The lock on my Anderson Door wouldnt lock. Hightower Company came out and replaced the lock and adjusted the hinges and now my door works great - and locks! They called me before they arrived and confirmed my appointment and arrived on time. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends!

We have Jeldwen vinyl windows that had several fogged glass that needed to be replaced, We were referred to Hightower Co by another door and window company locally. We made appointment and Zachary & David came out, measured and ordered replacement glass. They returned 8 days later and replaced my glass, Now I can again see thru my windows. I am very happy with the service we received and will definitely refer them to my neighbors.

Buyer beware!!! This Cory guy is a total crook! He charged me for repair work that he did not do as I found out by another professional window installer. $450 for “rot repair” when there was no rot anywhere to be found, nor any repair work. Charged me over $100 just to come out and look at my windows and then again when he came back to do the work that he did not do and still charged me for. Hounded me for a deposit of the total bill which was way too high to begin with as well. I foolishly agreed to it because I couldn’t find anyone else that would repair my wooden windows at the time. I have since found several, including people that know of him and say the same thing about him!! Beware of the company that is ran, presumably, from his living room as his business address is his house. I will be filing a complaint with jeldwen windows as they are who recommended his company to me.

The guy Cory is a thief! Went out to give an estimate and charged $175, which we paid. Now, he doesnt answer phone calls or emails.
