Just rented with public storage. First time renter. Rene was extremely helpful and friendly. She provided such incredible service and would highly recommend this to friends.

This place is sketchy and not respectful. You cant always get to your stuff either which is weird. I get its to protect your stuff and all, but at least be there to open. I dunno.... I wouldnt recommend.

Jocelyn was extremely helpful. She stayed on the phone with me and assisted me with the e rental. She was very nice and patient during the entire process. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I had no problems. I would definitely recommend this storage facility because of her great customer service.

I made a reservation on the phone with a woman named Charlie. She was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. She guided us on the stuff that needed to be completed. We did all the paperwork online and even made an online payment before arriving at the storage. After doing the paperwork, we received a confirmation and a gate code via email and through text. We got a 10x24 unit for the price below. The 19.99 charge is for the lock, however, once you get your own lock, you can get a refund for the lock provided to you. The second month is free so its not bad for a short amount of time.

The staff is wonderful especially Rene! They are very helpful and generous. They are willing to help with finding the perfect storage for you :) Rene politely asked about how we enjoy our storage and made us feel welcome to Public Storage! Thank you, Public Storage :)!

This place is not very good at opening on time. Unfortunately, they are very unprofessional. We are really sad that we will be leaving soon.

I was helped by Alexis. I had called in the morning about a 5×10 unit that was available. After a couple of hours she gave me a call back telling me that someone else was also looking to the rent the same space and to try to beat them if I could since I had called about the unit first. Unfortunately, I got there mid afternoon and lost the unit. Alexis was looking for about 10 minutes trying to find me another deal in nearby spaces and others that they had at that location. She amazingly found a 6×12 unit that saved me more money than the 5×10! She was very knowledgeable on the agreement and optional insurance. She walked me through everything. AMAZING experience!

I have talked to customer service and they told me I would be able to go in my storage and I go to the place the girl said I cant because I owed from last month and I was going to pay it but than she said I owe $226. I understand they want there money but some people are still struggling on paying Bills. We are still in this pandemic I just wanted to get some stuff out that are very sentimental to me but they put a lien on my storage so now with all the charges I probably owe $300 how do you guys know I didnt have covid and that stuff in there are contaminated but your still going to sell my belongings how mean and not understanding.

Add 45 dollars to whatever they quote you. 25 dollars is admin junk fees even if you book online and they force you to buy their 20 dollar lock. Not a huge deal just hate how sneaky they go about it. Very DISHONEST practice

Rene, Jocelyn, and Orlando are amazing workers and are constantly making sure the property is clean and always come out sweeping and making sure the property is safe to drive on without popping a tire and all my questions I have are answered. They are great workers and people and am glad to have them as a Public storage representatives

Ive encountered a couple of visits where two different (new) employees ignored me standing waiting to be helped aa they continued to take phone calls & give quotes & advice with customers waiting to be acknowledged & helped in the office :( :(

Especially the blonde she is really Relatable to what you are going though with storage and or moving... the only thing is the office smells super strong like cat pee! But the cat pee is worth it with this type of customer service!! 💗

We have been broken into 2 times with no help of recovery of items or discount. They have no cameras!! The stuff (day manager) did nothing to resolve the issue and was rude to my mother...she left real upset.Lilly santiago

Just came into pay my bill and katelin the manager always knows me by name. That’s a nice personal touch to the customer service. The property is clean for the most part & you can always see both of the girls who work here out on the property cleaning or helping people. I like having my stuff here & if anyone asked for advice on storage, I’d definitely send them here
