I had heard good things about Any Lab Test Now in Rockwall. My experience was great. The office was easy to get to. It was very clean and well organized. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The best part was the nurse was so good that I didn’t realize she had given me a shot till she was handing me a bandage. I will definitely use them again.

I need a quick and accuracy RT-PCR test and they help me so I could fly today.

Went in for a blood draw. Facility was nice, open, and clean and the staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. I hate needles and can be really sensitive to feeling them as well as a bit difficult to get blood from. Day 1 was a difficult day, and my veins wouldnt give up the goods. Nolan took his time and was very careful. We even waited 45 minutes to try again, but no luck. Day 2, two days later, and Nolan got it on the first try. I paid once we were successful, and it was a smooth process. I would happily go back to them for any further tests!

I needed a drug test done for a child custody case and I was able to make an appointment within an hour the same day. Ashley and Noa are awesome employees! Will definitely come to this location if I need these type of services again.

The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and professional. He made friendly conversation which helped to put me at ease. (He said he was new there but I dont remember his name.) The facility seemed very clean and the process was quick and easy. I do think that being able to check in on a tablet like I have at other locations would be better as I did feel a bit uncomfortable answering questions out loud for others to hear.

This is my go to location to get blood tests done. they are absolutely wonderful with me and my extreme fear of needles, blood, and veins. they are so kind, accommodating, and beyond great at what they do!!

Got labs over a month ago and now it is taking an arm and a leg to get the results. Called yesterday and was told it was emailed. It was not. Called today in the middle of the day. Not return call. Very unprofessional. I normally don’t leave reviews but this is getting ridiculous.

We got a rapid covid 19 test. They were very nice to work with. Got immediate service and results. The staff made us feel very welcome and confident in the process. They offer a variety of services including hormone panels for weight loss and sleep health. Im very impressed! Their pricing for the covid test is lower than other providers out there. We will continue to practice social distancing, good hygiene and use services from Any Lab Test in Flower Mound!

Went for annual check up for my mom. When I booked appointment online price was $69. Person in front said lab is owned independently and their charges are $129. Not a way to do business. Beware call before you go there. Booked appointment at another location for online price and verified via calling them.

So these people have an online thing to get a quote on the tests you wanna get, they called back an hour later and said they never give you a quote unless you go in person. When I said I would like to get an appointment later she hung up on me, that was very rude of supposedly a professional company.Truly if there is a zero star I would do right away, and will never think of even doing these test at that place for free.

I would give 0 star if it was possible. Worst customer service. 1 week after blood test and report still not sent to the doctor or me. Had to call in order for them to do that. When called, Cathy says they have a big pile of forms and is hard for them to look and find the form I filled out with Doctor’s info so needed it again. I would never ever go to this location again.

It was a quick appointment. First day it was difficult to perform the blood draw, but I came back second day and everything went perfect. Staff are helpful and courteous. I recommend this location. Have had really good experiences with this organization at this location and in Irving.

Called to ask if this location had a specific lab test I needed for med school, Ashley answered the phone said they did not have it and then hung up while I was still talking. I called back to see if she could look it up to make sure because other people have gotten a specific test at this location and in the middle of me talking she again hung up the phone. Extremely unprofessional.

Loise and her staff are AMAZING and always go above and beyond! Great with children too! I have never been more impressed with a lab and its techs and their dedication to accuracy. They take great care in their handling of labs, and most importantly, the patients!!! Love these ladies!!!

This place was super quick and easy. I even had a moment after getting my blood drawn and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was good before driving him. The manager got me some food because of me being anemic and was about to pass out. Thank you guys! - also the price is affordable which was a great benefit for me since I don’t have insurance and other places it was like 162 plus 35 for the actual titer test.Sarah (couldn’t sign into my actual google account but hopefully they’ll know!)

I went in for a urine drug screen. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I was able to be seen right away with no wait and got my results immediately. The price was a fraction of what I usually have to pay. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation!

I read the reviews and felt skeptical, however upon arriving and being serviced, I experienced the quickest, easiest, and best service from this lab. The new owners changed the whole atmosphere of the place. The administer, Phylicia, felt like family as well, as she was so nice. 10/10 will recommend this lab to anyone that needs one.

The lab tech was very nice and considerate of the type of testing I was there for. However, she could barely take blood and it was the most painful blood work I have ever had done. On top of that - I ended up having to go to my doctor anyways and their test came back with completely different results! I wouldnt trust this lab to give accurate test results.

Great place! Nurse here was really good! My mom needed to start b12 shots and she did not even feel the shot! If you go here make sure to get your shot from the nurse with dark hair and glasses she is the best!

Wonderful place! Came in with my dad to have his blood drawn a week or so ago. My dad has a severe fear of needles, and the nurse was so sweet and compassionate to him! I believe her name was Elana. My dad has never been an easy patient, but she made it painless and smooth! He will be back for any future tests! Highly recommend!

I come here to bring my husband for his blood work every month because of medication he takes. We make sure to have Alaina draw his blood because she always makes it painless and quick! The one time we went and another young lady tried to do it and missed. I’m so glad to have this option for him!

Was told I had to get a package to get a B12 shot. And was given some reasoning that the B12 shot works better as a package. Went to another location and got the shot no problem.

I have been getting my B-12 shots for almost a year. I started in South Lake where I met Sarah. She has always been professional and friendly. I followed her to Flower Mound where I continue to get my shots. I love being able to get my B-12 shots in 5 min. Thank you Sarah for always being so cheerful.

I think the lady that did my testing was named Holly. She was great. I had to do a pharmacagenomic test and she just verified proper protocol and if they had the right test. Thanks for the laughs.

This is an inexpensive and efficient way to have lab work done without a visit to your primary care doctor. I can see where it would be especially useful for individuals who have alternative insurance or casualty-only insurance policies. Fast and painless!

I went on my lunch break they were very fast, friendly, and accurate . I still had time to go through a drive thru and get some lunch . I was nervous going in but talking to them I began to feel calm and comfortable . I would definitely recommend them and I will use them for all my health testing needs when possible .

Take your money somewhere else. They turn away business for no reason. I went to Quest after being turned away here and they told me that they get people all the time from ALTN that have said the same thing. Apparently this only happens during the week when a certain person is there (short dark hair) because they dont have any issues sending people from Quest on Saturdays. I was also told I must have a printed form with the registration code to come here or to Quest which isnt true. She didnt even try to take the time to help. She was like, nope thats a Quest registration (it wasnt, I had a list of providers pulled up on my phone) and sent me on my way. Not sure how she would even know the type of registration I had without seeing the actual registration itself. I have been in the business for 10 years and Quest has always taken a registration code without needing a printout because its in the system. hope this place is shut down. I hate to say it, but based on my experience and the reviews Ive read on google I think it all comes down to discrimination. Im in HR and send people for these all the time so I wonder how many people have been turned away for no reason. Also, many of the reviews on here look fake.

I went here for a Quanitferon Gold TB blood test and they charged me 4 times the price of other labs! Additionally, their results weren’t even same-day like other labs. my results came back indeterminate and they were trying to force me to pay another $200 for the test when it could have been them that messed up the test! They are also very rude. I saw another customer ask if they could read the test for her because she did not understand how to read it and they claimed they could not give medical advice when all she wanted was her results. Not only do they overcharge and make you wait forever for the results, they don’t even tell you what the results are. If they messed up the test, it’s on you and you have to pay again. Overpriced, rude, and simply not worth it. Better off going to a public health clinic and getting the same test for a fourth of the price. I also called the Irving location and they offered the test for much cheaper. I also asked them what I should do about my indeterminate result and they told me to check with a doctor and probably get it redone (even referred me to a clinic!). Irving location is much better. It has better customer service, better pricing, and overall a better experience. Don’t bother going to the Flowermound location, it’s a waste of money and the lady at the desk is very rude.

Have brought my daughter here for labs and the first time was a little rough the African american lab tech wasnt very good at drawing blood she was also a little abrupt. Came back for the second round of labs and this time the manager was there, she was wonderful! Very easy draw and fast! Highly recommend her! Thx Elena!

Went a few weeks ago for a b-12 shot. It was great, fast service. Got 1 shot, no pressure to buy a package. Came again today around 11 and the girl in front said they don’t sell individual shots, you have to buy a package $120 for 6 regular b-12 shots and $150 for 6 lipo b-12. I told her I don’t want to buy that many at this time since it was my second shot and I don’t want to commit to that many. She repeated again that they don’t do individual shots. Which was confusing because I had gotten one recently. I asked if all locations were like this, she said she didn’t know. I called the Irving location and THEY DO OFFER individual shots. Not only that, they are less expensive!! Also this Flower mound location has a sign in the window ADVERTISING INDIVIDUAL b-12 shots for $30!!! I feel I was getting scammed

The first time I went the experience was a good one. But this second time Alaina the 60+ year old woman with black hair and implants was very rude and unpleasant. Not that I blame her looking the way she does but Id recommend calling ahead just to make sure you dont have to deal with this old bitter lady.

Great location easy to get in and out and plenty of parking...staff friendly and got in quickly...Under new management as of July 1st...very friendly and quick service too...ladies were very knowledgeable and nice!!

Excellent customer service by Jemisha. She is amazing, sweet and attentive. She definitely changed my perception of this place due to another employee that was not as pleasant. I asked for her schedule to go get my vitamin B shots only when Jemisha is there.

Care Now was going to charge over $300, for A1C test. Got it done for $49 at Any Lab Test Now.Also arrived 30 minutes early and was in and out before my appointment time. The owner and tech were friendly and answered all my questions.
