I come here often, it’s a really nice, clean environment, staff are polite. However, today I experienced a shortage in coin, when I put 2 dollars on the coin machine, I only got back 1.50 🤨 makes me wonder how much more did they Short me today, I placed a 5 dollar bill earlier in the same machine, I had some cash with me that I didn’t count so unsure if it shorted me earlier. The staff don’t say anything unless you tell them, the lady working stated I was the second person that said the machine shorted them. Be careful!…. count your coin, Don’t trust.

Been to almost every Laundry mat in this area, by far the CLEANEST and to top it off friendly staff ... AND the restroom 👌🏼 always clean!

Washer went out so I had to visit the Laundry mat. My girl and I decided Monday would be our best bet. Got here at 8am and it was pretty empty. This place is well kept, has newer machines, and a little center that will take your laundry and wash it for you if you want. The machines all either take quarters, your credit card, or Apple & Google Pay.

Place is very clean and kept up. They got all that you need to washe everything it there. Seen the owner a few times in there..... he is a nice guy.

Nice clean place. Many patrons not wearing masks. With my 94 year old mother I felt a little unsafe. It says masks required but people dont wear them. This should be unforced. Otherwise good experience

I have been coming to this laundromat for 3 years. Never fails me. Always clean and best of all the machines take debit cards.

Clean, big washers and dryers. They also accept credit card on machines! So dont have to worry about carrying so many coins.

I just wish people wont over do it on the bleach because you end with the dark clothing all messed up

I like the laundromat itself but the guy with the long beard is rude. I had a broken arm, was trying to put clothes inside the washer, he rushed over saying I couldnt block the aisle although others were doing the same. So much for helping the disabled because was partially at the time. He kept looking at my clothes in washer once it was done I was watching him from outside so he could remove it if I took to long. Now everytime I go he stares at me, I suppose trying to intimidate me. I ignore him

Lots of washing machines plenty of dryers long table s to fold your clothes on. Best of all its open late, while other places wont late you in after 8:30 pm. and its never too crowded

Very clean and peaceful. Every 2 weeks, we have a standing date to do laundry. I drive from Rancho Cucamonga and it doesnt bother me one bit!

Very clean, new machines (Heavy Duty Stainless Steel units) and plenty of laundry carts. Only downside its a bit overpriced especially since they only have 6 standard washing machines (White ones usually found inside homes) and those run at $2.00. Also I would rate this place 5 out of 5 but minus 1 star for the tweakers/drug users that are a plenty here both as customers and randos that walk in scoping out there next come up. Hate to stereotype but youll know it true.

I have not been to a coin laundry in years and years but I needed to wash two sleeping bags in a front load washer. I was a little stressed about how I was going to get enough quarters to do this but to my surprise they have washers and dryers that accept credit cards! There are also plenty of change giving machines if you elect to go the quarter route. It only cost me about $15 to wash and dry my large sleeping bags. This place is clean and likeable, actually makes doing laundry kinda fun. They have two on site employees who keep everything running and on the up and up including a nice snack bar and they will also do your laundry for you! Things have changed a lot since my early days of going to laundry mats. I dont know if they sell soap or not, I brought my own. Also across the parking lot is one of the best places in Fontana to get Mexican food El Tapatia!

OPEN LATE 👍It Isnt Too Crowded, Its Kept Pretty Neat. The Only Thing I Didnt Like Is That The Restroom Isnt Kept STOCKED With SEAT COVERS, T.P. & HAND PAPER TOWELS

I was very impressed with this laundry mat, I have never had to use one myself but have been to a few with my sister and they were so dirty and gross . But I looked around online and read reviews before I picked one to go to myself and I’m so glad I picked this one . It was very clean, comfortable, lots of space, and big washers and dryers . The best part was the staff I didn’t get her name but she was so nice and friendly and very helpful and accommodating. Plus we went late so we were just finishing at about 12 am when they close and she didn’t mind at all . Good customer service ice goes a long away, I will definitely be going back there if I ever need to use a laundry mat and I highly recommend this place . I never write a review but being a business owner myself I know how important and how good customer service goes a long way . So thank you . I will be back for the laundry service for sure and they deliver your laundry back to your home for you, what more can you ask for . Highly recommend people . 5 stars .

Great Laundry Mat. Once my laundry didnt come out smelling so fresh and the owner happened to be there. He re-washed my blankets for free and made sure that they were completely done drying when I came back for them. Im thinking the original wash was probably my fault, because I didnt put enough detergent in the machine. It was nice of the owner to be paying attention to what was going on in his store. The machines in this laundry are new, so your clothes come out smelling clean and fresh (as long as you put enough detergent in). Some of the other laundromats have smelly back stuff in the edges of the washing machines. Probably from never being cleaned properly.

Expensive, 75 cents over other coins laundry places with more amenities

First came here about a year and half ago... Im a 48-state OTR trucker... I love the 6X load washers... one washer ($6.00) and 2-4weeks worth of clothing is done in about 30(ish) minutes. THIS IS THE ONLY LAUNDROMAT I COME TO WHILE IM IN SO-CAL...

This would be a good spot if the lady didnt bring her kids to the laundromat all they did was play and get in the way it was hard for me to wash I did like the location... it was really hard getting in and out of the door when her kids were fighting and wrestling her husband stood in the car watching while she worked... I understand theres times when you need to bring your kids to work but this wasnt an moment as you can tell they were just trying to waste time my clothes took longer than I expected just because I had to wait a few minutes to get in and out of the building because her children are in the doorway playing the restrooms were dirty I will not be coming back here

Place is always clean. All the machines are in working order and so are the change machines and I like the fact that you can also use your credit card for the washers if needed.

I come here all the time to wash, I like it how they have the Landry mat always clean.

My washing machine broke and I desperately needed laundry done. I showed up and they were busy but were willing to accommodate me. They did a fantastic job folding and packing my clothes. They were clean with no wrinkles as if they had been dry cleaned. Highly recommend!

It opened on time and was very clean. Unfortunately there was a homeless bum outside who took a piss right near the laundromat. He then proceeded to bother all the customers. There should probably be some security there at least overnight until daylight.

Probably one of the most cleanest laundromats I have been to. The prices are very reasonable and the best thing about it is that you dont absolutely have to use quarters, both the washers and dryers let you use your debit card!

First time coming here and I came a little late and I didn’t know what to expect but this is probably the best laundry place I’ve ever been to. The laundry is very clean, machines are super nice and easy to work with, family friendly, and to top it off the lady there was INCREDIBLY sweet, and helpful. *Reminder if you aren’t a coin person like some people there are machines that take card!* Definitely going to be coming here for sure!

Was pretty good experience far better than Ive had at other places was clean and I would say about 90 percent of the washing machines worked was to expensive either and enough washing machine and dryers washed 12 loads and dry in 2hrs

A little on the pricey side but the place is pretty darn clean in the machines are newer ones. Worth the money. Answer myself who works graveyards, they are open till midnight which helps a lot.

Arrowhead coin laundry I like this place you have the convenience of multiple stores in one location while taking care of your laundry dont be afraid to wander Adventure in two other businesses in the area and take advantage of their resources as far as Arrowhead laundry coin laundry excuse me I like this place air-conditioned somebodys wiping it down especially now since things got hectic thank you are head coin laundry thank you.

Most of the washing machines dont work. And sometimes the machines break down in the middle of use. But the best part is that its usually not too many people here at once.

People please be considerate thag the last wash is at 1030 pm, there is a lady working night time that takes her 2 kids, one is a toddler no more than 18 months. Last night there was an incident where a lady came in at 1038PM saying that there is another lady that would let her wash at 1040. Mind you is already past 1030 she still goes and calls the owner of the place. Us as customers we have to be a little more understanding that if the sign says LAST WASH AT 1030 LAST WASH IS AT 1030! IT DOESNT MATTER IF YOU CAME ALL THE WAY FROM LA TO SPECIFICALLY WASH THERE, IF YOU KNOWYOU WONT MAKE IT BEFORE 1030 THEN SIMPLY STAY HOME.

I only use laundromat when my washer breaks down and I always shudder at the thought. This place is a godsend! CLEAN washers that dont leave clothes dirtier than when brought in! A facility that takes pride in itself keeps customers coming back. Thank you.

Clean, Inexpensive and wonderful equipment

People will steal ur belongings here and your money be careful at this place ...its the location.. homeless sleep across the street in old church doorway. The machines work fine...Its been almost two weeks since my money was stolen and when I reported the incident to the attendee, she said the owner would look at the surveillance cameras and contact me. I gave her all my contact information and have not received any contact from the owner.Once while doing laundry, we witnessed a homeless man berating your employee in the mens bathroom. He was most likely doing drugs in there. That whole shopping center should have some kind of security presence to make people feel safe.

This place is gross, I use to come here it use to be clean and I liked it bcuz it was not that crowded. But this time I washed here I noticed many machines were out of order, my husband pointed out so many roaches, its dirty, dryers dont dry your clothes well and also found a box of condoms, Im assuming people go there to have sex bcuz its always that empty. We were grossed out I will never ever come wash here again and I told my family to go somewhere else instead.

Extremely dirty most washers dont work properly if at all and the restroom which you pay to use is filthy. No soap no paper towels its horrible. The owner has no respect for customers. Im sitting here listening to him as i write.

Clean, several washing machines, I dont have to wait to use one, seats where you can wait and enough space to fold your clothes. I liked.

First time here and I liked the place very clean, machines clean and apparently new, the dryers dry well, several machines and with good space to pass with the carts; And willing staff to help. Thanks 😉 What is missing is a zinc to rinse your hands and paper to dry them, it would be great!

They say an hour and it turns out that they close before the time that bad service is stipulated.
