Called this company because of its 5 star rating. Made appointment from noon to 3 pm; suppose to call 30 mins prior to arrival. Nobody ever called; after multiple follow up calls to the company, they said they would get back and they may or may not be able to come after all. Will have to call another company, cannot trust this company anymore.

From now on, this company will always be our go-to whenever we need help with our air conditioner. We were worried when we noticed that it was making loud noises, so we looked for a company that could handle our unit. We were happy that we did hire them because they didn’t disappoint. They came to our place on time, and they quickly resolved the issue. Our furnace wouldn’t produce any heat, so we called the service company for help. The technician came over quickly, and he did a tremendous job. He didn’t need to be supervised and got the job done faster than expected. We’re happy with the results and would continue to use their services as required.
