Revived pretty poor customer service when i got into a car accident And moved up to Wisconsin my insurance rate went up and when I told him i wasn’t sure if I should continue to be insured through State Farm because I couldn’t afford it he threatened and refused to bring up my files because I wasn’t sure. I was a young adult, 19 at the time moving out into the world and the first thing I received was a threat from my insurance? (To clarify I had never had any problems with any of my other agents prior) then just recently I suspended my insurance because I can’t afford it atm and I’m still getting charged. Overall I’m incredibly disappointed in this service and if I could have any other agent I’d happy accept a new one.
