I drive to this post office because there staff is polite,respectful and are always willing to lend a helping hand. I live in jonesboro however forest park po is worth the drive when u want to deal with professionals..
Received delivery confirmation at 9:24pm stating that my meds were in my mailbox. Really? The post office delivers at 9pm? Called the number numerous times only for no one to pick up. Called the usps customer service number only to be told that my package is in fact still at the post office with a delivery date for this upcoming Saturday. If that’s the case why did I receive confirmation that it had been delivered at 9pm already? I have been watching the tracking since the meds were ordered and even tho my package was supposedly out for delivery yesterday, never made it to my mailbox but still got confirmation. This is beyond frustrating and isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this particular post office. Overall they need to do better. The staff in the office is very rude at times or otherwise very nonchalant. I’ve had issues with the mail carriers being more engaged with personal phone conversation than actually delivering our mail in our boxes. Like legit I’ve waited for the mail lady to finish her personal conversation while she was literally holding on to a box of mail for our complex. They just don’t care.
Staff are always friendly and Ive been coming here for over a decade. Yall are just some Karens smh.
In my 29 years of being on this planet ive never had a problem receiving my mail. I ordered a phone case and the tracking email said it was delivered. I never received the package. Then I bought my mother a birthday card and sent it on April 14th. It is now April 28th and she hasnt received it. Someone either stole it (there was money in it that was my fault), or it hasnt left the post office.
My package has sat at this post office for over a week. Will be calling corporate tomorrow to have them look at this locations reviews, and tell them about the issue. Hopefully they will be able to enforce some sort of employment changes after they see this place hasn’t had a review over 2 or 3 stars in over a year.
My package among many other people I’ve talked to have been stuck at this place and mine has been stuck here for 11 days now. So annoying as my package is something I kinda need now. Definitely calling someone about this because it’s stupid so many people have to deal with this.
I thought I was going to the post office, but after meeting RON CLARK I thought I was at the Circus festival. This 58in ball of misery didnt even try to attempt to listen or help with what was happening with our package. He took out his miserable life on ME AND MY SON, when looking for a package that was misdelivered. Five minutes into talking to Ron, he started to cut off us off after not hearing a single thing go through his ear. He talked as if a robot was not computing and offered no help or to anyone after, even while waiting for the supervisor. The supervisor WES was very professional and courteous. Just dont go HERE IF YOU SEE THIS FAKE DON KING WITH A LOW CUT. I SUGGEST YOU JUST LEAVE AND DONT COME BACK.!
I live in Florida and my package has been stuck here for four days now. These reviews are all awful and apparently nothing is being done about this facility. I wouldnt even mind the delay if I could just trust them to keep me updated, but I was only told to allow for 24 to 48 hours and have yet to receive any updates.
Post office clerk told me they only have ONE ink pen in the entire building for customers to use. ONE INK PEN THOU!..... Now, you have to wait in line to use the ink pen and then get in line to actually see the clerk too. smh
My package has been sitting here for a week. Others have had it sit there for MONTHS. Actual MONTHS. I cannot get in touch with anyone at this post office to inquire about it. Im out of options short of taking a day off from work TO DRIVE 3 HOURS TO SEE THESE PEOPLE IN PERSON.

I have a package that has been sitting there in FOREST PARK, GA since Nov 13, 2020. There was a Pre-Shipment label created and it is now December 15, 2020 and my package hasn’t moved. I live in SC and have not been able to talk to a real person. The company I ordered from said that they shipped my package and there is nothing they can do. What is the deal with this place?? Horrible and after reading these comments I will go ahead and file a claim. Also reporting tbjs place!! How have you lost a shipment the day it gets there. 83 other shipments go out fine and mine (that will with those 83) is the ONLY ONE that is not where its supposed to be!
For the second time I have experienced this post office stating that a package has been delivered to me but when I check the mailbox everything is in there that informed mail said was in there but the main package I’m looking for. Then for the lady in the post office to say contact the sender but you coworkers were the last one with the package....Really kills me! Just Sad and Pathetic!!
So today I came in and I needed help finding my mail. So I kept trying to explain what the situation to the older lady who name is C. Johnson . She kept cutting me off then she rolled her eyes right in front of me. After she realize I was reading her name tag she try to say “I can see if anyone can help u but they are not here.” I do not know if she hate her job or what but if she didn’t want to be there she can quite there are people out here who In needing of job she should be happy to have a job. Not rolling her eyes at customer who helping this branch make money to stay open.
This post office has had my package redirected and held at this his awful location since November 29.I went in there today and was insulted by this older guy at the front counter. He stated that my package was there but he could not help me because I was not wearing a mask and I stated to him I can’t wear them due to health concerns. He persisted to ask what health problems. Omg has this person ever heard of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Aka HIPAA. I will be contacting cooperate for withholding my mail and violating my right to privacy!The worst post office in america.
If I could give them a negative star I would. They marked one of my packages delivered then marked it for delivered the day before and I never received it! Then you call and they take messages just to never call you back, or to keep you on hold and never come back!! If I can figure out a way to re route my mail out of this post office I will. Went there to get my passport done and was sent away because i didn’t have the “right documents” and all I had to do was go to the post office in mid town and informed that I didn’t need all the items I was told I needed....wasted my time. Dont go to this location if yon need a passport done.
Every time I order something online and it goes through here, I have to wait at least two weeks before my package leaves the place. Very annoying.
I am amazed that after this much negativity in reviews this place is still in business, everyone who wrote negative reviews about this place is accurate and thank you raising your voice .this is a very bad usps facility for customers and very unprofessional people working here . All they are expert on is how to give you runaround and waste your time . Really would love to know what exactly they do all day because my package has been just sitting there since September 30th its now October the 8th it took less time to make it from Hong Kong to the United States than from Georgia to Florida unbelievable. My fiancé was harassed by the representative(black women) on 10/15/2020 for using my debit card to pay for a $3.99 tape. She called police and try to say he was using a stolen card, after she charged my card the $3.99. A customer in line who was hearing everything also paid for the tape since the rep was being unprofessional about it . Basically she took the money twice. They keep up with most other post offices and are slow federal government workers. Dont expect much and you wont be disappointed.

Disorganized postal facility. Slowest in Metro Atlanta. Packages sit there for days before they move on. The management needs to be replaced and hire a staff that appreciates a job.This has been going on for years. Lazy people who only want a paycheck.
I went there yesterday to mail a express envelope just wanted to say that the person helping me was very courteous his name is Mr.Cook he always has a great attitude towards all the post office customers and this post follows the covid 19 protocols and as I go there to mail letters all the personal there are courteous people.
If your package ends up here on the way to you go ahead and consider it lost because you will not be receiving it. Also if you want to call them good luck with that. Sadly there isn’t a way to rate this using 0 stars.

This post office doesnt even deserve a one star this is the second time a package of mine ended up at this post office to NEVER be delivered to me, I dont get how nothing has been done about so many packages not being delivered the hell are the employees in there doing stealing. Apparently this is where packages go to disappear. My package was supposed to be delivered to Barnwell SC by March 2. It made it to this place February 28 and hasnt been seen since. Why is this place still doing business. And you can forget about calling them. I stayed on hold for 20 minutes just to see if they would actually answer. They did not. I would fire everyone here.
Have a package that’s been at this facility waiting to be processed for a week now and has not moved. Very frustrating. Reading the other reviews doesn’t give me much hope in ever receiving my package.
My regular mail carrier is great! Having said that any other interaction with this location is terrible. Whenever there is a sub driver theres a 70% chance I will not get my mail. She will put down driveway inaccessible and shell do that for the whole neighborhood! One time she did that for the whole neighborhood and apparently kept the mail on her truck. So the next day I didnt get my packages on time. It was on her time, she came later and left the mail. So she totally screwed everyone on the route AND the next day was just back at work getting paid to do what SHE wants to do. I was outside when she drove by that day and shes just chatting away on the phone while delivering mail. I have 30 security cameras and yesterday she just drove right passed and didnt even slow down. I received an email that my package was available for pickup. Um, thats not how this works! I wouldnt be surprised if my package disappears later on. People these days have no work ethic or self respect. I am very thankful for my regular mail carrier!!!! But the others give this post office a bad name.
I choose 3 stars because they are not horrible, but my only issue is the abrasiveness of the one man that works there. He’s nice but dry, VERY dry upon approaching the counter! I understand even now during “COVID” ppl are fearful! But you don’t have to treat me like I am a leper! Obviously I am not sick and neither are you! Say hello to me first then give me instructions! If there was way to do postal business without humans I probably would at this location! And I hate to say that because I DO NOT like the idea of robots and machines taking ppls jobs! This was my first visit and there was a little wait for service.I got frustrated when I saw one postal worker taking his time to calmly explain something to a customer in front of me. There were several people waiting in line and I was upset he was moving so slow and talking so much.Then it was my turn. Id made a mistake in my packaging, which he calmly and professionally explained to me. He told me which form I need to complete and then told me I didnt need to get back in line after I completed it.I appreciated his assistance and I get it.The post office can be a frustrating place and the staff here moved the line, made sure everyone got the same level of service, and they got the job done.
Ive been waiting for a package for about 2 weeks only to find out that it was mistakenly delivered from UPS to this post office (Sure Post Service). Not sure why - but this post office took it upon themselves to return the shipment as Recipient Refused. Isnt that a Federal Offense - cause to me - thats tampering with mail.
Every time I come here to pick up my package they always have trouble finding it or tell me that they dont have it. Why would you leave a slip at my door telling me specifically that you guys have it and tell me the opposite thing when I take the time out of my work day to pick up my package? Also carriers please write more clearly on your packing slips. The employees can only look up packages by tracking number and if they cant make our your writing then you are making their job much harder.
There should be a negative star rating system for places just like this. My tracking information stopped here a week ago.

WORST post office ever, i asked for a priority mail tap to tap the priority mail package that i want to ship and the man there said no they dont give out tape and he was rude and disrespectful with his response.Just to confirm what the man said i went to morrow post office at lake Harbin Rd the lady provided exceptional customer service and tape the box for me without even asking or telling her and she was friendly.
UPDATE: Mr. Scott, a supervisor, just personally made sure my most recent items got delivered to me. THANK YOU.If you get in touch with a supervisor it seems to work out.I have had several packages that they said was attempted to be delivered and even packages that say they were delivered, but were not. When I try to get answers everyone keeps saying Im sorry and weve opened an investigation yet and still I dont have my packages. The carrier doesnt come to my location until about 2pm, but I wait from 9:45am to 8pm and they still dont arrive. The one time I tried to just pick up my packages from the Forest Park location R.Clark (black male, in his 50s, approx 57, approx 200lbs) stapled some papers and handed them to me. As I was writing some information on the papers he suddenly came to a realization that I actually should not be in possession of the papers. He all at once says you cant take that with you grabs my hands and the papers and tried to pry the papers from my hands. I should mention that Im on crutches. He only managed to rip a piece of the paper. Everyone in the post office including a woman who was working with him witnessed this. My packages were then personally delivered to me by a supervisor Mrs. Cheney. Im now in another battle to get my more recently purchased packages. In all of this Mrs. Cheney is the only person who was proactive and compassionate. My advice to anyone reading this is to not do business through the Forest Park USPS office.
Just FYI, don’t expect nice customer service here at the Forest Park location!!! It’s suck for me cause I live in the area where this office happen to be my main. Customer service are ghetto, lack of attention details.!! FYI the one in Morrow is much nicer if you dont mind drive down there

I do not live in Forest Park, GA but had a package end up at this post office and it has been there since September 12, 2015 at 8:33 A.M it is now September 18, 2015 and I still have not received my package. I did obtain a tracking number, so I tracked it. This post office has received my package and the billing sticker and still has not processed my package. I called multiple times to try and see what the hold up is and every time I call which has been since 9:00 A.M and it is now 1:00 P.M the number has been busy.

I am very disappointed in how customer service is not valued in the USA. I had an issue with the substitute carrier not delivering my packages to my address but putting them in the sales office of my townhouse complex. I called and complained. A mail carrier called me back to tell me that she did not do that. I am appalled by the mail carrier calling the customer #1 and perhaps it wasnt this mail carrier but a mail carrier for my area did put a package of mine in the sales center of my townhouse complex. I know this for a fact because I walked up there to get it. Management said, the mail carrier said the package was too big for the locker. Hmm...who else would have access to the mail lockers other than the mail carrier? I have gotten the run around trying to reach the mail carrier and/or her supervisor because I would like to know if it is protocol to call a customer to tell them they were wrong about something (even though I wasnt wrong). I cannot seem to reach the mail carrier as I have called twice and left her a message. And the numbers they gave me for management are busy. You need to do better USPS.
If I could give a negative rating I would. Put my change of address form IN THE MANAGERS HAND and he never filed it. Had to submit multiple request for them to find my mail. Not to mention the cariors at this location ALWAYS put the mail in the wrong box. I’m not sure if these reviews make a difference, but if you can avoid this place, do so!

I have been calling this facility for 3 days!! No answer or the busy signal. My package was taken back to the facility (or so my tracking info said) because it claims there was no apartment number. Why didnt they take it to the office or maybe if they answer, I can give them the apartment number. Smh. Pissed poor service. USPS just NEEDS to just shut down. Why in the name does morrow georgia have 2 post offices, 2, but not one of them delivers to morrow addresses?!?! This makes no sense. Im starting to think that a prerequisite to work at the Post Office is nasty attitudes and dry personality. This one exemplifies that! Long lines and 2 workers on a 5 desk row. Sad that we have to wait so long in line to be greeted by nasty dry people. Hate coming here........

The Post Master, Vasser, has the WORST attitude I have ever encountered from someone in a position of authority. If this is the example that is being set Im not surprised at all about how terrible the rest of the staff are. S/he, I couldnt tell if it was a male or female, is a pitiful excuse for a leader. This person should be fired immediately. I wasnt even able to get a simple answer to a relatively easy question without getting a lot of attitude. If you are that unhappy with your job the quit! Dont make the rest of us miserable and have to suffer with your pathetic, unprofessional demeanor. Ill be so happy for the day that I move and no longer have to endure any more dealings with this place. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

From the reviews it seems clear they need to bring a more organized management team and workers who actually work. Its obviously useless to leave a review so management can use the feedback to try to improve operations since the low ratings seem to have stayed the same

Went in for passport renewal for my 17 year old. As per Department of State officials website, ONE proof of US citizenship is required (US passport, even expired, is one of those) Took my application, expired US passport, copy of such, copies of ID, copies of my ID since I am the parent. As per that same website AND a notice on bright orange paper, if a minor is UNDER 16, BOTH parents need to be present. If the minor is age 16 OR 17, ONE parent needs to consent by either being present or giving written approval of the application (this is only optional if the 16/17 year old has his own ID).The poor clerk processing the application was new, therefore did not know certain things and asked her supervisor. I COULD appreciate that, but when you are dealing with MY personal information, I need you to be properly trainered, especially since it pretty much just involves being familiar with the official guidelines. The supervisor came over and had one if the nastiest attitudes, insisting that my child needed his US birth certificate and that his US passport alone was not enough. She continued on by telling me that I dont even need to be there and copies of my document do not need to be submitted, since he was 17. I have tried to let her know that in was following the official instructions, INCLUDING her own sign. She proceeded on by stating that they will send it in as is, but that it will be my issue when they (Department of State) does not accept it!This older white lady, acting as the supervisor is THE worst. This is not the first time I have experienced issues with her. I try to avoid that post office by all means, but unfortunatelly it is the closest passport acceptance agency!They will lock the doors up to 10 minutes before close in order to limit the customers at the end of day. Dont even bother trying to call, they never answer the phones either. This same clerk has a rude and nasty attitude no matter the time of day you walk in. Even towards service members in uniform! She is disrespectful, rude and not knowledgeable of common, and easily accessible, info! Sadly management does not seem to care, since rudeness and unprofessional behaviour seems to be the two number one complaints for this particular location.She should be working in the back and frown at boxes but not be left alone with customers or staff members. She is nasty towards them as well- IN FRONT of customers.

I had a really bad experience, first to customer service sucks. Second issue I had a Christmas package sent which no one ever attempted to deliver and then a month and a half later it pop back up in her original state that it was sent from. You call they dont answer and you go there any treat you like youre irrelevant

An item I ordered, a book a was tendered to the USPS in Forrest Park Ga. and it took 7 days and 6 hours before it was deliverer to my house in Douglasville Ga. Which is only 31 miles. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Some of those people need to be fired!
Hot mess been waiting on my package for 2weeks
My husbands contact lens order has been stuck at this post office for over a week. The tracking number I received states that it was checked in at the post office, but has yet to leave. Im not sure why it was even given to USPS from UPS at this location since we live in Alabama.
You dont even deserve 1 star. This post office is HORRIBLE. If you have a large package, they will not deliver to you bc theyre lazy. They will say that theres a problem with a delivery and you have to come and pick it up. 3 times had happened to me within 3 months. Im so sicking tired of this post office.

How difficult is it to deliver a package to my apartment? Anytime I have a package shipped to me I have to pick it up at the Post office. The Lady at the Morrow Post office where I pick up the deliveries says Its often because of LAZINESS (Mail is delivered by FOREST PARK). This is getting tiresome. I get 3-5 packages a month but I am not able to drive so I cannot pick it up at the post office. They should do their job in the first place.

I informed these very busy individuals personally, to not put packages on my doorstop in a Apt complex that has a extensive history of stealing packages off doorstops, I lost one package to theft, I then went to the post office and informed them to please not put packages on my doorstop, and they did it again. The second time is pure negligence and absolute disregard after I talked to the clerk and she took my name and informed me that my packages would be delivered to the Managers office. I will now use ups and fedex cause this post office is useless.

This is the most ignorant post office I have ever in my whole entire life been to. I swear this place need to be shut down! The supervisor has the worst attitude, my boyfriend and I came in to cash a check and the man legitimately did not want to cash my check and told me my ID was made in a flea market when we asked for the supervisor this ignorant tall man w glasses and a huge scar on his forehead comes out as soon as my boyfriend asks him a question he stops him and tells him to stop talking? Tracking for multiple packages just stop once they reach the Forest Park PO, and when I try to call the location to get an answer, all I get is a busy tone. I cant even call this place to see what is going on!?
I am not even sure why this location is still in business. It is an awful place with rude employees who are probably that way because they are understaffed. They have terrible customer service. Do not waste your time!!
Ive ordered a package on December 14th scheduled to be here January 4th. When I access my tracking info it says that it has arrived at unit.I still havent received it so I went there personally to ask if they had it there. The lady behind the desk said that she did the find it and that maybe someone on route had it.I still dont have my package.Terrible post office, terrible service, and terrible use of tax money.

The carrier didnt even attempt to leave my priority package and logged it as undeliverable. You cant call because apparently they have the phone off the hook. This is terrible customer service and I will be filing a formal complaint!!!
