Wouldn’t even give 1 star but it made me. Booked for an event for May 2021, it got postponed to Aug 2021 due to not enough tickets sold. I reached out to confirm the event and they stated it was cancelled. My SIL nor myself got an email that it cancelled. We’ve both requested a refund over a month ago and have yet to receive them. They state it’s been refunded, call your credit card company. Excuse me??? We’ve both commented on their Facebook page and the comments have been removed and we’ve been blocked from commenting anymore. I reached out via email for what seems like the 100th time, and they reply I told you what to do and I don’t know how to block you from Facebook. That’s funny bc a friend also commented to voice our concerns and now her comments are deleted and she’s blocked. Should have read the google reviews as it seems they have issues with refunding customers. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Stay away from this company.

Had a birthday party scheduled for Halloween. Of course our actors got exposed to COVID the Tuesday before. Totally understandable they had to cancel. I asked if she had a replacement character which I knew wasn’t likely and she wasn’t able too but she offered a full refund, a little video done by the character that was sick (before I asked if she maybe had Elsa and Ana or Mickey Mouse available) and when she couldn’t find a replacement she offered a free visit later in the year. Unfortunately I have yet to receive my 148$ refund, (she canceled before the 29th of October but I had asked if she had anyone else available so she confirmed she didn’t on the 29th and it’s now the 20th of November) the video she promised my 5 year old and I’m honestly not expecting the free visit she offered either. I had emailed her on the 8th and she stated the refund was processed and could take up to two weeks. If she processed my refund the day she canceled I should have my refund. I tried to call the number and they have calling restrictions so I can’t even get through to talk to anyone to figure out when they processed this refund. Really disappointed in this experience. I would have probably continued to support their business had I atleast got my refund.**edited to add- I did receive my refund HOWEVER my bank assisted with reversing the transaction after I called and explained the situation to them NOT this business owner.

I went to the Princess My Party in Stevens Point with my 6 yr old daughter and it was soooooooo good. My daughter legit had the best time. And it was not over expensive

We hired Mickey, Minnie and a photographer for our sons first birthday and they did an amazing job, the actors were so patient with the kids and the photographer made was so nice to have so we could just enjoy the moment, definitely recommend we got lots of laughs and smiles out of our little boy and some pictures that will last a lifetime. We will for sure be using them for future parties and special occasions

We hired Princess My Party for a fundraiser. They face painted and did balloon twisting. Their costumes were high quality, the performers were amazing, and the kids loved it!

Worked for this company over the summer while I was home from school and it was amazing. They have made some really great improvements to the company. I was able to make enough to pay for my books for school this fall which was my goal. The owner & her assistant were really nice and super easy to work for. They knew my goal and helped me reach it. I saw that a couple ppl didnt like it but I must say that I absolutely LOVED it and I will totally miss them! Not everyone is going to like every job and it is an acting gig job so, if that is what you are looking for I would highly recommend them. My summer was AWESOME.

I’m very disappointed with this company. Today we had two princesses reserved to come to a 3 year old party and they did not show up. No call no nothing after multiple different numbers and multiple calls to wrong numbers post on their website we got a hold of someone. The lady that answered the phone said the princesses were at a hospital party that ran late and would come soon. Upon calling back the lady (beth) they were two hours away. Very sad little birthday princess to say the least. I would not book them if I were you!!!

Had JoJo at my daughters party today and she was a rock star! We didnt really know what to expect but She was so enthusiastic and did so many cool things with the girls. Her time was up and it was time to cut the cake but she stayed an extra 10 minutes to help us sing Happy Birthday and cut & served the cake. Couldnt be more pleased.

We bought tickets to a princess brunch that was supposed to be taking place April 2020. Because of Covid, it was canceled. Booked with another princess place and they just called me to cancel for my party that is THIS SATURDAY! invites have been sent out, my wife was crying, and my kid thinks that Elsa is coming. Called the owner Amy and she apologized for the other company and told us not to worry because she would make sure not to disappoint my daughter. Within an hour we had Elsa booked and she had Elsa call my daughter to tell her how excited she was to come. They saved the day. Highly recommended.

Set up to be a vendor. Paid in advance. All events were cancelled due to covid. I waited asked for a refund. Was assured Id received it they dragged their feet. I continued to follow up the said they couldnt refund through their processor because it had been so many days so asked for my paypal and I provided it. They never sent and ignored all follow ups after. Will never support this business after this and if you want to get any customer service I would not recommend searching here! Save your money because they arent worth it.

I was very disappointed with the Appleton Shark Party. It was advertised to be an awesome time, but in reality there was not much for the kids to do. There was a tiny blow up pool with some fishing poles and nets to catch fish, but other than that it was a lot of standing around waiting to sing and dance to Baby Shark one time. Super unorganized event. It was $8 to get in and then several tables were set up trying to sell things. I’ll never attend another event run by this company. Definite waste of time.

This place has THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I am floored by now nice the owner was & how quickly she helped me. We went to an event & my daughter got sick 5 minutes into the event. She threw up. We had to leave. The owner introduced herself & asked if there was anything she could do. I told her we had to leave b/c my daughter had thrown up so, she pulled the characters right away so they could get a photo with her & gave her a free coloring book to take home. I couldnt believe it. She even had the character email the next day to say she hoped my daughter was feeling better. My only reason for the 4* instead of 5 is that I think they should consider doing events during the week, too for parents that dont get their kids on the weekends as I have shared custody of my daughter & had to fight with her mom to get her to let me take her on the weekend. I will come to more of these events. It was great for the kids & really well organized.

We had booked them for my daughters first birthday in June. Due to covid we had to cancel and I tried to reach out to them 2 months prior to June. I have called. I have emailed. I have messaged on fb and gotten ZERO response. I wanted to see about getting my deposit back or at the bare minimum confirm my cancelation. I booked a party for my daughters birthday. Moana arrived on time, she was in character the whole time. She was so talented and sang the theme song and sounded better than the original. She played games with the kids, read a story and painted their nails. It was so much fun for the kids and even the adults. It was nice to have someone else entertain and I could sit back and relax. Cant wait to see shimmer and shine at my other daughters birthday! I would highly recommend Princess my Party.

Today we had Cinderella and Ariel at my 4 year olds birthday party. They were truly amazing. There were about 15 kids and they were able to entertain them the entire time. The children absolutely loved them!!! And they never broke character. The parents loved them just as much as the kids. We got a lot of compliments and I think you will have a few new customers. This company is so professional. They were worth every penny. I would give them 10 stars if it was possible. Thank you so much for making my daughters birthday so special!!!

Omg the Shark Party was the cutest thing on the planet. I thought it would just be a photo op since it was only 8 bucks but there was more. I liked that the Shark came out in small bursts to let my son warm up to him. There was so really cute games and we got a great photo for our Christmas card of our whole family. Will def attend more events and recommend. My son tells everyone that sharks are older than dinosaurs bc he learned that at the party. I’d go every week if I could.

They were wonderful with the kids and we got more good reviews on the kids tent than we have ever had! Then after all said and done.. they donated their PERSONAL tips back to the cause. So amazing. We already booked them again for the following year.

Reached out for tickets after the ticket sales closed DAYS earlier than originally anticipated. The show was NOT sold out at that time. It was upsetting to know that the children almost missed out on this event, if i had not reached out about the tickets i never would have gotten them. It was inconvenient as i was at work trying to scrabble last minute to purchase the tickets when they opened the sales for a few minutes just for me. ONE star for the troubles and disappointment. grateful to get tickets but still a bit disappointed the first response of FB to my thats bologna. i was going to purchase tickets at the end of the work day the first response from the company was They have been on sale since October. Well THAT wasnt helpful. A RESPONSE like THAT has made me decide this will be our first and LAST event with This company. The show was OVERBOOKED. Too many children not getting a turn at games. Characters trampled coats and purses. The verbiage in the responses was rather surly and Not Professional! Completely disappointed. THIS place WAS TOTALLY OVER PACKED. TOO MANY KIDS! TOO MANY ADULTS! Children stepping on children. No room to move around. DISAPPOINTMENT all around.

These princesses are the real deal. We went to the Princess Brunch and it was AMAZING! The princesses that were there looked, sounded, and acted like the real ones. This event was well worth the money. My daughter is still talking about it like a week later. So glad we went.

Paid for an event that the company rescheduled due to weather. I asked for a refund as we could not make the rescheduled time. I have still not received anything back and its been almost a year. Ive reached out multiple times and am told its being looked at, and then they never follow up with me. Im obviously accepting that I wont get refunded, but Ill never give them my business again.

A friends party. The Fairy God Mothers had no plan. She didnt appear to be trained or coached in how to act out her role. The two year old birthday girl probably didnt know the difference, but the adults sure did. The face painting was mediocre, and didnt seem to use real face paint- just generic artist paint. (Is that ok on your face?) She had a 6 ft parachute which entertained the kids for about 2 minutes. And the promised grand entrance? Huh? Uh.... No. She left without saying goodbye to the children.

Ive been to a few parties! My kids have so much fun!! HIGHLY recommend. Looking forward to hiring for a upcoming party!!! Thanks for all your hard work!!!

We just attended the meet the PJ masks event in which the kids seemed to enjoy overall which is why I give this a three star review. My suggestions after this event would be to organize and practice more than you did before today. It seemed very pieced together and disorganized. I felt for the lead woman who was trying to play the background music, lead the kids, direct the actors, and the other helpers. It made for a kind of hectic and disappointed event. Actors in the costume were great, music was borderline inappropriate for 2-5 yr olds, and the overall event felt rushed. I believe the intent was there, just not the planning or follow through for some reason.

I requested Rapunzel and Moana for my daughter’s 5th birthday party. I was absolutely blown away by how easy and painless the booking process was. Hannah was very easy to get a hold of and she answered all my questions. The day of the party was really busy but Rapunzel kept in contact with me until her arrival. Since the party was outside, both ladies were nice enough to park down the block so I could hurry the kids inside the house. I had two friends hold up a bed sheet and the princesses hid behind it while I corralled the kids back outside for the big reveal. The look on my daughter’s face the moment the sheet fell revealing her favorite princesses was worth every penny alone. I had booked the Silver package which includes 60 mins with meet and greet/pictures, face painting and cake presentation. However; the princesses went above and beyond. Since there were only 5 children at the party there was plenty of time for them to paint finger and toe nails, do some face painting and balloon animals, play a game, dance and sing their signature songs and finally sing happy birthday with the cake. They even offered to stay longer for more pictures but since the kids were already settling to eat cake I figured it was the best time for them to make their hasty/graceful exit. Overall everything turned out beautifully, both Rapunzel and Moana remained in character and presented themselves with such professionalism the only word I can use to describe the experience is magical! I highly recommend this company. The truth is if you can’t afford to take the kids to Disney then bring Disney to them!

Princess my party was able to make my kids birthday party a dream come. Although he has issues with alot of people they where able to help him and keep him interested.

Ive hired Princess my party personally for parties and been to several of there events, my daughter always loved it!

Our daughter booked Minnie Mouse for our granddaughters 1st birthday party. When booking, a relative wanted to pay for the service, as that was her gift to the birthday girl. What a mess! Using a credit card, and paying the full $70 (for 1/2 hour), up front, should have been easy. I received an invoice stating only half was paid at the time of the booking and the rest would be due the day of the party. Then I received several emails throughout the next month stating we still owed $35. I sent an email, stating we paid IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING. I received an email back from PMP stating we owed nothing and the correction was made manually to our account to reflect payment was made in full. Low and behold, THREE days before the party, our daughter received a voicemail stating we still owed $35!!!!! I called immediately to clear up the situation. So the day of the event, Minnie was supposed to arrive at 2 pm. She got lost, no fault to her, and she showed up 20 minutes late....again, not her fault. However, she walked inside the facility, stood about 4 feet inside the door. Did a little of waving, took a couple of pictures with the birthday girl and her parents, and left. She had NO interaction with the other 4 children at the party. She did NOTHING!!! Minnie stayed for about 10-15 minutes and left. But before going, she did leave a card and a miniature gift bag.....it was a HALLOWEEN gift bag with a skeleton on it, and inside was a dum dum sucker, a Laffy taffy, a small bottle of bubbles, and a wand....FOR A ONE YEAR OLD! !!!! She cant eat Laffy taffy or a sucker. Mind you, this party was held on NOVEMBER 19th, and the baby was literally given a leftover Halloween gift bag. Talk about CHEAP!!!! What a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF $70. MINNIE WAS ALSO GIVEN A $35 TIP. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

We booked your Easter Bunny to stop in at our house - gathered the family - some drove from out of state and took time off of work to make the Easter celebration special for the kids only to have your bunny not show up. I later read on my PayPal (which I just happened to check) that you cancelled todays visits due to lack of interest - you were still interested in taking my money! You let my family, all of the kids and myself completely disappointed! A simple phone call or personal message would have been great. What a poorly run business. BOOKER BE WARE - I would never trust this company to make my kids party special. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!

I have used princess my party several different times!!! Had them for my best friends daughters 5th birthday and it was her 1st big bday party!!! She was so excited and the Cinderella was so amazing and beautiful!!! I also helped my friend and neighbor get the paw patrol pup ordered for her daughters party which all the kids loved and were so excited about! Then had a ninja turtle at my nephews birthday (that was my present to him), he is in love with the ninja turtles and he was so excited and happy when he got there!!! The ninja turtle was so amazing and even tried to play soccer with him even though it was hard with the costume! And then for my daughter 7th birthday we had a frozen princess party completed with Anna and Elsa!!! Both princess were so amazing with all the kids and it made me daughters party so special!!! The kids that were at her party are still talking about her party and that was June 2016! I would highly recommend them to any and everybody! All the actors are amazing and Amiee the owner is so amazing and easy to work, I had extra kids rsvp to my daughters party and had to request an extra (Anna) princess last minute and she made it work and had to problem doing it for me!!! Love them and will be using them again in the future!

I used to be an employee of the company, and I would give this company a 0 star review if I could, they do not pay you on time, and your lucky if you even get paid. They state that they pay you for mileage, but I haven’t seen payment for over 600 miles I put on for that company. Please do not even consider them, Princess my Party is a scam.
