He said you can play 1 game a kid and it said im to old but im 13

Wonderful truck for birthday parties have used 3 times one birthday party, graduation two times for two of our children. Wonderful customer service. Always on time. Will be using for all our future events. Thank you game truck.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! In my opinion, Block Party Game Truck is unprofessional, unethical and fraudulent. I booked Block Party Game Truck for my sons birthday party approximately 5 weeks in advance. At the time of the booking, I was charged a $100 advance payment and was issued a booking number as confirmation of my party. However, I requested that I receive an email/written confirmation of my party details (date, location, fee). Jerry informed me that he was unable to send me an email that day because he was not in the office. I advised him that he could email me the following day. Needless to say, I never received an email confirmation. Over the next 2 weeks I made multiple attempts to contact Jerry. Every time I called (which was during business hours), Jerry asked me to call him back because he was either on the way to an event at a school or he didnt have his book with him. At that point, I felt very skeptical about this company because most child party entertainers/event companies usually either provide you with a written contract or at least an email confirming the date of the party! I therefore decided to cancel my party with him. I cancelled 3 weeks prior to the scheduled date. On Block Party Game Trucks website it states cancellation 14 days or more prior will not incur any fees/ cost. When I spoke Jerry, I requested that he refund my $100 per the guidelines specified on his website. Jerry asked me to call him back so we could discuss it. I advised him, that I would not call him back and that I would like my money refunded. Two days later, I texted him inquiring about my refund and he replied that he requested a copy of my charge and was in the process of refunding me. Two months later still NO REFUND!! I attempted to call Jerry last week to inquire about my refund and he asked me to call him back. I understand companies are busy hosting events, but at some point the company should return a call to the customer. When I confronted Jerry about this he laughed and stated in a sarcastic tone, well I am busy! Block Party Game Truck has poor customer service. If you are considering to use this guy, please think twice. He is a CROOK!
