We had an incredible experience with Acoustical Vision. Our old WiFi situation was a mess and they were able to create a mesh network that works seamlessly. They paid a lot of attention to detail when it came to mounting our TVs and went above and beyond to get our Sonos system working. We will definitely be calling them for help with any future projects and will be recommending them to everyone!

Accoustical Vision did a great job mounting a Samsung Frame TV over our fireplace. Paul listened to our concerns about disturbing the masonry and having exposed wires. He explained how he could make our request work and could even order the TV for us. On the date of the project he kept us updated on his arrival. He worked all day to get to our solution. He even patched the wall where he had to cut in which is something I was not actually expecting. After he cleaned up, he made sure we understood our new set up. He charges a very fair price for his work, Id actually say, he should charge more for the quality of work that he does.

I had Paul and team install an outdoor TV/speakers, and they were fantastic. They offered multiple alternatives to the general concept that I had envisioned, and were very responsive to some of the tweaks that I had suggested. We just completed a large overhaul of our audio and visual setup in one of our large conference rooms. The team at Acoustical Vision, led by Paul Theriault did a fantastic job walking us through our options and completing the job in a very tight window we gave them. Paul and Damiano mounted 3 TVs, set up a network, installed exterior security cameras, installed ceiling mounted speaks in multiple rooms and wired everything to a basement closet. They had also wired my house when it was being built. They did an incredible job and everything was done in the most professional manner possible. These guys did great work on mounting our TV, adding new power + cable inputs, and concealing all wires/components within a nearby closet. They were able to do the work without requiring any wall patches, which was ideal. And, they gave good care towards keeping wires organized and tidy from the TV all the way to the concealed component shelf. Everything was done with minimal impact and with care/respect for the surrounding spaces.They were efficient, thoughtful and did some extra legwork helping us to figure out and achieve the custom solution that we wanted.Happy to see a job well done, and done quickly around our busy schedules.

Installed TV mount over fireplace.

We have had three moves since 2015 and have used AV all three times so we are triple repeat customers. I did a lot of research and price comparison and found AV to be the best value. Additionally, they were able to source and supply the mounts and additional components at a competitive rate. Team always arrived in time, told me what they were going to do and then accomplished the job in a timely no fuss no muss manner. Last install involved a TV over a fireplace which required a special pull down mount- installed in a manner that exceeded my expectations! I highly, highly recommend this company!

I recently used AV to mount my tv above my fireplace because of a referral given to me by someone I knew. We live in an older house (100+) and I knew there were probably going to be many obstacles to get it to where I wanted above the fireplace. Paul and his technician Connor easily found a way to get all the necessary new wiring across my basement and up the wall behind my fireplace with absolutely no extra holes or mess. There are no cables or wires visible, everything is behind the tv. They were very courteous and respectful and cleaned as if they were never there. They also do Home security and am looking forward to having them back in the very near future.

We contacted Acoustical Vision to provide some ideas for wiring our house for our a/v needs. Paul came out and was very helpful. He listened to what we wanted to accomplish and offered us multiple options on how we could do it.Paul and his crew were accommodating in working around our new construction schedule. After we agreed on a tentative plan, Paul put together a plan and walked through the house with us, showing where everything would be installed, how wires/cables would be ran and even how we could take steps to be able to add devices in the future after construction was complete.We started with a prewire, which involved stringing hundreds of feet of wire throughout the house for TV, music, internet and security. Runs of flexible piping were also installed before drywall was installed to allow for wire for the possible addition of devices in the future.With the prewire complete, we had to wait for the drywall to be installed and finished before the next phases could be completed.Paul and his crew installed a Savant home automation system for us. This centralized smart system allows us to control our TV, music, lighting and security from an iPad or one of our phones. It is very easy and convenient to use.Paul was also very open to changes we made to the overall system as we moved along. We had some changes in equipment and additions we made to the system and all were made without issue. All questions that we had were answered and explained thoroughly.Towards the end of the project, after all devices were installed and the Savant system was up and running, The Acoustical Vision crew took the time needed to make sure every component worked as it should and was properly integrated with the system. They came back several days later to recheck the system and make any adjustments that were needed. There were a couple issues with one of the TVs connecting to the system, but they worked until they finally found the solution and it has worked fine since.Paul and the people at Acoustical Vision did a good job at making sure all issues to the system were worked out even when it took multiple visits to accomplish. They stayed at it until solutions were found and the job was complete. They are very knowledgable about A/V systems, components and home automation.We have been happy with the work we had done by Acoustical Vision. I would recommend them and I would also have them back for other a/v projects that I have.
