They make it impossible to cancel. Over 3 months I called 5 times and went in person twice to try and cancel. I was told I had to be there in person but when I was in person was always told no manager was available to process my request. I moved so it was an hour round trip drive for me just to be turned away. On one phone call I was told they would mail me a form to cancel. Never received a form. Called back and was told I just had to mail a letter stating I wanted to cancel. Thats when I tried going in person to cancel a second time. I finally today after 3 months was told I could cancel through email and would still be charged for next month. What a scam.

It’s a simple small gym but priced accordingly. No complaints here....smells good and is kept clean.

Not covid safe. No masks. No social distance.

***CAUTION*** if you ever try to cancel your membership they will keep charging you long after the cancellation. I have been charged for 4 months now after my cancellation and I cannot get them to stop. I would have simply cancelled my debit card but I used my checking account info instead and now I cannot get them to stop charging my account. I have requested to cancel multiple times with the proper steps with not avail.

Just spoke with a manager at this Fitness 19 and she interrupts, and doesnt let me finish my point worse than my nine year old! She was polite and wanted to help, but could not make it through the conversation portion of our encounter w/o interrupting me constantly. PLEASE, ownership, train your people to be courteous and to exhibit manners when dealing with the people that put food on your families tables. Because of your staffs poor manners I have to write this lousy review of your establishment.

Love this gym! Super close to our house. Great new equipment and plenty of it. Even on busy days I never wait for a machine. Great reasonably priced memberships for people who just want to workout without a lot of the extras like pools or tennis courts. Its perfect for us!

Nice enough gym and the staff is great and the price is really cheap. I work out with a friend so I dont wear a headset when I lift. They play the worst music for working out. I swear its almost like they are trying to demotivate you. Today was All you need is Love by the Beatles. I like the Beatles as much as the next person but it doesnt make my workout Playlist. My guess is that the manager likes to listen to this music and isnt really concerned about the atmosphere of the gym.

TERRIBLE GYM!!! Have been going here for 10 years and used to recommend it to everyone. The management at this point....might as well not even show up to work. That’s how much work she gets done. The weight room is missing major equipment and all she says is, “it’s out of her hands”. The women’s bathroom never has any soap or paper towels, and my husband tells me the men’s room is the same. Currently they have a sign over their sanitary wipes that says, “use sparingly, last roll for 2 weeks”.....uhhhh....what?! Gross!!! The kids room is terrible, went to pick up my daughter and the lady was just sitting there barefoot (yuck) and not playing with the children. I could go on and on, but I’ll simply say....I don’t recommend at all. I finally cancelled and joined Crunch (same price and u get way more) and I’m so happy I switched.

Ive been a member for almost 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say. Its is super cheap. If you arent snobby its a perfect gym if you are just looking for a good place to lift. The workers are very nice and it is almost never crowded.

Great place to work out and has a very friendly environment for everyone including kids. The only down side is it is not big enough to have some of the more advanced machines or sleds. Overall though I feel it is the best gym around and at a cheap price.

Just started at the gym 2 weeks ago and have a personal trainer to jump-start my fitness regime. I love the more intimate and smaller gym where you dont feel intimidated or lost in it all. Its clean and convenient with friendly staff and without the crowded atmosphere - perfect for me!

Do not go here terribly managed! lots of better options out there. This place is not worth the price.

Came back to test a gym I attended in the past with my older brother AKA Coach Lee! Brought back great memories and had a pleasant renovated environment! Try them out!

Everyone is kind, it’s cheap, and always clean. Every machine I need for my fitness goals they have. And the personal training is effective and motivational. I see progress every week!

Reviewing gyms. One thing I do not understand that with majority of people having weekends off, gym is limited on hours on weekends. By 8am I want to be done with work out not starting it. But, many so m,w,f and may take weekend off, true. But, many do not.

No nonsense​ work out gym. Has enough equipment to get the job done,weights and cardio. If your looking for more this isnt the place but get ready to spend a lot more.

Its cheap which is awesome because at other gyms you end up paying for a bunch of stuff you dont use like various classes, basketball court, pool. This place just had weights and cardio which is all I need. More than a few times they were very late in opening the gym on the weekend.

Clean, well outfitted, courteous staff and child care. After going to gyms for 40 years I can tell you that places like this has everything people need to stay on shape if you need more than whats here to stay fit then you are in an upper level and should drive up the hill and pay a hundred bucks for sure this gym rocks especially the price

Ive been to quite a few gyms and this one let me down. Super dirty, all the treadmills are dusty and gross. Most machines are dirty while the employees just sit at the reception desk and talk with each other. Disappointing.

This location is always clean and being cleaned, has a terrific inventory of equipment, is not overcrowded and has a very friendly and helpful staff.

Good gym.Basic equipment. A lot of regulars. Not to busy and a few bodybuilders that are not your regular steroid meatheads:)

This place is unprofessional. Cancelled my membership in September and thought it was good. Turns out they have been charging me every month since then and now I have to deal with them even though i havent been there for 2 months. Luckily I got it in time to see what was going on. So I go there and show them my proof that I had been charged. Thought everything was ok, now they tell me I need the receipt in which it showed that I cancelled. They know that not everyone keeps there receipt so they charge you and try to make money off of your mistake. Good luck trying to cancel. At least with 24 hour fitness and Calfit, they do not try to play games with you even though they cost more.

I ve gone to this gym at all different times and never found it too busy. Equipment is always available and the staff very friendly.

This place is terrible. I’m getting all kinds of hidden charges. Do not sign anything here or sign up for a trial. You will get ripped off.

Club looks brand new and super clean! Staff is friendly and cant beat the price of $10 a month.

Terrible gym! It smells like cheese in there and the trainers are soooo uneducated!!!! Not to mention there was a mouse running around in the cardio area!!!! waste of my money and time!!!!!!!

They are thieves. I definitely wont go back or encourage anyone to join either.
