I love Ecola. I had done termite inspection, fumigation, and subterranean service. They did good service, on time, very nice and friendly people. I will continue with them for further service. Thank you!!

I was very impressed by the customer service I received with Ecola. They were prompt, they explained things fully, they did a very thorough inspection before committing to an estimate. I interviewed 4 termite companies and Ecola stood out due to their responsiveness, thorough recommendation, and follow-up. I would absolutely recommend them!

Very pleased with Alejandro. I especially like how he clears out any spider webs that he may come across. We had a major problem with earwigs and spiders in the backyard, and now theyre gone. Im comfortable in letting my son play outside now without me having to sweep any webs.

We had a 10-12 window and throughout that time we were calling to check in (we have kids and a dog so we have to plan ahead). They never showed up. At 12:30 we called again and the tech said 45 minutes or later in the afternoon. We said we couldnt wait anymore. The tech said the office messed up and he could come on Saturday at noon. We called the office to double check and they changed it to Saturday at 8:00!!!!! What on earth??????? So I guess well see.
