My daughter and seven of her friends visited the dining facility before attending their homecoming dance as it was convenient from where the girls took photos. They raved over the delicious food and stated the staff was very friendly and courteous. Thank you for making the girls homecoming night a wonderful and memorable experience.

One word: Jessica. The General Manager. If you’re coming to Dallas or any of the surrounding areas, make your way to Flower Mound, just to stay at the stunning, extremely clean Courtyard Marriott. I had my car stolen and had just been in the hospital on to of that.Jessica was SO kind to me. I didn’t have an ID . They sold out Memorial Day weekend and I couldn’t find a hotel that wouldn’t take me without an ID. Jessica called another Marriott and got me in. She goes above and beyond to make you feel special. See the best arson I’ve ever met at any hotel and I’ve been traveling for a year and a half. Carlos worked there, too. I thought he took people around in the hotel’s van. After he took me a few places, I found out that wasn’t even his job! He just did it to be kind. Great, positive man.So, go there for the beauty and walk the river walk, but mostly go there to meet Jessica. She rocks! Thank you, Jessica for your big heart and for the hug!!

Well really whats to say? Its Courtyard by Marriott in a beautiful new area. Clean, modern, all the amenities you need and a room that is designed to handle your modern life. And every staff member I encountered had a smile and an attentive attitude. Thanks so much for a great stay.

We blocked rooms with this hotel for our wedding and we were beyond satisfied with everything! The hotel itself was modern and clean. The director of sales/staff were extremely helpful and nice. The hotel even provided shuttle service for our wedding guests. Our guests loved the hotel bar/lobby area. The hotel even gave us newly weds a bottle of champagne to congratulate us! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel was clean. Staff was super nice. Everything stocked in room. Everything worked, plenty of hot water. Got extra towels, shampoo, and coffee at the front desk, no problem. Super comfy beds, smelled good. Nice hotel!

I know a 2 is bad. And its all because of one reason. Zero water pressure. Take a shower when water is dripping out of the shower head. Water pressure is high on my list of must haves.

Great hotel but you might think the price is high. The location has a nice view, also, no need to worry about rush hour in this area.

I have stayed at this hotel every time I come to visit my grandbabies in Flower Mound. It is one of the cleanest and nicest hotels I have ever stayed in (and I travel a lot!). The Bistro serves delicious food, and the hotel is super convenient. The thing that makes them stand out, though, is that the staff goes out of their way to make your stay the best it could be. Highly recommend!!

It took me a bit to write this review. I stayed 2 weeks and I can find good and bad things to report. 5 stars for the staff, everyone was so sweet. Minus 1 star for the sounds, you can literally hear the water run down the walls. Minus 1/2 a star the parking. They could have make it a little better.

Positive: The staff is fantastic! Very helpful and professional. Food availability was limited but tasted great. Room service would be nice.:) Negative: The showers with the half glass closure allowed water to spray onto the floor making it very slippery when stepping out of the shower.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, except the A/C unit sounded like a 747 taking off. Great walking paths nearby. Wish there was a grocery store nearby. We found one a mile away. Too long a walk to carry much.

I was able to secure a room here during the awful winter storm of mid-February 2021 and a recent death in the family in the midst of the widespread power outages and dangerously, inclement weather.Abe and Jessica at the front desk are the epitome of stellar service (and Marriott angels) and are inevitably on their way to taking their careers in the hospitality industry to greater heights.After an abhorrent experience with a brand new Hilton property in Lewisville during this storm, I was reminded by this Flower Mound Courtyard experience that Marriott takes their customers as people, very seriously, above all else.This hotel is gorgeous, clean and progressively designed for comfort and function. So many times, with modern design, practicality is compromised but not here. As a business traveler, I have seen all sorts of approaches when it comes to hotel room layouts, etc. but this new design works well and makes good use of the space within the rooms. Kudos to the inclusion of a large loveseat as the key furniture piece within the King rooms here as well as the generous desk/workspace provision. Also, the lobby, Bistro and lounge area is inviting by nature and I bet is a lot of fun in better weather and outside of COVID-19, pandemic times. Looking forward to returning in the future to check out these digs under different circumstances.Related to COVID-19, I see full compliance with both staff and guests donning their masks as well as plenty of hand sanitizers situated conveniently throughout the hotel. The pandemic housekeeping protocol was thoroughly explained to me and operates like a charm with expedient service upon request.In summary, a big heartfelt thank you to Jessica, Abe and several other staff members for making me feel safe and welcome at this hotel during this difficult time.P.S. Buh-bye Hilton Honors, hello Marriott Bonvoy!!!

When the weather is bad out side you can not find a place to park because management allows neighborhood residence to park in their parking garage!! When your staying at a hotel parking should be the least of your problems!! So for future hotel stays I will choose another hotel!! Makes me sad because I have always stayed at Marriott Hotels!!

The staff friendly the hotel super clean,the hotel very nice in side, the beds very comfortable they have small gym and in door summing pool, the restaurant near in the hotel .

The AGM and front desk guy were rude as hell to my wife. They messed up horribly and then treated her like it was our fault. Will never stay here again.

The Hotel is very modern looking and new. We had great service with easy check-in and check-out service. The Bistro was surprising good, but has limited hours. Lots of room in the Lobby to lounge around and visit with friends or associates. The rooms were large and clean. We loved the walk-in shower. Overall, we had a great experience.

Great location, clean rooms, and excellent service. The hotel is newly constructed so everything has a modern look and feel. The service we received was excellent from those working the front desk. Marriot has a comprehensive COVID cleaning procedure to make all guest feel that they are staying in a cleanly environment.

They nickel and dime their guests and the staff is no where to be found. They also have no safety mandates and people roamed freely without masks.

My flight was cancelled and I needed a play to stay. I choose Courtyard Marriott at Flower Mound because I had a great experience in El Paso at a Courtyard. It did not disappoint. This chain delivers on expectation. It has a market this anything you might need and a bistro with delish foods on trend. From a new fan.

Gosh did I like this hotel! I was attending a tragic funeral and was beyond exhausted. Very clean, comfortable and quiet.

We were at this hotel for a wedding. They were great accommodating all the guest. The facilities were excellent and the rooms were a great value. Very modern and new. I appreciated the space in the lobby for our guests to come together after the wedding.

From the minute I booked this process and stay was fantastic. The staff was so attentive and it felt genuine. We felt at home and had clean comfortable rooms and the friendliest staff ever. The bartender at the lounge made better craft cocktails than any high end restaurant. The breakfast was farm to table fresh and good and the service was quick. I cannot say enough about every single person we interacted with. The area has a really cool riverwalk and everything you need is within minutes drive. Well done Marriott.

Normally I stay at the Hyatt, but decided to give this new hotel a try and am glad I did. The staff at this hotel knows how to provide respectful customer service and they are quick to remedy any situation at hand. The restaurant has delicious food and they know how to make a cocktail. The quiet rooms are decorated nicely, clean, and comfortable with a unique setup that works well for the space. The location is close to everything including the airport. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

We recently spent four nights at this hotel and we loved it! The decor is beautiful, the rooms are large and very comfortable and the service was great! We had breakfast at the Bistro every morning, and the food was great! Alexis was so helpful and friendly every morning! We also enjoyed sitting there in the evening and having a glass of wine and a snack. Joshua was also very friendly and we enjoyed interacting with him. I would definitely return to this hotel!

We checked in on Monday front desk personnel not very friendly. I decided to stay here due to my mother having surgery but regret doing so. Room to small for a king. No complimentary breakfast or snacks. Bathroom found hairs on floor. Bed not comfortable like other marriotts. Staff in restaurants area not friendly at all. I am very disappointed. I will drive 10 minutes next time to stay at another property by the mall. Had to take my granddaughter own trash out. No housekeeping service at all. No microwave in room.

Absolutely the best hospitality! Jessica at the front desk is amazing when the taxi service wasn’t going to make it in time to take us to airport she arranged another ride for us. Also the rooms were very nice and clean. Will definitely stay there again when in town.

My recent stay of 5 nights was a great experience. The hotel was spotless! My room was spacious and comfortable and quiet. I was not disturbed once during my stay. The lobby is relaxing and spacious as well.I highly recommend this hotel.

We were very impressed with the service at this hotel. The two young gentleman at the desk when we checked were very courteous and extremely helpful with directions. The staff that we ran into as we went about the hotel were always courteous and greeted us. The breakfast the next morning was very well presented and delicious. I would recommed this hotel. My husband and I had a one night stay-cation and loved it. We were very impressed with the rooms. Our room was spacious and modern. The room had USB plugs, stylish furniture and an oversize walk in shower. Even the in room coffee was delicious. The river walk near by was fun to walk by.

These people take pride in the running of this hotel and it shows. Everything is top notch and everyone is totally friendly. Food is exceptional. We had an Egg Omelette that was cooked to perfection. How do you make anything better? I dont know. This was a pretty perfect stay and we felt more than welcome. Its our new go to hotel when we come to Dallas.

Wonderful escape from the chaos of Dallas. Beautiful room with exemplary attention to travelers needs. USB power everywhere you look, bluetooth alarm clock, smart TV, sofa, desk, even a balcony with table and chairs. I feel so welcome that I never want to leave.My very highest recommendation.

All things were great excluding breakfast service. Breakfast should be included. And if I am going to be forced to pay then the food needs to improve greatly. Microwave food can be done in the room. There are donut shops and a McDonalds a couple miles away for better options. Employees were great, kind, and efficient and worked hard to make stay pleasant. Hotel is very nice although far from most attractions. I would stay here again though.

Without exception, every person I encountered spoke to me, smiled at me, welcomed me, and truly had a genuine servants heart! I cannot say enough about the two who worked in the Bistro, the crew who met us each morning, remembered us, and always said, Ill be here tomorrow, see you then!The women who worked on our hallway were not only smiling, and upbeat, they were personable, friendly and whenever we crossed paths in the hotel, they always initiated a welcoming hello by saying Hey there! Great to see you! It was like I was meeting up with a friend I had not seen in a while. They were just awesome!Your front desk staff are stellar! They were always there, always attentive, always smiling/welcoming, and always with a fun answer to whatever we needed!Traveling with my 86 year old mom, they never missed a beat in making us both feel like we were home as we walked in from any of our outings while staying there.The overall experience was just perfect! Very nice and clean place. The beds were comfortable and the room was large enough to accommodate my our two kids.The pool is kind of small and so is the work out room. But they were more and adequate.There is a parking garage so you don’t have to worry about your vehicle.Would not mind staying here again.

This is a beautiful, new, cozy property. The staff have always been wonderful and the food is great. We held a family event here a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. The rooms have cute furniture yet it makes the room feel a little cramped and you can hear outside noise. Overall its a great place to relax!

We just finished celebrating my 65th birthday/retirement from work and friends from around the country came to help celebrate. Everyone stayed at the Flower Mound Courtyard Marriott and Margarita, the sales manager, could not have been more helpful! We got a great room rate and booked suite 102 as our hospitality room. This extra bit of space allowed our guests a place to mingle over the weekend. The suite opens onto the courtyard where there are fire pit as well and allows for extra space to spread out. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a modern, classy way. We could not be happier with our accommodations!

Was very pleased as I drove up to the location. Outside was clean and welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient get us checked in and out. Rooms were extremely clean and we never heard any noise from other guest or outside noise from our balcony. Ive already booked this hotel for my next trip into the DFW area.

Instead of going into details of every aspect of my stay, I can put it all together and tell you that I did not find an issue of any kind during my stay. Checking in and out was a breeze, the staff was awesome, I particularly had excellent experiences with the front desk staff.Everything was VERY clean and the room furniture looked like it was new because of the absence of any scratches.I will definitely be back to this place.

The overall quality of Courtyard Marriott in Flower Mound was wonderful. Its a beautifully decorated hotel. The rooms are large and spacious with a lot of storage for your belongings. The bathroom was large with a great walk-in shower. The bed and pillows were plush and comfie. After our stay we definitely made the decision Courtyard Marriott is at the top of our choice list for our out of town visits.

Charging too much when people need helps with this time of the year, shame on you🤮

My stay here has always been a pleasurable one. The staff always always always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant and carefree. The beds are some of the best Ive slept on in a hotel, the rooms are always clean and the food is surprisingly good.

Stayed in the superior king room on the second floor, Had a balcony and sitting area. Clean room. Only a half roll of tp.. guess quarantine hit us all pretty hard. Everything was good even being by the elevator wasnt bad, only complaint I had was there was only a half glass wall for the shower with no shower curtain. Unless youre directly in the water prepair to freeze your noots off. All in all good experience 👍

Lots of personal space and breathing room. Staff tolerated our crew of black belt children running the show. Husbands disappointed there was no hot tub. Breakfast menu is fancy and not overly outrageously priced.

Omg beautiful hotel. Quiet and serene. My room was awesome. Hot water not so good. But loving the gas fire pits and the breakfast were amazing. Although I would maybe offer a free breakfast to the guests considering the price of the rooms is almost $200 a night.

Totally ignored by Bistro staff. A little background.... I am a Platinum Elite member with Marriott and a Diamond member with Hilton and in 12 years have left only one negative review of a hotel stay. In other words, I pretty much live in hotels and it is usually a Marriott or Hilton property and I am used to really good service. So, on Monday, me and another company employee stopped in the Bistro for a drink and we were totally ignored by the guy behind the bar. We blew it off and left. The next night I went down, got a table and set up my computer and waited. Ten minutes later, a group of four guys came in and were immediately waited on while I was again ignored. I was livid! Again, totally ignored. Not only bad service but as a Platinum member it is a slap in the face. I will never stay here again and I recommend you dont either.

Modern in every way, quiet, Courtyard Dallas Flower Mound met our needs in every way as we attended a family wedding. The room was spacious, the bed a delight, all the amenities one could wish. We found this a retreat from all of the hubbub of the wedding. The staff was especially gracious and helpful, for we did not know that part of the Metroplex that well.

The Courtyard Dallas Flower Mound was an excellent experience overall. The rooms were clean, modern, comfortable, and very convenient to the DFW airport and to our family that we were visiting. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the accommodations were great.

The hotel facilities and the surrounding area was great. The rooms and lobby were very nice and there are walking paths and trails just outside. Flower Mound is a cute little escape right in the big city of Dallas.

I have stayed in this hotel twice in the past 3 weeks. Both times have been fantastic. Love the rooms with a balcony. Ask for them if you can. Very unique option for a Courtyard.

My family and I stayed at this location to be near family we were visiting. The property was in immaculate condition and the staff was extremely friendly. The area surrounding the property is undergoing construction, but the riverwalk view will be spectacular once construction is complete. This location didnt offer complimentary breakfast, but I was able to have meal vouchers added to my reservation based on elite member status. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property and area to families (up to 4-5).

I didnt have much expectations, but this property far exceeded them. The room was modern and clean. Loved how trendy it looked! The huge chair and ottoman was perfect. The beds were comfy. The shower was amazing! Wish I had that shower at home. No door, but kept me warm. A little nook for the towels within easy reach! The only downside was storage. Only one little dresser that the kids used. Husband and I had to keep our clothes in our suitcases. The bistro was awesome. Service with a smile! And each little booth had its own TV. How cool is that?

I wish I knew her name to give her proper credit. But, the lady that checked me out the morning of Thursday 5/17/2018 excelled in her position and in my openion went above and beyond my expectations. I had requested a wake up call the night before and for some reason I never received it. So that morning was a rough start. After I check out I realized I left my car key in the room, the lady at the front desk was very nice and very helpful, and even offered me a cup of coffee to help make my day a better. As a business owner myself I would really watch her success and offer her growth within your company. She will be a great asset to your continued success. Again, I wish I new her name to give her proper credit. Over all my stay at your hotel was more than exemplary, and I can’t wait for my next business trip for my next stay in your hotel.

The staff was wonderful both during the reservation process and check in. The room was very clean when we checked in and very clean every other day of our stay. Housekeeping spoke wonderful English and was very considerate. The room had a comfortable chair, couch, and bed. However, bedside tables were small; storage space was small, and the bathroom lacked space to hang towels/clothes/etc even though it was 1/3 the size of the room itself. The area around the hotel will be amazing in another 6 months. The construction in the area currently made it a little more difficult to take long walks along the river. But if you do be sure you watch for the ducks. They are beautiful.

Beautiful location and surrounding area. Very fresh new developments going up nearby with walking paths. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but would have preferred larger garbage cans and a door on the shower (water got everywhere). Excellent TV access to premium subscription service (Netflix, HBO, etc.). Hotel desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Cafe/Bar well equipped and staff were friendly. Highly recommended for anyone staying in the area!

Great place to be

We had an outdoor wedding planned and had to pull the plug on that 5 days before the wedding. Christina and Abe were so amazing and helped us plan and prepare for the perfect wedding. It was the best night ever and I will never forget every great thing that happened that night thanks to them.

The room I stayed in was completely amazing. I love the style and the color and how functional everything is in the rooms. The staff was very helpful and very nice. It was also right beside the hospital that I was going to be visiting the next morning. A very lovely area, many things to do and parks to visit.
