As of the start. They were a great company, good service. Until now, they refused to replace a fridge of there own that was defective after spending $400 in service calls they still wont replace a fridge, or even start a return to GE WHERE THEY GOT IT FROM. They refused to give me credit on there product, nor replace it or fix it for free. Done with the company. Its the principle of the sales dealing with them for 3 years. Just dont want to admit to he had a bad one and back up his claim.

Awesome service! Another store told me that my cracked touchscreen on my refrigerator required a whole door replacement. Ray’s was able to order the panel for me to repair. They told me it may take up to 4-6 weeks for the part to arrive. The part came in a week and half! The tech had it replaced in shy of 10 minutes! I highly recommend Ray’s!!

You darn right i used language like that. we have been buying products from you for 3 years, and not one went bad, and you always took care of the customer. One goes bad and we had more into the fridge than that, with parts. and you wouldnt even replace it, kept on putting it off, and even your tech said it was bad. Your fridge, dont care if its two years old, cant fix it, your company should have replaced it. Plain and simple, you didnt want to back the customer, just admit it because you didnt want to put up the fridge or the money.

We bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer set as well as a Maytag dishwasher from Rays. The product recommendations were outstanding -- we love all of our new items, and the installation/removal of our old items was fantastic. I highly recommend Rays.

We just purchased a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Tony is a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable about all the products offered for sale. He will set you up with what you want and not try to “up-sell.” The delivery and service people are great. They arrived as scheduled and were very careful to take doors off the hinges so the appliances could make it without getting a scratch. They installed everything and took the time to fully explain how to operate the appliances. They answered all our questions and cleaned up everything before they departed. We have been doing business with Tony for eleven years and won’t go anywhere else to buy home appliances!

Been to Rays twice now and nothing but great experiences! Tony is so knowledgeable about all their products and extremely friendly to deal with. Even the installation of our dryer went so smooth and the installers were very helpful in the full set up. We even had a chance to speak with Mrs.Ray who was a lovely woman. Will only be going to Rays for any future appliance purchase!

Poor customer service, sale person was supposed to call me back and never did. Needed to return the item purchased and had to deal with two different people. They couldnt put the refund back on my debit card so they had to write a check! Over priced, found a name brand for the same price as their no name cheap brand.

Sales lady was extremely pushy and hovering, and wouldnt let us get a word in edgewise. I tried to ask questions to compare to products and she talked in circles not addressing the issue. We took our business elsewhere.Service seems good, although weve had our dishwasher repaired and needed someone out again two months later for an entirely different issue.

Purchased a new washer and microwave the same day, just a few months ago. Washer was installed incorrectly such that the first load of wash literally shook the machine so violently in the spin cycle that I could feel it in the floorboards throughout the house. Had to send the experts back to correct this. Now my fabric softener dispenser is not working and just holds water after each cycle that I need to jam paper towels in to soak up. Very nice repairman came out and told me hed order a new part, should be in within 7-10 days. Never heard back from anyone, so called today, they said its on national backorder and they just found out about it today. I know thats not their fault, but a proactive company would at least make a phone call to me to let me know theyre looking into the delay once it goes past the promised date. My microwave literally blocks my wifi signal in my house whenever it is on, and the best they can tell me on that is sometimes that happens with microwaves. Ive owned microwaves since they invented them and have never had this happen. Its sounds like a cheap piece of junk when you close the door. Again, Im told they dont make them like they used to. My last microwave didnt do that, nor do any of my friends, so I guess they dont make them like they used to is code for Im stuck with it. Im now selling this microwave and will buying another one elsewhere, where they actually give a darn about their customers. Im sure youll get a good deal at this place when things are on sale, but make darn sure you do your research on what you are getting beforehand. You can definitely find more proactive service support elsewhere. Highly disappointed.Feb 7 Update to Rays response . . . NO, it is NOT a use and care issue, unless following the directions in the operators manual constitutes use and care issue. The fabric softener reservoir fills with water which stands there until I or my wife take a paper toweling and stick it in there to soak it up. That is a defective product, not a user error, and the fact that you try to pass it off as a use and care issue speaks volumes. You didnt do me a favor by warranting it . . . its under warranty, and therefore it should be covered. The fact that this part, for a brand new washer, is still on national backorder--and has been for months--clearly suggests that this issue is not limited to me alone. And yes, the install was screwed up at first. The washer literally shook the floorboards in my house, and you had to send your guys back to correct it. You would have been better off in your response to me admitting that this whole thing could have and should have gone a lot better, and owned up to it. Trying to pass this off like youre doing me a favor by covering a defective product that is already under warranty to begin with only makes you look all the worse.

The V P was very informative and answer my question help me get the tv specks that I needed for where Im mounting the tv. Im will be back to pick the 75 LG we talked about.

We have been life long customers of Rays TV & Appliance and had to share our most recent experience. We had some damage to the boot on our brand new wash machine and when my wife did a load, the water leaked out on the floor. I called Mike at Rays and explained the problem. Keep in mind, we have five children and my wife does at least five loads of laundry every day! Mike and his service team were able to get the part overnighted and repaired it the next day! Also got it covered under warranty!Rays TV & Appliance is Definitely the Store That Service Built!
