Called for a quote and someone was supposed to come out within the week. Two weeks passed and I called again. Someone eventually came out and said they would put together the estimate. Well, that was over a month ago - never got it. Yeah….I guess you want my business. No thanks! I guess I should have realized that after it took over two weeks to get someone to come out for the estimate.

Their awesome landscape designer, Lois, destroyed my watermelon vines because there was some viney thing growing, she apparently didnt know watermelons GROW ON VINES! They were 8ft. long! On top of that, they were in an area that WAS FENCED OFF WITH TOMATOES AND PEPPERS! The plant was clearly marked with a BURPEE ICEBOX WATERMELON tag yet were still cut. Why is that? Is the ability to read not a requirement at McAdam Landscaping??? A tomato plant was also bent in half. You guys going to replace the plants? Also, some indigenous, butterfly-friendly, plants were removed despite the wishes of the property owner. Maybe time for new aptitude tests, English reading and writing tests, and basic garden plant identification coloring books pre-employment?TIP TO PROPERTY/HOMEOWNERS: If youre planning on McAdam coming to do some work for you and have existing plants that you dont want destroyed, make sure to mark them with bells, red tape, flashing lights, etc.Garbage work, thanks a ton, guys.

McAdam is simply Second to none. My work with McAdam Landscape was simply phenomenal. With heavy rains I consistently had a significant lake and swamp in my back yard. They helped me come up with a smart and cost effective drainage solution. We worked through the solution for some time, tending to every comment and question I had. When the crew came to do they work they were excellent. We walked through the project to make sure we were aligned, they checked in along the way at key points in the project, they came up with additional little improvements along the way to make our original idea even better or to solve for problems, and they cleaned up to perfection. Honestly, the work is so good, you can’t even tell half my lawn was dug up to install drain tile—they even preserved the grass perfectly. I’ve worked with A LOT of contractors and landscapers, and McAdam blew me away. I’m thrilled with the results.

Visited their office to see if I could have them come to my yard and cut down a stump with a chainsaw. This stomp is from a lilac bush and is only about four feet high .Then I called a couple days later to see if there coming and they said they come over but never showed. I guess they had bigger fish to fry.NICE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE..YOULL WOULDNT EVER SEE MEE AGAIN.

I have called them twice to come out to give me estimate on trimming my shrubs for over 3 weeks still no response and no one has shown up.

Great selection of perennials, annuals and shrubs that are ideal for our zone 6A urban garden. Prices are precious, but the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I ended up hiring McAdam landscape..... The work was adequate but a bit too pricey at the end of the day...... I would never hire McAdam landscape again..... Not so much because of the actual work but how they were before the project began which was positive and how they were with their follow-up....... Im still waiting for Patrick to give me a quote after having asked several times for maintenance..... It wouldnt matter now..... The owner turned out to be two very different people....

I had some lawn issues this past summer and gave McAdam a call. While I was disappointed to learn that they didnt provide residential turf maintenance service, they did stop by anyway and diagnose the issue I was having with my lawn, for no cost at all. They also provided what turned out to be great advice to get my lawn back on track. I enjoy maintaining my own lawn, and just needed some advice from a professional. Which was exactly what I received. Great customer experience.

Love the plant material

Calvin and staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are kinda high and no guarantee the source of plants are native, sustainable or chemical free. Were glad McAdam Landscaping store is in a convenient location and has an adequate variety of landscaping options. Wed love to see more native plant information, water conservation tips for residents and businesses and perineals. Recommending training on tree care: pruning, trimming, planting, proper mulching to share with the customers and the greater community.

They were so helpful here. I ordered a very hard to find decorative grass. I could not find it anywhere else. It will arrive in one week.

I have used McAdam Landscaping and just love the work that they have done for our home. We have never had a problem with the staff or call backs. If I have a question about caring for the work they have done there has always been someone there to help me. Also just love the garden center. All I can say is Thank You

They never got back to me. I contacted them several summers ago and they never returned my call. I thought Id try them again this year for a project I wanted done and they never returned my calls.
