Don was outstanding. He had a huge job to do. He cleaned all the bedroom carpets plus a large area throw, and then he expertly cleaned all the tiled areas of the home, grout as well as tile. Hired Pierce Carpet Cleaning company last month. I was planning to get all new carpets but upon a recommendation from a friend who used this company before and had a great experience, I called. They were great! I was shocked to see my carpets look almost as good as new. All the stains were gone and carpets smell fresh and clean. Cleaners were on time with great service. Pierce Carpet Cleaning is the real deal and I would highly recommend using their services!! My white couch looks almost new after it was cleaned - including the full removal of pen marks, a liquid stain, dye from denim jeans, wear and tear from a pet, etc. I was not expecting such a drastic improvement! The carpets were also cleaned, and since then my cats allergies have been less problematic. Great results and very professional service!

What a pleasant and professional experience! Booking my appointment was short-notice and easy. Pierce was so wonderful, calling me ahead of and after my appointment to assure that I was satisfied. He went over all of my expectations prior to starting his work and did not disappoint. My carpets look like brand new. Approved!!

I feel rather mixed about my experience with Pierce.When I initially called to set up an appointment for somebody to come out and clean three area rugs (one large, one midsize, and one smaller rug), the woman taking my call only asked about my availability schedule; no mention was made of kinds of service or pricing, nor questions were asked about size of my rugs. Not completely her fault, as I should have inquired about specific services/costs.The cleaning tech (whose name I don’t recall) who performed the work was prompt, calling ahead about 25 minutes before his arrival. He showed up on time, even calling right when he parked.He advised me of three different services with different prices, something that I wished the woman who set up the appointment would have told me about, so I could have had more time in making a proper decision.I do appreciate that the tech offered me a better deal-which I took- for the price of the smallest area rug.Also the tech did the entire job in about a half an hour, and I was pretty much satisfied with how clean the rugs came out.However, I had two concerns that bear mentioning:1.) When I was about to pay the tech, I had my checkbook ready, as I fully intended to pay by check, but was informed by the tech that they don’t take checks (and haven’t taken checks for payment in a long time apparently), just credit cards or cash. This completely contradicted what the office staff told me. Also I learned at that moment that there is also a service call fee added as well- Fair enough, but I wish I knew that ahead of time.I ended up paying the bill with a cc- not my first preference though.Also, no invoice with a breakdown of service was offered.2.) More disappointing was the fact that the tech left at least two good-sized puddles of water on my oak wood floors around the edges of each rug- which to my annoyance, I had to dry on my own, as there was no acknowledgement/attempt by the tech to dry the floor. I can’t imagine what I would do if I was an elderly person (and I’m not getting any younger/stronger anytime soon!) who couldn’t ably get on their hands and knees to dry the floor.As this is the first time I’ve ever had a professional carpet cleaning performed in my house, I’m not familiar with post-cleaning practices of this kind of service. I guess I have come to expect whenever I’ve ever had ANY kind of work done in my house; Painting, remodeling, roofing, etc. the workers ALWAYS clean up thoroughly after their done, without having to be asked!I wasn’t exactly inspired (especially upon the awkward moment from the tech’s request) to add in a gratuity on his cellphone. I passed on that- then again the cost of the service was really more than enough to cover the work performed.

He was very thorough and explained the whole process to me. My carpet now looks great and the charges were very fair. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Simply amazing! Technicians from Pierce Carpet Cleaning were on time, professional and friendly. They cleaned, sanitized and applied fabric protection to my extremely dirty microfiber sofa. They were quick and efficient and the furniture looks almost new. They also cleaned a large area rug which came out looking as good as when I purchased it. I would recommend them fully. I will definitely use them in the future!

I had my living room carpet cleaned by Pierce Carpet Cleaning in May. I needed this done last minute and Don was very accommodating and able to fit me in. Other places I called didnt have openings for a month and thats if they even got back to you with your appointment request. On the day of service not only did Don arrive early, he did a great job in less than an hour. My carpets looked like new and my house smelled fresh. I will definitely be using his services again.
