As a salesman for a small business that sells center of the plate products I wanted something extra to be able to give my customers to help them with their bottom line. I sat down with Rachael and Jeremy in a brainstorming session, and they designed a menu analysis program for my chefs to utilize. They are also putting together some different marketing programs my restaurant can choose from that will save them money in their marketing, improve their brand which in time will increase their bottom line also.
