I CAN NOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF THIS BUSINESS! The week of my wedding, the previous dry cleaner I utilized for pressing my dress put a stain in my dress and then claimed they were unable to get it out. Georgetown cleaners put me at ease when they said they were up for the challenge. They got the stain out by the END OF THE DAY! I could not be more thankful for helping me feel and look great in my clean and simpleand stain-free wedding dress!

I had a coat altered. It was much more expensive than I thought it would be but she did an amazing job on it and she was thoughtful picking out material and even matching threads. The workers are always friendly and the facility is clean. Thank you for fixing my coat.

Stopped by to clean while on vacation. This is a coin-op laundrymat with pay services as well. Good mix of big and small (expensive and cheaper) machines. Everything was straightforward and simple.They have changemachines and coin-op soap and softener machines for 75 cents each.

Out of towner who was in town and needed a suit pressed for a family funeral. I called ahead and was told that they could have it done the next day. I drove to the store and then was told their cleaners were off the following morning, and instead I could have it 2 days later. I would have been okay if they had just told me over the phone it wasnt doable but having to waste a trip when my time was limited was frustrating. Ended up using a hand held steamer and saved myself $20.

I could understand them taking my wash out of the washing machine if there were no other wash machines to be used but there was, at least 8. they (staff) decided to take my wash out while I still had other loads going in the other washing machines before the dryer.For me that is the whole reason that I go to laundry mats that have staff on hand so that my stuff is safe, when I leave

I trusted my beautiful wedding dress to this company, waited over 3 months for what Id consider a botched job.. Paid over $120 - just to take the bodice in! Ill never go there or refer any loved ones to this business. They were less than happy to help remedy the issue and actually insisted I come back so they can finish it... As if Id trust them again? I was in contact with management for two weeks and have yet to hear back about a solution. I found a much better seamstress and shes actually the one who took photos and urged me to get a refund...

The staff is very helpful, the place is very clean and on Tuesday they have a special on their small washers.

Go to the one on Johnson theres this blonde stuck up employee there. I wont go again. Chick wears a fat dookie braid she mean as hell. Will be calling the owner. I greeted her and as a customer she completley ignored me. Then gave me a snotty look. Ill be telling everyone in town not to go where she at.

As long as you dont need your clothes to be done on time, or clean when they finally do get them done, then Georgetown is a good place to go. If however, you want your clothes to be done when promised as well as clean when you pick them up, you might want to go elsewhere.

They do a fantastic job on there dry cleaning and there facility is always very clean too !!!!!!!!!!!

The dryers there really sticks I wasted 1,25 my clothes were will damp & the new dryers r .25 it only last 6 mins those r not any better !!!!
