Walked in at noon on a Thursday for an eyebrow wax. Waited less than 5 minutes...she did an awesome job and the price is $9. Hard to beat, will be a repeat customer.

Ive only been coming here since November 7, 2020 for my birthday. Last week when I visited the shop for an eyebrow wax and tint the technician scalped a gash in my brow. I didnt notice it until the tint started to fade. I called them to inform them about it and they asked me to come back in. I made it back there a week later because of work duties. I dont know what I expected, but I did want her to see what she did. She got defensive talking about how long shes been doing brows. YOU ARE STILL NOT ABOVE MISTAKES!!! Maybe a Im sorry would have sufficed, but well never know because Im not going back. You mishandled that whole situation maam. Terrible customer service. Zero stars...would not recommend👎🏿

The girl TT charging me $22 for cleanup cuz she did my eyebrows and my eyelashes and she didnt even clean my face I still got a little mark on my face and then she needed my mama eyebrows right how you going to charge me $22 for cleanup you didnt even clean my face real good she halfway cleaned my face you cant charge me $22 she said it was $5 for clean up because she took too long if you would have some extra help instead of being in anybody else so you wouldnt have all these people coming in I wont be going back there anymore dont charge me $5 for clean up and the whole thing was 22 she charge me $22 have $5 just because she took too long

Do not go here my eyelashes camed off the next day and they did my eyebrows horribly wrong customer service is trash!

Honestly I go there every two weeks to get my eyebrows done. And i only go to a specific woman to do my lashes. She is usually there all the time. She does my eyebrows exactly how I want them. She only messed one side of them once. Out of all the times I have gone but regardless she remember that I was unhappy about and was extra careful the next time. 👌🏽 Their prices are good to me. Compare to the mall and other places. I pay 9$ for eyebrows and if you do lip together it’s $3 dollars extra. So I would always pay 12 no matter what. And of course tip her. Plus the give you this card. Every time you come in the will signature their initials and by the 12th time it is Free! It does come in handy tbh. I say it all depends on who you are getting them done by. Because I very picky about who does mines. If the one I get them done by is not there or she is attending someone else I just wait on her. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I like the shape of my brows, but I got a dozen cuts/scabs too (see picture) :( I very rarely get scabs when I get threaded and when I do it’s one or two. This time it was many more. She did take her time, and followed my input about the shape I wanted.

Tej (sp) is my favorite. She remembered exactly how I like my brows after 10 months due the pandemic.

The ladies in there are very kind.They always do a very good job.

Some of these ladies are great, however the young lady today just threaded half of my eyebrow off. Its bad, bad enough to not allow her to touch it agian. Her attitude was just as bad as she looked at her error maybe even worse.

I’ve been a customer of Seva for literally five years. My first experience took place at the Forest Park Walmart, I didn’t really like their attitude but the eyelashes were OK and cheap. Upon repeat visits The workers there begin to recognize my face and eventually they became polite and welcoming. I’m an avid customer and I’m at this location faithfully every 14 days. Not only have I receive eyebrow extensions but I have also got a Brazilian wax and brow tenting (which comes off in 2days) Today’s Experience was much different from any before. At the end of my service I asked to be sat upright in the chair ( because while services are performed you are lying down in a chair ) as the lady Who serviced me begin to lift up the chair. She made very rude and disrespectful comments towards me. She told me that I was fat and I should go workout at the gym. Of course I was mortified embarrassed and the comments brought to tears I told her that was rude and disrespectful and that I would never come to the salon again!!!!! People come in all shapes sizes colors and creeds and no one should be made felt the way that I was today. Now I’m stuck looking for another eye lash tech and also very traumatized by this experience I hope no one else has to go through what I went through today.

I usually come Mondays or Tuesdays. Shes on point, the lady on weekends didnt do a good job, my lashes fell off in 2 days, my tint came off also, dont know if she was having a bad day or what, but the lady on Mondays and Tuesdays is great!!!!

I go to this location often but after yesterday I will not be back idk if they did sterilize they equipment or whatever but my eye is super irritated and red in the corner. I got my eyelashes and eyebrows done

OMG! what a joke this place is. I got the eyebrow tinting (which faded in 2 days, not 2 weeks with following the care instruction to a tee) and prior to the getting this service I told the lady I have a $5.00 off coupon. Shes like ok honey the color didnt match my eyebrows and I looked ridiculous I was pissed and walked out and my husband paid and she didnt honor the stupid coupon. I decided to get my eyebrows micro bladed so I wouldnt have to go and waste my money on crappy places like these.
