Great place to drop off or ship packages.

Its been 3 times now that my packages were not delivered to my address. The first 2 times I was able to retrieve my packages that said delivered from around the corner but this last time I was unable to. This is totally unacceptable and I cant get anyone on the line.

This is a great business that delivered my package on time. It was a super important package and I needed it ASAP! Thanks for the hard work.

Good place to pick up your package but needs to retrain employees that you get them from. Attitudes need to be adjusted for drivers too.

Why doesnt this UPS store that takes packages not have a printer to print out labels for returns? Every UPS store that Ive been to has the ability to scan your phone and print out a return label. Therefore, the UPS employee can place the label properly and secure it.

My package had next day delivery I ordered my package on a Wednesday I couldnt get it on Thursday cuz it was a holiday so that mean I shouldve have got it on Friday. The company told me on Friday that ups hasent even picked up the package yet so I had to wait until MondaytheSo today is Monday and my package has been saying out for delivery for like 3 hour like damn come on already and not to mention they dont even knock on the door they do one little knock and walk away and sit the package outside (I stay close to neighbors I live in a apt) they could at least knock 3 times or simply wait for someone there is always someone home

Just drop off the package without verifying the correct person

Drivers often take all damn day and just carelessly leave packages anywhere.

Ups dont seem to care about making sure packages are delivered correctly. I had a $7,000 package left by the road and two weeks later have a package they say was delivered, but wasnt.

We get a lot of packages delivered and always on time and take care of packages.
