Tim and his crew were amazing to work with. He consulted with me to make sure my ideas wouldn’t get myself into trouble, and any changes we needed to make were fair, clear, and timely. The work product itself was even more awesome than the transaction/relationship experience!The guys worked on installing over 3000 pavers in a herringbone pattern and it looks incredible. Retaining wall, grass down, and fixing all my sprinklers, glad I found Tim and his team!PS the crew was also super nice, kept the work area clean, and were very professional. Highly recommend especially for stone and concrete work!

We’ve been extremely happy with Premier for past few years! Utilize their services for lawn maintenance (mow and weed control), installed new sprinkler system, cut down and removed large tree in backyard, and planted new shrubs and mulch in back and front yard. Tim is extremely responsive anytime I call. All the guys are so nice and professional. Always top quality work. Super impressed with this company and highly recommend!

I recently had Premier Landscapes do my backyard. Tim and crew were fantastic to work with on every level. The bid was accurate, they were timely, and the design was perfect for what I was looking for with this project. In the midst of the project my Dad passed away and Tim kept the project going and I came home to a new backyard that my Dad would have loved. I would have given them 10 stars if I could and I look forward to using them on my front yard! I highly recommend their services!!

Tim met with us several times prior to a walk-through at the wholesale nursery to look at options. These meetings helped establish our desired outcome and Tim was able to adjust the design to our liking. The removal of old plants and installation of the new plants was efficient and the crew at Premier Landscapes of Texas did a great job. There was no damage due to the careful digging, grinding and planting. Our plantings look like something out of a magazine! We are very pleased with the outcome.

Im in awe!  The Premier team (my first service with them) just left as I was returning from my dog walk... the front garden (absolutely overgrown with 12-18 weeds that were being ignored by my previous service) was weeded along with the mulch on my trees... they got the weeds trimmed on top of the high retaining wall in the back yard... they blew off the patio, front entry and walks AFTER the trimming was done...I am in shock...YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!   I cant tell you how pleased I am with their services.  This team needs a bonus, seriously:)...I cant wait for them to do the landscape project.

I’ve used Premier for probably 7-8 years. The owner is great at landscaping. I’m not the easiest of customer in that realm as I don’t like ordinary...and we’ve come up with great plans. His crew mowed our lawn for years and did a great job. If there were ever any issues they were addressed quickly.

We used Premier Lawnscapes a few years back to do a whole backyard overhaul. They did an awesome job. Part of the project included an outdoor lighting system around the flower beds. Recently a couple bulbs went out and I reached out to Tim, and he replied right away, and was able to help me locate a place to get replacement bulbs. That is what I call good customer service. I highly recommend Tim and his crew.

Tim and his crew did a great job giving our house much-needed refreshed curb appeal. Tim has done other work for me in the past which is why I reached out to him this time. We had our entire front flower beds completely re landscaped including the removal of several twenty-six-year-old Bradford pear trees. Tim and his crew also installed new Shrubbery and flowering plants and some small trees. He also installed Zoysia and st. Augustine grass, and fixed a cracked sprinkler line. I feel like his price was fair and the turnaround time was very reasonable. I wouldnt hesitate to use Premier Landscaping Services again.

Premier Landscape has been our goto landscaper for 8 years. They take care of our total yard maintenance, including irrigation and landscaping repairs. Over the years they have completed several projects for us, including stone enclosure for your front beds and landscaping additions to our backyard. Most recently they laid sod, installed new irrigation and landscaping around our pool, as well as built a new wrought iron fence damaged by Texas weather. They are dependable, professional and responsive.

Great experience with Tim and the Premier team. Very responsive and took our vision and constructed the perfect pergola for our back yard. I would highly recommend having Tim come look at your space if you are thinking about adding a pergola. Can’t wait for the next project!

TERRIBLE experience! Tim came to my home to size a landscaping job (new raised bed with stone border, new tree plus planting, rework of existing beds, fountain installation, irrigation), and he gave me a verbal bid. I accepted the bid and told him I wanted to use him, and was expecting the fountain that was on order in a few weeks. It was important that I had a landscaper lined up to move the fountain to the backyard when it arrived, so I gave him the estimated arrival date. I also asked if I could pick out my tree from the grower with him, and he agreed. A couple weeks before the fountain was to arrive, I texted Tim to suggest that he could do the work in stages, go ahead and plant the tree etc. and not wait on the fountain if that worked better, but he declined saying that he would have to charge more for that. I asked when we could go to the grower. He did not respond. I also had never gotten a written estimate for the $4000+ worth of work, so I texted again a week before fountain arrival to confirm when he could come for the fountain and landscape, and again asked if we could go see the grower over the weekend, and finally asked if he could please send me the estimate he had reviewed with me in person. His curt reply just said that he would “have to pass”. More jobs had come in and they were booked for the next several weeks. WHAT? He had previously said he would do the work and I was counting on him. I told him I did not understand, that he previously said he would come (And I was clear on the timeframe! I had provided several weeks notice, and we had talked about specific trees and plants and stone). He did not reply. No explanation, no apology. Just left me high and dry. I would NEVER do business with someone who treats their customers like that. He broke a verbal contract, even knowing how important the timing of moving that fountain was. I was baffled as to why he was responsive one week and the next just refused to reply except to tell me he would not be taking the job. He left me in tears, scurrying to find someone who could move a $1300 fountain so it would not have to be left in the street!!!! I have strong words for people like that, but I am too polite to use them. Just stay away from this company unless you are okay with them bailing on you at the last minute without so much as an explanation!

Weve had Premier for more than a year now. We chose the Clean Lawn Program where they come year round for mowing, fertilize, flower bed cleaning and maintenance and bi-weekly winter service leaf removal. Its the best value of anything we pay for. The team always leaves the yard looking amazing and they always show up on the day they are supposed to. Its been like clockwork for the past year. I like that you can set up auto-pay each month and you receive an emailed invoice. This service saves me hours of my life each week that I can reinvest with my family.

I have use Premier Lawnscapes for bi monthly mowing for the past year. Recently I used them for a major landscape overhaul alongside a outdoor living project. Tim and his crew are honest, friendly, and trust worthy. Service and workmanship is top notch. Pricing is competitive. Would definitely recommend.

Tim and his team did a fantastic job on our pergola, patio and yard and we could not be more pleased. They worked quickly and the quality was top notch. The owner had some fabulous ideas and helped pull together exactly what I was looking for. I could not be happier with the results! They do beautiful work!

I called Premier Lawnscapes of Texas to double check if my backyard had proper drainage. Tim was very professional and stopped by the house the next day. He called me when he was at the house and again immediately after he left to tell me his findings. He was very thorough and kindly gave me my options without being pushy (as most companies are). I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable and organized landscape company!

I dont generally like to leave negative reviews without specifics, so here goes...When they first started servicing our lawn they did a really great job. Over the last 2 years we have watched their service level fall to a unacceptable level. We contacted the owner several times and over the last few months have been giving him specific details on what was not being done that was part of the contracted rate and was showing up on our bill. He mostly just ignores our calls and texts. Yesterday his response was ... we will cancel your contract. Yep, not a phone call, not a come and see what we were talking about...nothing other than we will cancel your contract. I guess that saved me the time and anguish over having to fire them. What it does tell us that he has lost interest in his company and customers. His crews do not show up as they promised and are nothing more than blow and go. They charge for things that they did not do and when you ask about it, you are ignored and then your contract is cancelled. They have actually destroyed several ground covers and cut the lawn so close it now has bare spots where there is no leaves left on the St. Augustine. A leaf rake was used to rake our flower beds that have ground cover in them and there are no leaves left on it...only stalks. They said they applied pre-emergent to our lawn, but I was present at the time of service and they never did anything other than blow leaves (and all the mulch I had put in the flower beds/tree rings) out of the yard, no one sprayed or spread anything on the yard. It is a shame to see this happen to this company over the last year, but just shows why there are so many new lawn companies popping up all the time.
