Been trying to get an expungement done since June 2020 still no court date wondering if they even filed the paperwork need to go down to the courts and check

I would never recommend Edward, horrible service from the beginning. I should have known better when he wanted to be paid up front. Its been since September I initiated this process. I have been trying to call him for 2 months and twice got a hold of him and said he would call me back. Never called me back, I called him today and he finally calls me back and says the court rejected my filing because the filing fee wasnt paid. He sent in the paperwork to be filed and never mentioned a filing fee and he said it wasnt his responsibility. So it wasnt his responsibility to tell me a filing fee is to be sent in along with the paperwork he is filing? So now its been rejected and its sitting in his office if I want to pick it up, so why didnt he call me to let me know this before? But now that Im thinking about it, we talked about a filing fee and I said now I need to pay more money when you didnt mention my dads name had to be removed from the deed! He said dont worry about it my mistake!! There has been several other things along the way he turns around and lied about. One of them from the beginning, I was upset because he took more then two weeks to complete a few changes on a WILL which I had given him line by line changes, then tells me yes its ready come pick it up after calling several times. I get there hes with another customer, I wait until hes done he then pulls up the WILL and starts asking me about the changes and is making them right in front of me. Horrible to say the least!! I marked star because I had to to start the review.a filing fee that goes along with the documentsR

Althought I was previously disgruntled due to some delays in my divorce procedings, Edward did come through in the end.
