morning with a conference call and getting the baby setup with the sitter. Rick was so nice and patient. And he handled my husbands anger toward the machine so well. Lol. After a lot of diagnosing and a couple calls to other technicians we got some instructions and we will get back in touch if it doesnt resolve. Rick is a seriously awesome professional tech.

My oven blew a thermo-fuse while I was running the self-clean cycle. After researching the part online, I decided to see if I could find it locally since I needed it right away, I was willing to pay extra for it. The woman I spoke with indicated they a one in stock and I rushed over to pick it up. When I arrived, I found her to be very personable and friendly. Oh... and the part cost LESS than what I would have paid on the internet.

Had another appliance company come out and said the dryer was fine even though it was not drying clothes. Called Bobs Appliance and they were out the very next day. In seconds Uland could tell there was no heat, had a new heating element with him and made the repair within about 20 min. Very happy and plan to use them again.

My refrigerator was not cooling well in July. I called Bobs Appliance and the person they sent looked inside my freezer only and told me it was because the intake inside the freezer was blocked by food. (though I had always stuffed my freezer). I moved the food away from the intake and it seemed to work better until 6 months later when it completely died and I lost another freezer full of food. I have to believe the July incident was an early warning that he just did not recognize, especially since he didnt even look at anything beyond the inside of the freezer. Since it has been just over 6 months since that visit, they wanted to charge me for him to come out again. Ill find a company that knows how to service refrigerators this time.

Dryer repair was completed and is running great, everything was maintained by the warranty.Previous:Still waiting on a dryer repair. They have been entirely unhelpful and time wasting. Took the day off for Appt #1, they never showed. They claimed they needed to order parts before even showing up based on the model #. Appt #2 they came 10 days later to find its not the model # they thought. Now I have to wait another 10 days to maybe get my dryer fixed under warranty. By then it would have been a month since my warranty call.Technician was great, very friendly. Management needs some serious work

Horrible service, Id give zero stars if i could. They came out r times to repair my dishwasher and then finally we got a new one dishwasher with the same issues. They came out twice for the new one and never got it fixed. During the process twice they gave me an appointment window of 9 to 12 and were not here by 12 with no call. The final straw was they said they would be out between 9 and 12 again and at 12 i called and they said we didnt have an appointment at all. I highly recommend using another service if you need any appliance help.

Despite the large window of service, noon to 4pm, the handyman (Marc?) Was really laid back and shot me a heads up call so that I could meet him from work. Charged me a very fair rate for my dryer and left a card for potential issues that would be covered under a 30 day warranty. I will be using Bobs Appliance in the future when the inevitable happens!

NEVER use this service. THEIR TECHNICIAN LEFT WATER LEAKING UNDER MY DISHWASHER AND RUINED MY WOOD FLOOR!!!! I contacted the manager Belinda who tried to blame us for the leak, then when she came over she tried to blame it on faulty pipes. After I explained that once we turned the water off that her tech left leaking and the leak stopped she basically told me I should contact my home owners insurance to cover the damage that HER TECHNICIAN caused. Now I get to deal with a rotted kitchen floor and settle this legally! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!

I just watched someone driving a small silver ford truck that said Bobs Appliance Repair on the side almost strike a pedestrian on 287 and apparently not even notice. No breaks were applied, no swerve. Just turned off onto Smokey Drive. This idiot was driving partly on the shoulder all the way from Loveland. Were you drunk or were you just too busy doing other things to look where you were driving?!

Bruce took care of my problem in a way that only a seasoned professional could have. I would never have believed he had fixed it,but it has worked for four months and still running. What he did to fix the washing machine required no parts and no additional time, but it worked! He could have fleeced me so badly and I would have never known it! One hell of a guy! Initially diagnosed and fixed the problem, in and out in an hour. Then realized the problem actually hadnt been fixed. Happens. Problem was, there was ongoing poor communication between the technician and the office staff. I expect repair guys to be early birds, but technician said he typically doesnt start jobs till 10, then the office staff told me (after I hadnt received any confirmation on the second appointment) that it could actually be as early as 8:30. So I had to wait a whole week for the return trip to fix the problem that should have been fixed the first time. Mostly, Im disappointed that the return appointment wasnt prioritized over all the other calls, and that jobs dont start earlier.

Bobs appliance is awesome! We have an LG dishwasher that died on us 4 times and each time LG called Bobs appliance to do repair work on the dishwasher. The problem had to do with the way the dishwasher was designed. After the fourth time Uland came to our house he decided to call LG himself. He was able to get us a credit for our dishwasher from LG. Uland is the man!!

Horrible experience, workers not willing to work, thay look for the first chance to cut and run and reschedule and when rescheduled there is no notification of what time it was rescheduled for, worker said we will call never happened. The receptionist is very unprofessional answering questions as if Im taking up her time and not really answering the questions to begin with, not willing to help just rude and snobby! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This man ripped me off. I made an appointment with Bobby and he flaked over over. When he finally showed up he sold me a washing machine that does not work and when I requested a refund or exchange he told me he would and then kept blowing me off when it was time for our meet up.A complete waist of time and money.
