We moved to Texas about 8 years ago, having lived in northern Nevada for decades. Fire ants, rats, and assorted other vermin were a completely new experience for us, and they quickly became a problem. We first hired a well-known Texas pest control service which offered a 4 time a year inspection and treatment for a fixed cost. After about 3 years it became apparent that we were just a routine customer on a routine route, and they were never looking for anything extra to do. Like, for example, making sure the rodents were controlled around the pool equipment. I spent over $1000 to replace wiring that they had chewed up, and which should have been detected if that company had been doing its job.About 3 years ago I switched to Shawn and Jeff at Flower Mound pest control and I have been very happy. Their service has been very personal and very specific, and very problem driven. If we have a specific problem, and we have had several, they will deal with it in a specific way. They will also do general treatments and inspections, and will put you on a regular visit schedule if you request. However they are happy to come only when you need help, and they always show up on time, or even earlier if they can.I cannot speak too highly of this company. They are true professionals, and it turns out that their fees are much less overall than what I was paying for my previous service. I am very thankful for all the help they have given me and my family.

By far the best pest control weve ever used. Weve used them for 10 years and always recommend to others. So knowledgeable and professional. Reasonable rates and they provide free advice as well. Trustworthy, easy to work with. We love this company.

I needed a quick turnaround on a termite inspection for a home re-financing. After explaining my situation with Shawn, he said he’d work something out for the next day. He said he’d show up around 12:30 and showed up right on time. Shawn’s rate was on par for the service if not a bit better, but his professionalism (and plain politeness) was impressive enough for me to take the time to write a review. I had a great experience with them! From the beginning they were quick to come inspect the issue and help remove the rodents and block all entry points. Jeff was amazing and clear on all my options from the start! He was prompt and very respectful of my schedule. We had a bug problem. So we called Flower Mount Pest Control.We had used them once in the past and had a very good experience with them.Shawn and Jeff came out and looked at the problem. Shawn gave us directions of what we needed to do to prepare for there next visit.Jeff come back out a couple of days later and took care of the problem.We usually dont write reviews - but this experience has been so impressive and soooo positive, we felt compelled to write one.Shawn and Jeff explained the entire process. Sean came out and did our initial set up and walked us through everything, and Jeff has been our follow up go-to-guy. Both have been wonderful to work with! Professional and kind. They are doing catch and release for the critters near our pool equipment, and have been the best when it comes to communication.

Shawn is 100% awesome! We just moved into a house that was vacant for a while and it had something that was biting me. Shawn took such great care of us coming by regularly to make sure that the situation was under control I can not say enough good things about how much we appreciated that service. The only thing worse than cockroaches? A teenage daughter who screams every time she sees one. I had a problem with both, which is why I called Flower Mound Pest Control. You always take a chance when you hire a company found through a Google search, but theyre locally owned and operated. Thats why I called them and Im glad I did. They were prompt, polite and professional. I highly recommend them—they got rid of the bugs as well as those occasional teenage screams.
