I had the pleasure of talking to Trish when I called an asked about jobs. She was super friendly and extremely helpful. 10 out 10 would recommend her to anyone. Also would work with her again!

Ive been continually impressed with this company. They helped me get the job I wanted, and beyond that they did several check ins with me too make sure things were going smoothly and asked if I had any questions. Ive been working with Trisha as my recruiter and couldnt be happier with everything and would highly recommend them to anyone who is job seeking.

They got me a Job and i had a car accident the day i was supposed to start mind you i just moved to the are 2 dats prior. Anyways i told Remedy that and they said well you should of called us if you werent going to make it om like i was in a fricken car accident . i tried calling again and theu said that i was unreliable . worst pllace ever i would give them zero stars and they dont even answer there phones.

Place is a joke, youll apply for a job listing on indeed for one of their clients and they wont even look up your resume or ask you about the job you applied for. Then theyll offer you a job for 9$ doing something you told them you wouldnt be interested in. All in all trisha sucks at her job

Interviewer was very rude and did not act in a professional manner. I overheard him on the phone before my appointment. It sounded like he was renegotiating his mortgage or something. He was 2 minutes late for my appointment and if I punched in 2 minutes late to a menial job such as Remedy Unintelligent Staffing would offer, I would be terminated with a quickness. It seems most employers are looking for brown-nosed followers rather than motivated hard working individuals. If you are completely desperate for a low paying job; Remedy is your answer!

Gina is amazing to work with. For a temp agency, they have their ducks in a row. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They understand and are willing to work with you. My recruiter stayed in contact with me and actively helped me find positions that would be the best fit for me. I would recommend this office for anyone looking for a job.

Twice I have been asked to come in for an interview at this location. The first time I was told sorry we dont have anything available for you at the time which made me wonder why they had me come in at all, they asked me the same questions as had been asked over the phone. The second time I expressed my feelings about the first experience and was told that the recruiter had a position that would be a good fit and that I should come in. So I agree to come in on my lunch break from current job. I told scheduling person that I would be a few minutes late for appointment as I had to drive across town. I arrived as I said I would 5 minutes after the hour and I was greeted by an empty waiting room with a little sign to ring the bell. I ring the bell and nothing happens, so I waited a minute and rang bell again. Trisha comes out from back and asks how she can help, I reply that I have an appointment, which she replies to with well you are late I explain that I told whomever scheduled that I am on my lunch break and she replied rudely with, well I didnt schedule the appointment, it will be just a few minutes and goes back to her office. I waited 5 minutes and was about to just leave at this point but then she comes back out and brings me into side office and goes through and asks me literally the same questions from the last interview and then tells me that sorry we dont have anything for you right now. I will not be back, complete waste of my time and energy. I would not want them to represent me as a potential employee.

Got a call month ago asking if I was still looking for work wasnt at time just updated my account today it set me up with interview they called and said I didt need to come in and that by my last few exchanges with them not looking the last two jobs they sent me to the first one i sat around for hours because the employer they sent me to didnt even know we were coming who was doin the training so I left after 4.5 hours of be lost in rooms for various longer length of time and one after that was suppose to be a machine operator and I spent Week package at end of a line and then stop goin after that this was explained back then and seemed they understood and my nourmuse calls I gotten since I was okay to be used yet now I cet asked what chnageband how can I prove am fit is way I took it

I’ve worked through remedy a couple of times over the years and have always received excellent service. I highly recommend.

Very poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this staffing agency to anyone looking for a good job. Had to send out 4 different emails to managers just to get a phone call back after weeks of not hearing back.

About six months ago I moved to Fond du lac. I was unemployed for about a month and a half. When I applied at remedy I had no idea it was a temp agency. When I went in I met with Gina, who was nothing short of wonderful! She was able to find me a job within two days and I was working within 3. if you are willing to work and can pass an oral mouth swab drug test (dont smoke the morning of) you will have a job before the week is over!

I have never had a staffing agency find me a position so quickly! Within a day or two of coming in to interview with Remedy, I had an interview with a company. The following week, I had a job.The only complaint I have is how difficult it is to contact someone. I have tried emailing my contact person and even the office, but I have not received a response. If not for this issues, I would have given a five-star review :)

Been signed up with them for a month now and never get a call back . Dont have any jobs openings except for a place with unsafe working environment and poor pay. Really frustrating when your trying to make a living for your family . Im gonna continue to another temp service who will actually go the extra mile to find good work for me.
