Today, someone gave me a free baby grand piano. While I was searching through the piano movers, I found this business. Ryan and his wife did awesome jobs.1) They arrived on time: We will be there in 7 minutes. And they did so.2) They disassembled and assembled piano: The piano is a beautiful George Steck built in 1934 (87 years old). They safely move this beauty to my apartment.3) They respected my culture: We take off shoes when we enter into the apartment. We hired Forte to help us with what we thought would be an impossible task for our web series... getting a six foot tall - four foot wide pedal harp up (and back down) a very tight and narrow spiral staircase.When other companies said no, Forte, assured us they could do it with no problem, and they delivered! I hired S&W to move my baby grand piano and they did an exceptional job. I wasn’t aware until I met them that the company was founded by 2 University of North Texas music graduates and run by musicians. Because they are musicians, they have a great deal respect for the instruments l they transport which is very important. I would not hesitate to trust these guys with a Steinway.

I needed to have a heavy upright piano moved from one house to another. Both movers were very professional and very accommodating to my schedule. They were also very concious about not scratching my hardwood floors. I highly recommend their moving services.

Very professional and quick response. Handled antique piano with great care! Highly recommend! After they were unable to fit it through the doorway because of the configuration, they offered to come back another day this coming week to turn it on it’s side to get it to fit. Ryan offered this for no extra and only accepted 20 more bucks after we insisted on gas money. Great service! I will look to them from now on for my moving needs!

I called for a move less than 24hrs and Ryan found a time slot for me. Showed up on time and was ready to help with packing as well. There is zero risk of damage with these guys. Very professional gentlemen with a respect for expensive musical instruments. They moved an organ and speakers I purchased from Fort Worth to Dallas. Everything was wrapped fully in blankets and plastic. Items were loaded and unloaded with care with attention to expensive slate steps and marble flooring. Worth every dollar and Id use them again. :-)

We bought a small grand piano from a Craigslist seller in South Dallas and Ryan and Tehilla (sp?) moved it 2.5 hours north to our house in small-town-Oklahoma with the utmost case. They communicated clearly, did the job quickly and charged what I felt was a fair price. They really do know what theyre doing, and they treated our old, banged up grand piano with respect.
