The amount of different equipment at planet fitness is amazing. A cool place to workout and not having to worry about other people judging you. Everyone comes there for the same reason. To workout, push ourselves, and to reach our goals. I was really self conscious when I first joined because I really didnt know how the equipment worked and I scanned the QR code on the machine which really helped but I also didnt know how to adjust the equipment to my height so a lady saw I was struggling and showed me how to which was really awesome. I have become more comfortable working out there and walk out feeling great!

This is a great gym with all the equipment you need. The staff are all friendly and the facility is clean. Ive been coming here for a couple months now and Im happy with it! They even have a 30 minute circuit if youre in a hurry.

Have trainer, guides me on my exercise routine. Increases my exercises at a safe level. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly congenial staff. Enjoy the workouts.

The staff here aren’t as friendly as they used to be... when I was coming here over a year ago someone working at the desk would always say hi when you walked in and have a nice day when you left. I don’t get that experience anymore. It might not matter to everyone but I know that used to be something every staff member did.They could use a second location because it gets pretty busy in the afternoon- evening. When are they going to start being open 24 hours, since this is what got a lot of members to sign up? I’d like to start coming before work again like I used to. Some of my friends work two jobs and can’t get to the gym until after 9pm. It would get more people in there and less people at the same time.I could always switch to one of those gyms that allows access with a key at anytime of day 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I cant wait until they are open later again! For those of us that work second shift its nice to be able to after work.

Too crowded.....price is a good deal, but there are buttloads of people there.....if i have to wait to use the weights or machines its not good. Especially if you are looking to burn. But then again any place that gets mad when you simply talk to friends that are also there probably isnt the right atmosphere for true gym members.

Not open 24/7 as advertised. They will tell you they are owed for cleaning but the moment the doors close the lights go off and noone is there cleaning. The management and employees need to be replaced. There is no fitness classes like there is suppose to be, the staff is unfriendly, the place is packed because of the limited hours, and the equipment is dated.

Im going to be honest.. i wanna sign up but most of the time i work till 6 or 7 and sometimes 9 but by the time i get there after letting my dogs out and grabbing the stuff i need you close... so for me there is no point on signing up- unless you can stay open till 11pm which would make more sense for the 2nd and 3rd shifters. Its bad enough that after work most restaurants are closing by the time im done go home and change. I also dont wanna work out with masks on- no good for you. Which is also preventing me from signing up.

Ravel the country, so Ive been to a lot of planet fitness gyms. This one is way too crowded all the time. To the point that Id rather not go. And not too much/old equipment.

Great place, friendly helpful staff, trainers on site. Cleaning stations at every section. Plenty of space between you and others for the Covid worries

Still no update on 24/7. Will be canceling my membership if this doesnt change.

I am going to join unless they ban me, very rules based here..I forgot my health insurance card. Rather than show me the place as a walk though worried about liability coverage without the caed

This place would be 4/5 star worthy if they had fitness classes. They also dont change their tanning bed bulbs at the same time.

I wish there were more adjustable cable pull machines as well as space for 1-2 more benches in the dumbbell area. But the place is super clean and they seem to be taking Covid seriously, which is nice. Dont forget your headphones though, as Planet Fitness Radio is brutal

Nice place tp work out. No problems getting a cardio machine to use. Difficult to use free-weight equipment due to small free-weight area and large number of people using the weights.

I’m over the hours! Schools are open. Restaurants stay open until at least 8 PM on the weekends. Why in the world can’t our fitness center that I continue to pay black card status NOT be open ??? It’s ridiculous. We do all the social distancing etc. WHY do the hours need to be slashed too!?

Tried to freeze my membership, an option they are currently offering due to the mask mandate. I cannot freeze in the FDL club. I signed up in Oshkosh and therefore must go there to freeze. But I can call Oshkosh and freeze over the phone! So even tho I an IN person, able to verify with identification.... i can do nothing.... but can do whatever I want over the phone. Customer service at its finest.... Oh and dont bother trying to cancel either. (Was going to do this and simply re-sign up in FDL, making it much more convenient for myself since I live there) Gotta do that in person too..... or send them a letter......

I wish there was more open space in the weight lifting section, i feel like theres too many cardio machines that ends up taking a lot of space near the weightlifting section that doesnt allow people to move around with their weights. there are a lot of exercises that has a lot of free range movement, not just standing in one spot lifting weights so extra open space is needed.

This place is not reliable, they are supposed to open at 6am and not one employee can show up. Two dozen customers were waiting and came and went.

Most of the staff are friendly but some rarely acknowledge you. It is clean most of the time but Ive been to other Planet Facilities in better condition. It is good for what it is, a $10 gym. The Y is better, but you get what you pay for. The flexibility of Planet is great!

I have been coming to this location for about four years. I have the $10/month membership, and I feel it’s the best value for a gym around. I usually come in the mornings at about 5:30am or 9:00am(just depending on the day), and very occasionally in the evening. No matter what time I come in, the gym is always clean and well kept. I rarely have to wait to use the equipment I want, even when it’s a busier time of day. All staff is very welcoming and accommodating when needed.I really like the “no judgement” atmosphere, too. I feel it really helps me not feel afraid or embarrassed to try new moves or machines.The only thing I would change if I could would be to have an actual squat rack. I feel that sometimes the smith machines really limit your movement. However, but I understand that it is a chain gym, so that’s not really in the individual gym’s control.Overall, I highly recommend this gym, and will continue to come here!

The place is always clean and the location of the PF is convenient. If a piece of equipment is down or not working its usually working again the next time Im there. Staff is friendly.

Such a great staff! I come mostly 3rd shift and see the staff tend to the front desk and members. Third shift staff cleans so good; I notice how clean it is throughout my workout. Sam is a joy and has a super personality and is very upbeat. I can tell that she makes the members smile and feel good about coming in.

Its a nice gym. Clean. I work out alone. No one ever seems interested in you after you sign up. If you hope for the staff to interact with you, then I suggest you be in your 20s. If you like the idea they never ever talk to you again unless you use the tanning bed, then this place is the very best for you.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Gym is the cleanest I have ever been to. Cant beat the price for what it offers! I like not being stuck in a contract either.

A nice planet fitness. The staff was really friendly and the equipment was in good working order. Not the most diverse selection of equipment Ive seen in a PF. My favorite part was the showers- each shower has two heads one from the side and one from above.

Lots of different exercise equipment and tons of tread mills. I have the black card so you can also use the massage chairs for free as well. The associates are very knowledgeable and they also have classes that you can sign up for free online if you are a black card member.

Not happy lately, I pay for a Black Card membership so I can use the massage tables & chairs which are frequently out of order & the other amenity I use every week is the body enhancement beauty angel which has been out of commission for 2 weeks now. Starting to wonder if I should downgrade my memebership since the extra things I pay for arent always functional 🤔

Love planet fitness. No judging. MOST of the staff is very friendly. Normally, greet you, except when they are busy. Most of the time, acknowledge you when leaving.

The equipment is typically in working order. Any facility will have equipment issues from time to time. Big thing that I have an issue with is the amount of weights.

Love it here, good place to work out. Recommend the black membership(22 bucks) to bring a friend with to help motivate. If not its 10 bucks a month.

I love this gym, its open 24 hours and super convenient for me! The only thing is that this gym doesnt have any new additions to equipment or machines that I see other Planet Fitness locations have. Otherwise, I am happy with my experience at PF!

Well maintained equipment and the gym is always clean. Simply the only gym choice in the area.

Very clean, non judgemental gym. The staff is very helpful and I always find a person to talk to. It makes working out fun!

Its a good gym. Equipment is clean and in working order. Lots and lots of treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. Weight equipment is sufficient. Dumbbells at this site go up to 75lbs.My only gripe and its not this gym in particular its all PF locations is their only barbell option is a smith machine. They have a good amount of plates that are 2.5, 5, 10, 25, and 45. They have a little aerobic/stretching area with some minor equipment and a 30min workout area where you work out in a series of machines to hit the entire body.Staff is friendly and they dont bother people too much. The lunk alarm has never gone off and most people here dont come close to setting it off either.At 10 dollars a month, this is by far one of the best jack of all master of none gyms in town.

I absolutely love this place. Pheobe, a personal trainer, is SPECTACULAR. She is not Phun as she makes ya work for it - but thats why I go!!! I recommend Planet Fitness above any other gym~!

I like the friendly atmosphere, motivated staff, clean area, and the fact that its only $10 a month. But I wish they would have a couple squat racks instead of Smith Machines. I get its probably for insurance/safety but cmon. People weightlifting should have the common sense to be able to workout with such equipment safely.

Planet Fitness is truly one great place to workout. I just want to go in, work on what I want to work on, and if I need something... Ill ask. The only time I hear from them is when they greet me or wish me a great day. Ive been in gyms for my entire life and Planet Fitness has consistently exceeded my expectations. A bit smaller than most planet fitness gyms. Theres only one cable crossover machine. Everything is kinda piled onto one another. Feel congested. Staff didnt really greet you genuinely. Missing attachments for the cable crossover as well.

Its a good place to work out, they keep it clean. I have heard its a horror to try and cancel a membership though and that they keep taking money from your account when you say you want to cancel...it took 6 months each for two of my friends.
