Went in to make a big purchase today. Was there about an hour without any salesperson approach me at all, not sure why. Asked a question at the counter where they had 8 people and felt like I was bothering the guy. Im not sure whats happening but this isnt the service Id expect from Campbells. Ill buy elsewhere.UPDATE...I went back in before the big purchase and Bill Campbell himself did assist me and really took time to explain different machines and capabilities. This is what I expect out of Campbells!! Much better this time.

Rude customer service. The lady that answered the phone when I call must be hard of hearing. I speak clear American English and she just couldnt seem to understand me. She was then rude to me because she couldnt understand. All I needed was a copy of a recent invoice and I had to hold her hand through the whole process. The customer service rep has to be spoon fed in order to perform a simple task. If I had an option I would never use them again.

The business is decent but the customer service deserved 1 star. I asked what was the turn around time and was told,just bring it in well get to it when we get to it. If youre looking for ANY type of decent customer service,just keep looking!

Great place they sell and service top brands. The staff is very helpful, I was at Home Depot looking at mowers. Dude walks up to me and says GO TO CAMPBELLS in morrow. The great part about them you buy a mower there they will sevice it within a few day. You buy a mower from somewhere else they will still service but in a few weeks. I will make my pur have from CAMPBELLS Lawn Equipment.

I have bought tool after tool, they have repaired by tools, ordered my supplies, worked with me on my short notices I have given them. One of the best lawn mower repair places Ive ever been to.Took my self propelled mower in to see why it had stopped running. After two weeks they gave me a call saying the motor had blown and it wouldnt be worth fixing. The best part was that they didnt even charge me for the diagnosis.Best to take your lawn equipment in during the slow seasons like fall or winter that way you can get it back faster.

Crooks. They ordered a part and they ordered the wrong part then wanted me to pay to ship the wrong part back paying for their mistake. I will throw the mower away of Campbells is the only place to get parts. Go somewhere anywhere else for you needs.

Very disappointed I paid 1200 $ for a toro mower in 2018, they say it ran hot,air cooled, cost 200$ to repair, no WARRANTY. I could have purchased 5 lawnmowers at Walmart this amount of money If it had quit running they would have replaced it. STAY AWAY FROM CAMPBELLS THEY DO NOT WARRANTY WHAT THEY SELL.

The most knowledgeable Lawn Mower Parts help anywhere around. If they dont have it they can get it for you quickly, or tell you where you may go to get it. Great service department for repairs, and the best new equipment around. Only the Best Brands at Campbells.

This place sells the best equipment and their service department is good but they think they are the only game in town. I bought a $ 11,000 mower from them and have it serviced regularly. In April I asked them to do a full gold star service. This ended up costing way more than the initial quote and it took 3 weeks longer than stated. There was no apology or explication just arrogance and cockiness. I have used the mower only 3 times since the service. One of The steering arms is way harder to push than the other. I called and asked what to do they said bring it in and in 5 to 6 weeks they would look at it. Arrogant arrogant arrogant. I am taking it to another repair facility and will buy my equipment elsewhere. They are very friendly when you are buying their expensive equipment but they are rude and arrogant when you need service. Go any where else!!!!!

I took my MS391 stihl saw for repairs a few months ago. Campbell kept a month and didn’t even give a courtesy call to let me know anything. So, when I finally called them, the rep says it costs too much to repair. When I enquire as to the problem, he says a number of things. I took it to Fernandina Bch Florida ACE Hardware and gave no deposit like I did with Campbell and got it returned in a few days. The problem was a carburetor adjustment and it cost 50 dollars.

Although I havent bought anything from Campbells in some time, I thought I would give my opinion. Im not a landscaping professional, but I do value buying equipment that will last. These guys know what they are talking about. Theyve been there for a long time and have probably the strongest commercial business in the metro area in their market. Theyre not going anywhere so you can be assured you will be able to get what you purchased serviced. If you buy the commercial grade stuff and use it as a homeowner you may never break it! Be advised, the brands and models Campbells sells cannot be bought at the big box stores. Campbells only sells what works and lasts, and it might just out last you...

Worst costumer service !! We went to buy a chain for a chain saw and we wait about 15 minutes in front of 3 employees and they not even look at you and said a word ! One of the employees was in the phone doing personal calls regarding his credit card !!?? The other two employees where in the computer pretending looking for something!! Arrogant and unprofessional, I never going back to the store !
