This car wash is the best Ive ever been to. Expect to be here for awhile, but thats only because they take their time and provide quality service.

Kind of pricey. They advertise a car wash for $10.99, however they dont tell you the particulars until after you go up to pay. At that point, theyve already vacuumed your car. So now you gotta pay $18.99. Very slow service.

I came here because it was convenient. But honestly save money be just taking the extra time to wash yourself. Youd probably do a better job. If you dont inspect the job and ensure they perform the extra services your wash came with. They will not do it. 120 for the lowest package detail wasnt much of a quality job. And they jist recently removed the cleaning of the seats from that package. But yet say it comes with full interior dressing cant imagine any car detail package that did not include seats cleaning. But dont worry they got you for 30 more dollars. And then the clerk woman wanted to have an attitude about me questioning the price increase. Just put in the time and work and wash ur own car. Or if you know another car wash choose that one.

Dont leave anything personal in your vehicle, I had a plushie on my dash. When I got in my car it was gone. They had to search for 5 minutes to find it. Then gave me a weak apology and excuse that the main guy was on lunch and he didnt know who had done it.I was a loyal customer, who use to come in regularly, but not anymore.

I had a fantastic experience, everyone was very friendly and they did a great job. I got the silver hand wash due to my car being lowered. They didnt disappoint. It was a quick and thorough wash. My car looks and smells awesome. 🤘

Since the new owner, this been a great changes. I live in Rancho and I drive all the way to Fontana to wash may car. The guys are very humble and ready to service you. They work for the nice tips.

This place is awesome!!! Found out it’s under new ownership while on my visit, so that explains all the updates. Great customer service, fast and efficient. Very clean inside and out. Love the new waiting lounge area.

I went even though I saw all the bad reviews. And that was a mistake on my end. This place is not good. I saw the guy drying the cars skip my car for some reason and went on to the car behind mine. It had already sat there waiting to get dry and now he skipped it. Well since he did that my car got water marks. By the time someone else went to dry it was already to late. The interior was just full of grease from the cleaner they used. And they scratched my touch screen panel. Never again will I go here.

Paid for car to get washed and cleaned inside and out. when car was “finished” walked out to car guy says your car was super dirty but was still dirty when we got into it. Poor effort and lack of pride for job.

A bit pricy for a car wash in this location. What do I mean ? Sir, This is Fontana not Rancho Cucamonga .....This was my first time here. Please be so kind as to change your signage . Clearly,, your cashier was aware of this being my first time visit and experience and yet the welcome was condescending and borderline sarcastic....[Now gimme your 29.00 and heres your receipt and sit down and wait for your car]( Disclaimer )The above statement I just made above was not actually spoken to me ... However,That was the sentiment I felt after engaging with the cashier.I promised my wife I would NEVER return to the car wash down and across the street.Overall,,, Fantastic detail orientated finishers who prepare the interior of your vehicle with precision and care. I felt a sense of remorse for not having a tip .So I will be returning with gratitude in my heart and money in hand to those who keep customers returning ..... despite my first time experience.

Used to be a great place. I paid for the middle was, got less than the cheap was. Car had wet spot which turned into water spots. Horrible vacuum on the seats. Inside was only dusted, no cleaner used. I had to ask twice for the air freshener I paid for then the guy literally poured it all over my rubber mats in the front. Now its stained.

I didnt go there but i went to H and H Tint ahop behind it and loves the work.

They didnt clean the interior, left trash and dust as before. might as well have gone through a drive through car wash since I would have gotten the same result and saved $30. Not worth it and definitely not coming back.

I read the reviews before coming here. But I still gave them the benefit of the doubt, biggest mistake Ive ever done. I paid $120 bucks for a detail. I threw my money away. Horrible job, I had to go home and clean it myself. Dont make the same mistake I did.

Really nice cashier (Susy) hard working and very social. They washed my car in less than 40 minutes very nice and clean. So far I will continue to take my car there.

Worst car wash I’ve gotten yet! They increased the price and decreased the quality. $20 to have my car looking all muddy. People don’t waste your hard earned cash. Any drive through car wash will do a better job for half the price!

Fast and clean

I got the gold wash and got the dirt wash, my car is black so any dirty can be seen very easily. It looked like they didnt even scrub the dirt off and used dirty towels to dry my car. My floor mats were still dirty and it looked like they didnt even try to vacuum the interior. What was worse is the whole time i was waiting they couldnt find the keys to two other vehicles, took them about 10 min to find them. Worst car wash Ive been to.

I been going there for many yrs I really like the guys clean my car and my suv and the cashier Rosa is very helpful when it comes to satisfying the customer as my self with any concerns, when I first visit didn’t know The difference between the regular wash n hand wash prices n what is included it’s obvious hand washes are more but they only wash it n vacuum so that’s why they have packages 1-3 and will give you more of options of what the customer wants very affordable prices compared to other car wash prices. And a bonus they make fresh daily coffee and Rosa makes and the other younger cashier make really good ice coffee n it’s way cheaper than Starbucks.

Though the wait is pretty drawn out, they do an amazing job and handle your car with care. I suggest going to a movie if you want a interior and exterior clean.

I lived in Fontana over 20 yrs I been going there for over 15yrs my kids go there also I know sometimes it may get busy but the guys as well as the management the cashier and the supervisor are gladly willing to exceed there customer expectations. Many of the reviews are so old my advice is go try it I personally go there every Sunday morning cashiers there do great ice coffee, hot coffee, ice teas, hot teas really good service overall.

The worst customer service ever!!! The cashier is rude. A paying customers white car was still dirty after the wash, she complained and they washed it again. While the customer was waiting the cashier told her she complained too much and if she wanted her car clean she needed to pay more, what did she expect buying the basic car wash. I sat here in awe and if they didn’t have a no refunds sign posted I would have asked for my money back and went elsewhere. I will never do business here again!!!!! They definitely need to work on their customer service skills!!!!!

Older place. You can tell it hasnt been remodeled and runs off an old system. The lady at the front desk is somewhat rude i believe she and her husband are the owners.. She doesnt make eye contact. However her staff and the men that clean my car out did a good job. Decent price.

RUN AWAY from this place, they are awful, charged me 200 for a complete detail on my car. I have done a better job myself with simple green. Will never come here again. When I asked to speak with management they pretty much said, so sad too bad, so yeah do not use this place.

Try spend hour half for a simple car wash. Cars basically dry themselves since they dont have enough employees. came here on a Friday with only three employees drying cars. First and last time coming here.

If I could leave a 0 star I would, I specifically told them to hand wash my car & they chose to run it through the machine, paid them extra for nothing, I spoke to the manager & all he could say was sorry i didnt know, got no refund, my car looks dirty still, will never return, horrible experience.

Fabian Martinez provided excellent customer service. He mentioned how I qualified for a free gas card and also, had my car service done earlier than expected. Such a nice guy and I look foward to being assisted by him the next time I go.

Staff are awesome! Ive been going there since the one on San Jose opened and it is hands-down the best car wash for the money, not to mention the free vacuums. I wish there was one on every corner!

Great customer service nice relaxing waiting room

This is my 2nd time coming. Came one year later. Thought the 2nd time would receive better service than the 1st. Very slow service. Very pricey. Not enough techs to service your vehicle timely. Took 45 minutes before my car was ready. Would not recommend this car wash.

Better than most car washes, but they just do a top wipe down leaving a lot of spots dusty and dirty. Ask if they can wipe in crevis not just surrounding area and that if I want I can pay $70 more and they do that because it is not included in $22.99 wash. And they forgot my car freshener. Left wipe mark all over the inside that when at night a car headlights hit it, itll limit visibility. Happy boys in San Bernardino is worth the drive. And includes all the same but better for 8.99

I had my husbands car fully detailed here, we bought the car it was used a complete mess! The manager was really nice they charged us 100 to do it! I was really happy with the job they did. I would come back here again any day! P.s. does look a little guetto in here but its ok the front staff lady was super sweet and nice i felt very comfortable waiting for my car to finish being done.

Came in on a Sunday and asked them do you guys clean rims, he said yes we do. Well when the car was done I noticed my rims were not cleaned and he only did 2 tires tire shine, and then my Seat was dirty. When I got home That night I wanted to charge my phone in my car and Car charger was gone. Last time Im ever going there

The third time trying this car wash and I will never come back. Disorganized and because of that I seen customers get here after me and leave before me all three times. About 8 to ten cars when I arrived and it took 2.5 hours to wash my vehicle.

It was bad service all the way around. I just purchase a new car and the guy decide to park my car underneath a tree that these little flowers that have sap. He finished my car and honked I didn’t know it was ready a left it there. I had to ask another guy where the guy went cuz He had my car keys with him. When I go to my car all these little flower were on there and when I told him about it he told me he honk and I didn’t come. He start talking to me in a anger voice that it was time for him leave and if I was gonna pay him for staying over. I was shocked he had the audacity to argue with me that my car was dirty from all the sap left on my car and he had to stay longer to clean it.First of all if u know the tree has sap why park my brand new car under the tree and second why get stupid with me if I ask u to clean the spots for your faults.Never again!!!!

I took my truck and utility trailer to get washed, they told me they would wash them both for $48, I said okay. When they gave me the keys, I saw that the trailer still dirty. There was no decent attempt to make it clean, the rims still had brake dusk all over, the dash board inside the truck was still dirty and full of dust, and the floor was poorly vacuumed. When I spoke to the manager, she did not even go inspect the work and would not give me a refund on the trailer. But she did give me a $10 discount to come back get another car wash. I said no thank you, keep your money youll need when you go out of business.

The Incompetent old lady at the front desk charged me extra for aftermarket rims on my bmw when she gave me my change i noticed it was a short i asked for a receipt and i noticed she charged me more.when i confronted her about why i was being charged more than what is posted on the price sign she said i have aftermarket rims i explained to her that they are stock rims she got all emotionally distraught we went outside and i showed her they were stock 16in factory rims she felt dumb and had nothing to say i asked for my money back immediately...i am not sure if they just purposely try to nicked & dime you with fraudulent charges, if shes blind and cant see what stock rims are or is just not competent enough to do her job but either way RUN away from this place. right down the street is another car wash that did a very good job in a timely matter fontana express car wash

Rude service from the guy who vacuums. Paid 25 dollars and they needed to re vacuum my car because the guy didnt get under the seats and there was still visible crumbs on my drivers seat and they forgot the air freshener. Also, my rims werent clean . When I called to complain, the lady Rosa invited me back to have them rewash my car but I didnt go back because it was too late, I had to go to work already. What a waste of time and a rip off of my money. This place should hire real American citizens who wont give attitude and take pride in the work that they do .

Terrible place, they left dirt, and water spots on my car. It took them so long, that I had to ask if my car was ready. Other people that came after me were leaving, while my car sat unattended drying in the sun. I had to ask them to put the Armor All on the tires, that I paid for.And lastly, no public restrooms.This place reminds my of a place that hires daily workers, as they open.

Worst carwash in Fontana, girl at front is worthless. Manager Carlos is rude as F*#@ and has no customer service experience, his solution for my car being dirty after wash was its the end of the day guys are tired, but if I dont like your wash dont come back. Only reason Im going back is to get a refund from real manager if there is one.

Literally the worst customer service EVER. I was walking around, browsing their little inside store when suddenly the cashier/ old Latina lady pretty much yells WHEN ARE YOU GONNA PAY? I turned around and said its my first time Im looking at what you have and she responds well you have to pay first.So I wind up paying and she charges me twice and the only reason I found out was because she was on the phone with someone telling them in Spanish. Well to her surprise I also speak Spanish so when I confront her she rudely says that I have to call my bank because they dont do refunds!!!!This lady seriously is soooo unprofessional and does not know how to run the front desk.*TIP TO THE CASHIER*SMILE AND BE NICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.And to top it off the car wasnt washed properly, my tint was scratched off in the inside and the outside was still dirty. The 5$ gas car wash could of probably done a better job.This place sucks, dont bother.
