Disrespectful upper management as Plant Manager and supervisor they threaten people’s jobs as they try to intimidate employees for working for them. I have a whole recording of it and even another person has a recording of this Plant Manager and supervisor threatening their jobs makes me want to go to department of labor for the behavior it’s verbal harassment. HR is located in Texas and it don’t seem like they care all they will say is you need to talk to your Plant Manager. None of my problems never been resolved. As I and others has witnessed the disrespect by the supervisor yells, curse, and aggressively picks on people and when things get addressed to the Plant Manager he laughs about it in front of other employees which was not professional. The Plant Manager and Supervisor has something going on, they discriminate it was over heard they said they cannot hire any females.The Plant Manager lets the Supervisor do what ever he wants. The Supervisor smokes marijuana on the job. I have smelt it other co-workers smelt it as well the cleaner said something to us . But of course nothing never happens. This place just isn’t the place to work. I wish they will crack down on these Plant managers and supervisors. They give all this money to a supervisor that doesn’t do anything but be in the Plant Managers office all the time or smoking marijuana on the job between 5-7 in the morning. They deleted my voicemail for calling out sick with sick time and suspended me for a whole week. They will demote you if they don’t like you. WATCH OUT. There is so much going on I can continue going on about the unfairness, disrespect, someone who does not feel valued, does not pay their long term employees and they will take away your money.
