DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!! I called S&B for a last minute alteration, was in town for a work conference. I was so amazed she could get it done on such short notice, it looks great. She was so accommodating and flexible, even met me at the shop before business hours so I could pick it up before heading back home. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Not happy with service. I am having my mother-of-the groom dress altered here. Left the dress there on 4/10/21 and it is still not finished. While I was there for a second fitting, she agreed to have a first communion outfit ready the same week. I drove 45 minutes each way because the bridal shop recommended her. Six days before the wedding, a million things to get done, and no dress to try on with the jacket I purchased. By the time it is finished, I will not be able to get something else if I dont like it together. Very Unhappy!!!!

I am not satisfied with the services that were provided. Ediths recommended S&B Alteration. I went in for my first fitting and thought the price was considerably high. But it was my wedding dress and it needed to get done. It is what it is! I asked her to sew in a slip for my dress so I didnt need to worry about it moving around on my wedding day. The next time that I went in, the first thing she said to me was, I did something funny to your dress. Not something that you want to hear. She took the slip out and completely forgot that I wanted it sewn in. Minor mistake. She canceled my appointment TWICE on short notice - 30 minutes before. I come from Oshkosh so it was inconvenient and inconsiderate. The main reason that I decided to look for a different seamstress was because of the bustle. She used hooks. I questioned her about the hooks several times, but she insisted that the hooks were the best way to do it. My dress has a ton of lace and I was afraid that the hooks would tear my dress or get caught on something. She told my matron of honor to use a pliers to close the hooks. NO THANK YOU! I finally decided to go elsewhere. I told her to hold off on finishing my dress because I was going for a second opinion by someone else. She said that she wasnt quite done with my dress. I told her that is fine, Ill pick it up unfinished. When I went to pickup my dress, she had it COMPLETELY done AFTER I told her NOT to finish it. I was irritated. I went to a different seamstress who has over 40 years of experience. I went there just to get my bustle redone with buttons and loops. Turns out, S&B Alteration did my hem wrong as well. The new seamstress needs to take an extra 3 inches off. So I am getting that redone too less than a month before my wedding. I am still waiting for some kind of refund. S&B Alteration needed the new seamstress to call. She didnt believe me that her work was unsatisfactory. DO NOT GO HERE!

I went here to have myn wedding dress altered for the second time. The first time they did it so early that, I had to do it again. She only had one chance to meet with me, before I would wear the dress to get married in it. She was able to work magic to get my dress fitting perfectly. I couldnt be more happy with my decision to go here and trust them with something for my special day.

Great job sewing 6 patches on a leather vest. Reasonable prices and job completed on day promised.

I took in 5 pairs of scrubs pants gif hemming. They are all perfect and were ready in a timely manner. They were kind as to do an emergency hem on 1 pair as I was starting my job in 4 days!

Boa did such a wonderful job taking care of my daughter! We were sent to her with our new wedding dress from Ediths. I am so glad we were! Boa is very knowledgeable and honest. She made our already beautiful wedding dress look gorgeous! She is also flexible with her hours if you need her to be.

I am beyond pleased with the pricing and how quickly she gets things done.

I know getting pants hemmed isnt the most difficult alteration, but that doesnt take away from how fast they were done and how much care was taken into making sure they were done right.I needed them done for school before 8/26/19, and they were done the day I asked (8/23/19).Very professional. S&B picked up the phone each time I called.It really felt like it was meant to be that I ended up at S&B, and since Im short and dont have a sewing machine theres a very good chance I am coming back.

I want to S&E to have my jump suit hemed up for my daughters wedding June 8th the material was really silky she done a wonderful job my outfit was just beautiful in fact I was offered by a lady to purchase it after the wedding thank you so much For helping me out in such a short time I highly recommend S&b for any sewing needs I felt very welcomed in her shop almost like we were friends forever The Shop gets A+ and you will be very satisfied with her work as well thank you again.
