I WENT FOR THE FIRST TIME ON A HOT SATURDAY. ALL THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL TO EXPLAINED HOW IT WORKS. I WAS ABLE TO BUY A FEW THING FOR ME, PERSONALLY. IT WAS INTERESTING TO WATCH AND LEARN. I WILL RETURN. THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF

I put in an absentee bid on Item 339C for Saturdays auction. Monday they emailed me an invoice for a different lot number. I emailed them and they sent me 3 different invoices all of which were incorrect (Either the wrong lot numbers or the wrong total amounts). On Thursday morning (5 days after the auction) they finally sent me the correct invoice with the right items and miraculously exactly what my top bid amount was. I went down 4 hours after I got the correct invoice and they told me I had until Tuesday to pick up the Items. How can I pick up items on Tuesday when they don’t send me a corrected invoice until Thursday Morning? Then they proceeded to charge my credit card $100 for not picking up the items. The new owners are running a SCAM. Do not go to this auction, they will STEAL your money. I have reported this fraud to every agency I could. BEWARE!!!!!!

Terrible auction more like a JUNK yard. Cars are in bad shape and run like JUNK!! They are bunch of liars and crooks that steal hard earned money from people. DMV should investigate this place. YOU BEEN WARNED!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM TLC AUCTIONS IN FONTANA
