When I could get the lady to look up from texting or whatever she was doing with her phone she was rude and absolutely couldn’t be bothered. If you go here have cash in hand because apparently they charge ridiculous credit card processing fees.

Lady was rude to me at this location. Accused me of taking a pen that I clearly pulled from my pocket, as there usually are no pens at most currency exchanges. Customer service is the reason why some places are open. They should be closed.

I went in to cash a check and the teller told me I couldn’t cash it and that I had to wait until Monday because the 4th of July which is on a Saturday which made no sense at all honestly they got bozo’s working there I won’t ever to that location again

Slowest workers in the world. I just wanted a stamp! How you can have 7 people in line and just ignore them is beyond me. Everyone there needs to be replaced!

This location has horrible service. The women who work there all have the nastiest attitudes, as though the job specifies you have to be rude to work there. I stood in line,with no one else present, for 3 minutes while 4 women walked around in back like I was invisible. The woman who finally serviced me was the definition of rude, unprofessional and highly condescending. She gives that currency exchange and Forest Park a bad name.

Forgot some money to make a payment, told the lady id be back in 15 minutes, I come back and her black co-worker tells me to come back in 1 hour and 30 minutes (didnt give a reason why- something with the computers- she was on the phone with her friend mumbling to me, not paying attention to me) Why didnt she tell me this before? Tried to ask for a specific time and she gave me an attitude and responded with mmmhmmIQ tests need to be legalized for employers, enough is enough..

So I needed to change some twenties to a solid hundred dollar bill. I stopped at the currency exchange at 7207 W. Roosevelt in Forest Park. I told the cashier what I wanted to do. To my surprise, I was told that they do not change small bills to larger bills, but only change large bills to small bills., So what does the currency exchange actually do ? I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Terrible custtomer service they act like they dfont wa my to be there no greeting whatsoever hopefully never have to come here again
