Huge rip off!!!!!! The apartments I live in force you to get your carpets cleaned when you move out regardless of the condition. So I called ABBRA and they quoted me at $110. When it came time to clean my carpets they charged me an extra $45 claiming that the carpet was heavily soiled........ the carpet did not even have a single stain or any dirt or discoloration on it when they showed up to clean and looked exactly the same after they were done cleaning them. The company tells you to have the apartments just leave your doors open for them so they can come in while no one is there and charge you for cleaning that didnt need to be done. Most dishonest company Ive ever dealt with! Would not recommend to anyone!

I have had the carpet at my office cleaned three times by this company. They also cleaned my mothers house one time. The first two times they clean my office I was less than impressed. Decided to give them one last chance and all the stains that did not come out on the two attempts prior came out on the 3rd. Ive been sent them to my parents house where they did another fantastic job. Ken who is the technician on the job is very personable and did a very good job. I recommend having Ken as your technician any day.

Moved into a new home that had some stains and carpet that was dirty. Called and they were able to get us an appointment for the day we closed. Dave came out and did an amazing job. The carpets look amazing and the pricing was great. Highly recommend!

I manage 2 apartment buildings with long hallways. Abbra came out this week and cleaned all 6 hallways and did a fabulous job. The carpet was VERY dirty and stained. I am amazed at how clean it is now. I didnt have much hope for some of the stains, but they did not disappoint! Looks awesome.

Love these guys! Used them to have my townhouse carpets cleaned and they were amazing. Had also used them numerous times to clean my house in Forest Lake with great results. Will be using them again very soon!

They did not give me estimate over the phone, when they showed up at my house, they gave an estimate $149.99 for clean an 16x16 area so, I sent them home without cleaning. OVER PRICE!
