Great service. Ive been going there for 15 years. And Martha will go out of her way to help you. Very professional.

I called in advance to see if they had stamps and envelopes. The lady on the phone said that they did. I replied with, Great! Thank you. Ill be by later to pick some up. What time do you close? She responded 5:00pm. A couple hours later, I walked with my one year old child and dog in the rain to the store, because I desperately needed an envelope and stamp to send out my rent money. I dont have a car, so I had no choice but to walk. Upon arrival I asked who I presume to be the same lady I spoke to on the phone earlier if I could have some envelopes and stamps. She responded with, We are out of stamps. I said, Oh. I thought you sold them here. She then said, We sell them, but we dont have any right now. I responded with, I just called a couple of hours ago, and was told you had them. She said, Well I guess we ran out then. The lady was very rude and unapologetic. I really didnt appreciate her attitude. Terrible customer service. She could have had the common courtesy to check for stamps while I was on the phone with her earlier. Youre providing a service to the community, so start acting like it. I will never support this business in any way, shape, or form.
