The repairman Thomas was great! Communication was on point. However, the company he works for and management Regina (bad attitude) & Boris (lack of communication) are horrible!! The reason why I gave a one star (they don’t even deserve that). My original appointment was 9/1/21. The repairman NEVER showed up. They still ordered a part that they assumed would fix my issue. I was told once the part was in, they would call me to reschedule my appt. No one called to reschedule my appt, but i received a notification while at work a technician was in route to my home. With that being another inconvenience and another appointment being rescheduled. Here we are 9/17/21 and my refrigerator is just now being “fixed.” Every since Sears home warranty has contracted with these 3rd party companies, it’s been HELL!!! I would never allow this to happen again after the amount of money I pay EVERY month for this warranty plan. Customers should never experience this from ANY company!!!

I am not at all happy with the service performed today. The technician did not put any sincere effort to fix the problem. He was not even willing to open the strainer/filter to see if any small coins or small cloths got stuck there and/or clogged. I requested him to check the strainer/filter which may have clogged and he replied no such part in this Kennmore model which get clogged with the small coins/small cloths. Technician just gave some lame excuses and escaped. Wasted money. Reported the issue to the company and I hope they send a technician who is willing to put sincere effort and fix the issue.Comment after receiving response from the company:We have been using Tide+ Pods 4 in 1 Downy and following instruction from Tide Company. We are also using Tide Washing Machine Cleaner frequently to clean the machine. The real issue could be solved by cleaning any coins/small cloths that might be stuck in the strainer/filter. I expected your technician to open that part and remove any such an unwanted items sitting there. Please understand am paying $69.99 per month for the warranty service and paid additional $100 for todays service. The technician did not fix the issue. I hope you send the right person who will put sincere effort and fix the issue. Thank you.

I called to set up a appointment and the office staff was very courteous. She scheduled my appointment within a reasonable time frame.I had multiple appliance issues with my stove and washer. ASAP technicians were on time for my appointment, they called and notified me that they were on their way. Upon arrival the technicians explained everything they were going to do step by step. They are very skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. This is a company you can definitely depend on. I highly recommended ASAP Appliance Repair in Forest Park. Thanks guys.

Our less than 3 year-old LG Side-by-Side stopped making ice, which quickly turned into our freezer and fridge not functioning. Called LG customer service, and they referred me to ASAP Appliance Repair in Forest Park. Had a tech come out (Thomas), he diagnosed the issue, ordered the part for us, and had the part and replaced it about a week after diagnosis. Fridge, freezer, and ice maker are working optimally now. We very much appreciate the staff at ASAP for being accessible and keeping the communication lines fluid. Big thank you to Thomas too for being courteous, knowledgeable, and getting our issue fixed!

The guy that came to my house was very unprofessional!!!!!! He lied about my service that he provided to me. I had to call my insurance company on ASAP appliance

The technicians service and repair was excellent. Order and scheduling/customer service was horrible. Took almost two weeks to get the part in . I received no updates or contact during that time unless I called them.

Absolutely horrible! They set an appointment with a window of 1 pm to 5 pm. The expectation was that they would reach out thirty minutes before arrival. No one called until a little before 6 pm to let us know that they wouldnt arrive until after 8 pm. The technician told us that we would be pushed back. He stated the other option was to be seen late in the afternoon the next day. We didnt understand if we were having to be pushed back why were the appointments for the next morning not being pushed back also to complete our appointment that should have been completed originally. We were scheduled just like everyone else. He told us thats just the way it is. We will NOT be using this company at all. The nonchalance and unprofessionalism is totally absurd!

I have used them twice in the last couple years to fix an Samsung Ice maker on my fridge. I requested Dennis again to come out as he is very good at what he does and very professional. I trust him.

Worst service ever! The service tech, Thomas, broke an essential part to the compressor for my LG refrigerator and never mentioned it. It wasnt uncoveted until an LG service tech came out to look at my refrigerator and give a second opinion on the issue. LG finally decided to give me a refund after being without my refrigerator since Nov 2019 and six visits from this pitiful company. My GE Washer stopped spinning out completely, I called ASAP, & that came to my home the next day, fixed my Washer within 1 hour, good customers services skills, I may add, these guys are professionals. W. Watkins Stone Mountain
