Called The Glass Guru of Blaine to replace 4 windows that failed its seal. Appointments measuring was on time, and professional - Roman explained all in details about glass failures and what work should be done. Got estimate a very next day. It took about 2 weeks to get windows installed. Tech crew were professional and friendly. Great service and very pleasant experience - I recommend this company and will be back for future needs!

They created exactly what I wanted. I converted an old trunk into a coffee table. All I had to do was take measurements and call on the phone.

I was super surprised, but pleased they showed up early, unfortunately, it took over 3 hours to get 2 panes of glass replaced. I am in a townhome and purchased it new, so the building has settled quite a bit and the windows didnt come out as easily as they should have. The job got done and everything looks good. I will likely use them again, if needed, but they need to be a bit more prepared for these types of situations. Everyone I worked with was very kind and friendly and REALLY happy to help out a small business!!

Unbelievable Service!!I contacted The Glass Guru for a replacement pane of glass. They responded immediately and then called ahead to confirm the appointment. During the process of assessing what the best repair action should be, they consulted us about our different options. Instead of simply replacing the glass and generating a quote - they consulted the manufacturer and determined that a new window was the better option both in terms of cost and value.Their honesty and clarity in the process will have me calling them for all our glass replacement needs in the future.

Contacted them to replace a rotten window sill. They were quick to reply and were the only company I contacted that did. The estimator explained that the damage was small enough for me to repair myself and I ended up doing that. The estimate I was given seemed reasonable. Would use again in the future.
