Bought a vanity through Home Depot (5/20/21). They used Reddaway to pick up shipment from Home Depot warehouse. After picking up the shipment, they (Reddaway) were supposed to deliver to a last mile carrier. The last mile carrier was then supposed to deliver to us. Reddaway, instead of delivering to the last mile carrier, did not read the bill of landing correctly, decided to call us to schedule a delivery appointment. This created a huge mess since they had the last mile carrier address and not ours. If they would have read the bill of landing correctly, they would have delivered to the last mile carrier and we wouldve had our vanity before June. However, they got the vanity on 5/24 and would not release it.They made 3 different appointment times (5/27, 6/1, and 6/3) and it was not delivered. I even took the day off work to be home for the deliveries. When I called to find out why they had not delivered, they told me that it accidentally got shipped to Phoenix, AZ! Dont they check their manifests? Little did they know that I was tracking the shipment on their website and it showed me that my vanity never left their warehouse at all. Finally, on Monday (6/7), they came to deliver but the box was damaged. The pallet that it came on had nails sticking out and they were piercing the vanity box and you could see the vanity legs sticking out of the box. It looked like if they had dropped it a few times. I feel that they did this on purpose and they were retaliating against us since we spoke to their manager about the mistake they made. I refused the shipment because it was so damaged and now I have to wait longer to get a new vanity. They are not professional at all and they make up lame excuses to cover up for their mistakes.
The worst company full of incompetent people. I am really sad I did not ask for the name of the lady I spoke with - she works night shift: she first put me on hold for 10 min, hung up on my second attempt to call, and lastly was absolutely rude to me showing that she has NO interest or desire to even listen to me.Amazon Sellers, DO NOT USE this company as a partnered carrier. There is no way to receive any update regarding transit time or any information at ALL. They might contact you last minute saying they have arrived to the pick up location and then blame it on office. Complete disaster.This place is nowhere close to serve Amazon Sellers, will make sure to report it to the Amazon transportation Department.
They are not on time. My delivery is about a week late. If you want it on time use another carrier not this one.
They lost my order two weeks ago and every time I call to check the status the customer service rep asks well, how long are you willing to wait? Terrible service, totally unwilling to help.
The service is horrible. They dont wanna help you. Its like youll get it when you get it. They NEVER deliver on time. One day delivery??? NOT!!!They need to get the merchandise off their docks.

This place is a freight delivery service. Not a retail store.Nice people and clean facility. But they could use some signage to tell people where to go.

I see why there is negative reviews. Was told my delivery was scheduled. No show no phone call. I call CS and get told I need to call back the next day to schedule delivery. Even the store that I bought said delivery was scheduled. Even their bill of landing says the same date. CS very short and rude telling me to call back the next day and talk to someone else. Waiting for them to get sued.

Giving a low rating due to the night staff in the office, they are horrible... The Guy who gives you the paperwork seems like he never want to greet you or even be at work. Each time I have gone in he super giggly talkative to the people behind the counter but when you say hi he acts like you are interrupting his life. Security is nice it easy check in & out with them. I been to many reddaways and they have amazing staff and security.
They choose their own rules as they go. Apparently now, for a residential delivery they refuse to go up driveways. They are lazy and inefficient. I strongly suggest using a different carrier. They are not willing to work with you. They are unable to provide written proof where it shows that a residential delivery means they leave the freight curbside and not anywhere near the property. I own a Logistics business as well as many warehousing operations - and this is the first I have heard of this. We will make it a point to NOT use them and will no longer recommend them to our customers.

Had my merchandise on truck for 5 days and made an excuse as to why it couldnt be delivered everyday! Everyday I call to speak to someone In regards to delivery and aDifferent rep has different information on when my merchandise will actually get delivered, and where my merchandise is!!! Very rude reps who cant understand my frustration after being told my things are on the way for the last 5 days!Customer service is worse than the fact I still havent received my merchandise and its been almost a week!!!!Use another company!!!
