It gets a bit crazy sometimes but I was out pretty fast. Park on the street and call them to check in.

So rude staffs. The receiver Guy is so Rude. Just 4 pallets unload took me 2 hours. Getting BOL also 1 hour or more. Recommend you not to come here guys. Lumper Fee also for Garbage service. The receiver left also after unloading to break and didn’t give me BOL.

Hello their truck drivers, October 16,2020 30 minutes early, checked into receiving department backup to doc # 36 2500 cases of cheese 2 hours later leaving empty trailer bills of Lading in my hand. 5 gold stars for this place. God bless you all.

You can get there early at least 1hr and they will take you .theyre really fast to unload

In and out in a hour and a half....not bad. Check in starts between 2AM and 3....its a mad dash for a door. Lot gets pretty hectic, be alert.

5 hour unload, lumper fee, masks only work if your employees wear them while indoors, take their time but want their check immediately. Typical LA attitude. Only reason drivers feed the cities is because it pays, God help you when that changes. Still waiting for the big one...

First,you have to park on the street,then call the # on the sign by the entry,then follow what they tell you,make sure you wear a safety vest and mask.I checked in at 03:20 and I checked out at 05:27,it was quick and easy, theres plenty of parking spaces on the street.

One of the best places by far Ive done deliveries in the State of California.I was confused when the receiving and lumper workers called me to say: Hey Driver, time to get out!! 😂 Thank you to that great staff. Park on street then you call a phone number. Thats on the sign at entrance to US Foods. You get a door then pull in to lot. Im not there more than 2 hours. Some over night parking on street.

Happy with my experience at this receiver. Arrived the afternoon prior and there was plenty of street parking. Unloading starts at 3am and I was given a door right away. Unloading was completed promptly and was changed $200 for a full load. Sign says to call in for a door assignment but I got no answer. Had to walk in to check in.

Lumper services are high priced. It is bad when the lumper services makes more in an hour than the driver made to bring it.

I had an 0300 appointment, but I believe its really FCFS. Anyhow, the receiving door automatically opens at 0230. A sign at the entrance says to park on the street and call a phone number for a door... Dont do this. Nobody will answer. I parked on Philadelphia the night before and walked in at 0230. The receiving clerk was fashionably late, but I was first in line. Lumper fee for a loaded trailer of pork was $200. Once I got in the door, unloading was reasonably quick. No complaints.

Very rude receiving department. Very hateful and disrespectful to drivers. Lumper service is nothing short of extortion. Charging driver $260 to unload their own freight. This whole dynamic is crooked. Lap took them over 3 hours to unload it.

So far I’ve tried # thing on outside sign and it works you give your 67 ***** po nuYou have to walk to Door 48 big Receiving letters on steps then checkin with lumper they call u with fee and your on your way!! And it is fcfs somewhat...depends what your bringing

This goes out the the drivers complaining about the unload services trust me i know exactly why you wait forever for your unloads... 1 most of you guys get to our locations very late so its first come first serve so the problem would mainly be your guys fault of waiting forever... 2 the reason why your probably getting rude service is because you guys are not wearing steel toed shoes as rules do apply to all employees thru out the company regardless is your head manager or not all rules apply equally... 3 most drivers dont even know what their doing or where their going all you need to do is learn to read the signs on that walls outside the building and follow directions and be on time like most drivers do

The receiving clerk is a no-nonsense kind of guy. Do not approach his window unprepared or with an attitude. Only go in 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled delivery time. Have your pickup number ready. This man deals with rude, self-entitled truck drivers all day but he takes no b.s. Treat him with respect and he will reply in kind.Oh, and the lumper charges a LOT.

Mr. African-American is a very angry guy, apart they take a long time to finish taking out the merchandise.I dont know if it takes a long time with a refrigerated trailer but dry is different.But what makes me angry that this company has people working like the African American is very rude. I have delivered three times in this place and I have seen how this man is very rude to the drivers

Very good place, very fast and low cost lumper, much parking on the street, all very well. I have 20 years working in refrigerated and I know what I say.

Unloading fee is required. The door will be opened at three in the middle of the night. Park on the side of the road. Come in and check in. Give the location and go back. Unloading takes two to three hours.

👎👎 frustrating waiting 3 hours to download and another 3 or 4 hours for the documents to be delivered😞
