They found the exact brand and spect tires (4) for my HD work van and had them ready the next morning. When other surrounding shops had to wait a week, install was smooth and really fast. Great!

Aaron was extremely helpful over the phone and in person . I think hes the only one that answers the phone there... my only complaint would be that as he was checking me out the phone was ringing 3 other associates all standing there with no customers . Aaron had to stop in the middle of my transaction to take car of the call. He has excellent customer service .. overall my experience was good fast and friendly..

Stop by yesterday after work to get a Alignment got there at 520pm went inside to ask if they could do that for me one guy inside told me that it was getting late to start But this guy was respectful and nice and Is apologizing to me . he looked at the other guy sitting there I guess he the one in charge to see if they could do it and the other guy seemed not to care about doing the job and I ask if they can give me a Appointment for Next day so I can bring it in with my schedule of my job it was really hard to make it at exat time before they close and he just told me look at this board telling me he is all booked up for Friday to Bring it Saturday which it would have been out of my way Since my job is near this facility. Found them online Thought Id give them a try they just lost a customer

Jaime helped me get all of the maintenance I needed on my car! I actually was early for my appointment but he made sure to get my car going almost right away. He didnt try to oversell me on anything, he told me what coupons were available for the services I needed, and my car is now running like a dream. So happy to find a place that does it all and has weekend availability. By far one of the best experiences I have had at an auto mechanic! Will keep coming back!

The attention to replacing all 4 tires, and time frame to get the job done was reasonable. However, one of the tires pressure was low at 35PSI, instead of the 42PSI, which shouldve been corrected prior to leaving. I quickly returned and they took care of me right away, but always best to double check all tire pressures before the customer leaves.

First time here. Pricing is very competitive. I was getting quoted almost double what i paid here. Also the technician that worked on my car explained the whole procedure and went over what was going to go down. I was told by other shops to come down and visit Jaime, as they are very good on lifted trucks. They kept my jeep a little longer then i though but no problem because they did a great job! I will be referring them and i will be returning to them for all my vehicle needs

We were so impressed by the work ethic and teamwork of the people working there. Took our RV in there and these guys were quick, efficient and very helpful. Each team member was nice and even pointed out a potential problem with an airbag on one side of the coach. I would recommend this particular site to anyone looking for tires and great service!

The company tried to make you feel like your getting a great deal with the usage of the term discounts but their are so many fees applied that the discount makes no difference. However, they do provide the best price in Fontana. I called 6 places in the area and American Tire Depot provided the best price. Id recommend this place.

Make sure they actually balance your tires if you pay for it. I bought some tires a couple of months back and turns out I still had the original lead from the dealer on the tires.

Great price and great service. Although my tires were not ready at the scheduled time, it wasnt a big inconvenience to have a small set back, and the customer service more than made up for it. The manager Jaime was on top of his game as far as making me feel like my car was gonna be well taken care of. He threw in a couple of small perks to sweeten the deal for the small set back, so that was like icing on the cake. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service is excellent. Only issue was, some employees were not mindful to mask wearing to protect themselves and the public. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with my tires and the service I received. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Had great service I ordered my tires they got them there same day but in order for that to happen you have to call about 8am-8:30am on a Monday morning and I took 2 old tires off my truck got them mounted to my hubs in a quick time and an hour later took my other two old tires got them mounted didnt take long This place in my opinion has A++ Customer Service and quick service depending on what your needs are Thanks American Tire Depot I will definitely be back with my truck soon for my alignment👍👍👍👍👍

Worst place ever. Took my vehicle to get a simple tire patch and once I arrived some guy came out and instead of greeting me as a new customer or returning one, he quickly demanded to take my vehicle and go park somewhere else. The place was half empty. So I did and when I when inside the same guy spoke to me completely rude. Worst service ever. He told me for a patch it would take up the whole day and I would have to leave my vehicle there. I drove off and went next door where they treated as if my business was valuable. The place I went to is called Don Cortez Tire shop. Good place. I would recommend this tire shop instead.

This place was great. Called around 10 AM to make an appointment same day to get four new tires and an oil change. They were able to get my specific tire I requested from another location they have them ready for my appointment by 3 o’clock. I had a few other concerns about my car so they looked into it and show me everything that was wrong, and I mean actually showed me. They physically showed me all the things that they were talking about. Their service was great, the prices were fair, and I will definitely be back again

Its the only place Ill go to get tires and I tell everyone I know that they should go there also.

Great customer service, went in for an alignment, tire rotation and to get a tire patched up. Didn’t make a reservation and were able to take me in, they did an amazing job! Only thing is that they told me my car was going to be ready in an hour and actually took 3 hours. Other than that nice people there and job well done.

American Tire Depot extended great customer service, employees were pleasant and very knowledgeable about various Scorpions for MZ Benz. The service was prompt and I felt very comfortable with the services I received.

Was waiting in the lobby but the manager Joe was getting an attitude with a Hispanic customer and was really rude to his Hispanic employees... not worth saving a couple dollars to give my business to a company like this, I went to les schwab instead and the customer service was excellent there.

We were helped by a great guy named Giovanni. I have heard mixed reviews on this business, but he by far exceeded my expectations. To my luck I ran into this place. I had Google searched for Americas Tires near me and this place came up. I had my husband following me behind because I had a flat tire and he had filled air with his compressor to get me to the American Tire Depot. Although, we were not a customer there Giovanni greeted us welcoming and helpful my changing my flat tire with my spare for us to safely drive another 4.5 miles to Americas tires so they could replace my tire since we had our tire certificates with them. If I did not have my replacement tire certificates with Americas Tire for my flat I would have definitely done business with them. Just simply because Giovanni had treated us so well. Great employee and wonderful customer service. I will in the near future do business with them! Thanks Giovanni for all your help!!!

I stop in to get my wheel alignment done, it was reasonably quick and affordable which was awesome, but when I pulled away from the parking lot I immediately noticed that my car still slightly pulls to the right. so disappointing.

Buy 3, get one free deal is what brought me in. The waiting room had a soda machine, thats all. Most other waiting rooms have snacks or at least free coffee. At least they have a tv going on. The wait, 3 hours was a bit long, considering I had an appointment.Overall, it was a pleasant experience made possible only by the pleasant and polite workers.

These guys are amazing! We had an appointment for tires at the store in redlands on colton avenue, after being CONFIRMED we arrived there and were told the tires we were scheduled to have installed werent available but they could be shipped from Dallas for an additional $170.00!!! My wife and I took a chance and reached out to this store in fontana and JOE took amazing care of us! Not only did he have the tires we wanted actually available he gave us our appointment slot, had them mounted, balanced and the alignment performed in about 3 hours!! these guys are amazing and I simply cant say enough good things about them. The other stores should take a lesson from the guys at the fontana location.
